Pokemon Platinum

What one will be easier.And one will be harder or something?

 

Possibly. One time I had found an emulator only game called Shiny Gold, or something like that. It was a Fire Red/Leaf Green hacked game that was made as a remake. But I lost it when I got a virus and had to reformat my computer. It was more challenging, since some trainers Pokemon were at higher levels. I never even made it past the first gym. Also, there was an extra trainer that you fought multiple times. I forget where he was the first time, but he had a Slowpoke. Then the second time was when you entered Falkner's gym, and he had Slowpoke and I think an Eevee. I can't remember.

 

Can I find that game anywhere?It looks good.

 

I can't remember where I found it. But you'll also need the Visual Boy Advance emulator to play it.

 

Crap...I don't even know where to find one.

 

You download them online. But you have to find them. It's just a program to download.

 

Not to cover the staff's jobs, but talking about emulators and downloads like that are agaisnt the rules.

But I"d like to play the remakes.I also wonder if you will be able to catch some of the pokemon from the other generations.

So what events have they had before the release?

 

There was the Shaymin event that you get to unlock the Gracedia Flower Key Item in Platinum that turns it into Skymin (Shaymin Sky Forme) And now it's the Regigigas event which unlocks the paths to Regirock, Regice, and Registeel in Platinum. Those are the only two events for Platinum that come out before it's released. The Shaymin was from Feb 8th until the 14th at any Toys R Us in the US. The Regigigas, who is level 100, is from March 8th until the 21st, the day before Platinum comes out, also at Toys R Us.

 

Do you know if there will be any other events sometime?

 

Well, as far as I know, those are the last two for Diamond and Pearl. The only other ones I know about are upcoming Japanese Platinum ones. Those ones are the Oak's Letter, which lets you catch Shaymin yourself, and a Shiny Pichu to tie in with the 12th movie called the Pikachu Colored Pichu. Those are the only ones I know about.

 

Well theres also the Secret Key wich lets you change rotoms forms

 

Yeah, but that's already passed in Japan and there isn't a date for that in the US yet.

 

And the glacidea flower

 

That's not an item you get outside the game. You get it with the movie Shaymin, or for the US, the Toys R Us one. You just send it to Platinum and have it in your party when you talk to a certain woman in Floraroma town. And the English name for it is Gracidia.

Nope. The Shamin is, but not the item.
