"and you lost it fair and square" Seth said putting away the old amber

 

"Oh poo" she said pouty and childish "Pretty please?" she said posing in a way that would drive Brock crazy.

 

"Hmm I don't know...i would have but then again according to you I can't even cut it to be a rocket member. Maybe if I could turn it into an Aerodactyle I would pass your expectaions" Seth said with a grin obviously making up an excuss

 

"Maybe I was wrong, you're clearly strong willed and determined. Let me guess your the type of guy who will only except a pokemon if it is powerful from the get go. Hmm you'd actually fit right in, daddy taught you well, all thats left is to tuck away that hair under a hat and you'll be all set." Miranda stated matter of factly, trying ot butter him up. "What do you need with a silly Aerodactyl anyway? Hmm?"

 

"thats correct" Seth said and suddenly "its funny how a person can change when they want something" Seth said as he pulled out the old amber "I have no intrest in joining team rocket. Now if I give you this will you stop annoying us?" Seth said

 

Miranda's face lit up "Hmm, maybe" she held out her hand and beckoned for it using her other to call Growlithe down. "This is too easy, why are you complying, i am a master thief, a member of Team Rocket, and i wasnt all that nice to you to begin with, so why now?" she asked puzzled

 

"YOur just plain annoying. Besides this this is more trouble then its worth. By the time I reach Cinnabar my team will be far stronger than a newly revived Aerodactyl. Besides the police will most likely try to come after it. The truth I would have given it to you but I just wanted bother you" Seth said with a grin finding joy in causing mayhem for the rockets

 

"Good enough for me" Miranda said beaming "The rock please? Then you can be on your way, It'll be as if we never met" and i wont lose my head. She sighed with relief

 

Angel looked at Seth and then at Miranda. 'Is he really going to give her the old Amber? I know what they plan to do with it...' Sighing, she crossed her arms, and tapped her foot, thinking. 'Come on Angel, there's gotta be a way you can stop him! Or should I just watch to see if he battles her or not.' Angel put JigglyPuff away, shooting a small glare at Miranda, arms still crossed. 'If I gotta wait this out for a battle, I am!'

 

Seth raised his arm to throw it but suddenly lowered his arm "I forgot...unfourtunatly for you this moron over here has priority over the Old Amber then you" Seth said pointing his thumb to the side of him at Angel. "she was the one who you bumped into and she was the one who picked up the bag" Seth said

 

Angel eyes got a little wide. "Uh, Seth, I-I" She stammered, amazed at how he'd played this situation. "I'm not a moron!" She managed, Bulba shaking its head, disapointedly. 'Wow, he's really trying to get her off her backs, but I thought she bumped into all of us...Well, that's my opinion, anyway....

 

Seth sighed" wow you really sounded like you were unsure if you were a moron or not" Seth said as he held up the Old Amber "you going to take it or am I going to have to give this to her" Seth said

 

Angel nodded. "I'm keeping it." She gently took it and loaded it in her new bag. "I know exactly what they plan to do with it, too." She said, low enough for only Edo and Seth to hear.

 

"well that settles it. No Aerodactyl for you" Seth said looking back at Miranda

 

Rose was examining her newly captured Metapod. "Well, it looks like a recently evolved caterpie, so you know more than just harden. Thats good...lets see...I think that some training in Mt.Moon might get you to a butterfree..."Rose nodded. "Pikachu..."Pikachu just nodded.

 

Miranda huffed quite loudly and her eyes turned to slits as she stared down the girl "Ok, thats it, I tryed to play nice and i almost had you but im not putting it off any longer. I'm gonna take it by force! Growlithe! Flamethrower!" without warning Miranda commanded Growlithe to launch an attack directly at the trainers before they had even called pokemon, the only pokemon out was the silly Jigglypuff. A stream of fire spewed forth out of Growlithes mouth as he jumped forward in front of Miranda. As the fire traveled towards them Miranda said "I want that Old Amber."

 

Seth immediately grabbed Angel and jumped out of the way with her in his hands from the flamethrower and landed on the ground. "you alright?" Seth asked Angel showing a bit of concern but got up before she could answer and crossed his arm as he looked up at Miranda "Since she has the old amber its a battle between the two of you. Leave me out of this" Seth said as he helped up Angel "finish this quickly" Seth said to her quietly

 

Justin hid behind a bush with Charmander in the Virdrian Forest, he and Mya decided to spilt up and meet up at the exit of the Firest. "Okay, let's do it partner." Justin said as Charmander nodded and Justin quickly stood up, "Ember Attack!" he said as Chamrander leapt up and sprouted Ember, as it hit a yellow mouse, it took alot of patience but he found a Pikachu but something was different about it...it seemed more golden than shiny.

The Pikachu was hit by the Ember and charged a Thundershock at Charmander. "Quick! Ember again!" Justin commanded as Ember and Thundershock collided, creating a small explosion. "Get in there with Scratch!" Justin ordered as Charmander ran at Pikachu to claw at it but the Piakchu rolled and used Thundershock ocne again, paralyzing the lizard pokemon successfully. "Return!" Justin said as he held out Charmander's pokeball and took out another one. "Pidgey! You're up!" He said as he thrown another pokeball.

"Use Sand Attack!" Justin said as Pidgey complimented, getting sand in Pikachu's vision to stall it. "Gust now!" He quickly changed tactics and Pidgey flapped it's wings at Pikachu, creating a small tornado as it sent Pikachu flying but the mouse pokemon got up, determined as Justin grinned. "Now that's a determined adventurer! Now I gotta catch him!" Justin start as Pikachu threw another Thundershock at as Pidgey narrowly soared by it. "Tackle it!" He said as Pidgey collided hea don, forcing the two to fall on thr ground as Justin opened up a Pokeball. "Go!" He said as he thrown it and it hit Pikachu, engulfing it in red lgiht and the ball just shook there, once...twice...

"Come on...!" Justin waited nervously, it shook once more but soon, an audible noise was heard and Justin breathed a sigh he held in for so long and grinned with a child as he picked it up. "A Pikachu!" He cheered out and thrown the ball and Caterpie's to introduce Pikachu to the team.

"THis is Pidgey, Caterpie and there is Charmander you kinda...shocked him." Justin said as Pikachu gave a little laugh. "I'm Justin and I'd like to welcome you to the family." He said as he extended his hand and Pikachu let off a Thudnershock as Justin blinked as Pikachu gave a grin in it's own argeeable way.

"But why is it's coat giving that glow?" He thought and recalled something about Shiny forms of Pokemon which are exceoptionally rare to find and even more rarer to find one caught.

 

Angel nodded, grabbing Golduck's pokeball. "I will." Turning back to Miranda, she let the ball fly. "Go! Golduck!" Golduck popped out, getting into a battle stance. "Use Confusion!"

 

"Hiding behind the girl now are you? Dont send a child to do a man's job! Growlithe dodge and use agility, when your close enough, Iron Tail!" Miranda commanded and Growlithe complied, dashing towards Golduck at incredible speeds. "Growlithe's had to contend with a pokemon that has a type advantage more than once before, you haven't ensured victory."

Miranda's eyes darted to the egg which was now moving around quite a bit and pulsing white. Is it almost time? Heh this could help.... she thought before turning her eyes back to the battle as Growlithe stopped in front of Golduck preparing his attack.
