Pokemon - Kanto

Mya looked around excitedly. I want a Pikachu too!

Jane examined the forest, not noticing a Kakuna staring at her motionless on a branch.

 

Justin had to laugh at this. "But aren't Pikachu's kind of rare to find in this forest?" He asked her.

 

Rose and Pikachu were exploring the forest, looking at the caterpies that occaisonally came their way. Suddenly she came across a Metapod and stopped. "Stay..."she told Pikachu to stay. Pikachu nodded, staying put. Rose carefully went over to the metapod, trying not to spook it. "C'mere...."she slowly took out her pokeball, trying to catch it without having to injure it. "Gothca!"she threw the pokeball at the metapod, watching as it went in.

One shake...two shake....three shakes.... "Yes!"Rose smiled as the pokeball made the traditional 'poosh!' noise that let you know when the pokemon was captured. "Pikachu!"Pikachu cheered at the captured Metapod, cheeks sparking.

 

Mya frowned and nodded. You're right. Maybe I'd go for a Pidgey instead or something...

Jane turned around and yelped as she saw the Kakuna. Gosh! For a lousy Pokemon, you scared me! She examined the Kakuna, which was still on the branch motionless. Huh. You're not really worth the catch though.

 

"Okay, let's go!" Angel started to walk down the way to Mt. Moon, eager. "I really wanna catch a JiggyPuff. I heard its supposed to sing other pokemon to sleep! Or, I would want one of those Ekans!" Her eyes shone, thinking about catching either one.

 

"Well, we'd better start searchign." He said as he returned his Caterpie to it's Pokeball and walked in a random direction.

 

Zero dragged a hand down his face with a silent groan, he'd never suspected to feel so embarrassed about traveling with a girl. It'd never occurred to him that they might be mistaken for something other than friends. "It's no bother really, I can stay at the pokecenter for the night. I'm sure you all have your family time and I wouldn't want to intrude on that."

 

Anita breathed out the color from her face, growing calm. "We don't mind. Bell just likes to make odd assumptions. I'm Zern, short for Zernabog." he winked, heading to the kitchen to find a bite to eat.
Anita rang her bell, her Gastly almost purring to the sweet notes.

 

Zero nodded, watching Anita's father head into the kitchen and followed him, "Hmm, when's dinner? Sorry if that's rude, but I'm starved."

 

Anita chuckled. "Soon, you will be notified when." She led Zero to a small room, with a bed, desk and chair, tv, and light. A small dresser was there in case of clothes. "You will be sleeping in here."

 

Seth walked algon side her with his hands in his pockets and eyes closed. As he heard her talk Seth opened one eye and looked at her she sure loves to talk Seth thought to himself

 

Angel kept thinking of having a Jigglypuff sing her to sleep. "One day, I'll have one!" She told herself, looking up at the too blue sky. "Some day soon." Turning her attention back to where she was going, she thought about Mt. Moon. "I hope it's not really dark in Mt. Moon. When I can't see, I feel all defensless..." She confessed, squeezing the now asleep Bulba in her arms.

 

"its a pretty dark place. It was hard for me to navigate around" Seth said calmly closing his eye

 

"Really? Oh no..." Angel accidently walked through a patch of tall grass. "I hope we don't get attacked." She whimpered, stopping for a second. "That's the worst thing that could happen to you in the dark!"

 

Seth stopped walking and sighed as he looked at her "stop being a wimp. Charmeleon is with us so he will light up the place" Seth said

 

"Wimp? I'm just being-EEK!" Angel let out a shriek as something brushed past her leg. Her face red, she looked over at Seth while she put Bulba down. The thing stopped by her leg as she scooped down to pick it up. "Jiggly?' It was a small creature in a soft pink color. "Awww, you little cutie pie! I could just eat you up!" Angel laughed, looking in its teal eyes. "You wanna come with me?" 'Jiggly!' It chirped, jumping out her hands. "Alright, Bulba we got a battle on our hands!"

 

"looks pretty weak...you sure you want to catch this one?" Seth said crossing his hard

 

Angel looked at Seth, smiling just a bit. "I can always raise it to become stronger. If you want pokemon to grow up, you gotta do with determination and care. That's what i wanna do." Turning back to Bulba, she said, "Alright, Stun seed!" The seeds were whipped at Jigglypuff, who instantly dodged and tackled Bulba. "Use Vine whip!"

 

"care? hmph whatever" Seth said as he watched the fight take place

 

Angel heard Seth question her, but quietly ignored it. 'Angel, you have to always believe in yourself, not in what others think' That was something her mom had told her long ago, a few months before she went missing. She watched as Bulba wrapped its vines around JigglyPuff. "Okay, now use stun seed again!" This time JigglyPuff was stunned, not moving as it was put on the ground. Throwing a pokeball at it, Angel pet Bulba, watching as the familar flash of light envoloped JigglyPuff.

"Alright....Just don't move." She urged the pokeball. It shook once, twice, a third time...Then, it clicked. "Yes! I caught a JigglyPuff!" She said victoriously, picking up Bulba. 'That's my girl.' Her mom's voice sighed in her ear.
