They show a 16 second video of HG/SS and in it you can walk with you starters like you did in Pokemon yellow. ^^

Eh, walking around with starters isn't that big a deal.I'm more worried about character skins and content rather than that.Of course they'll probably make a 'Body Crystal' or something so you can go to Kanto, which will make the entire game for me :P Always loved the Kanto themes.

 

They may not, and it probably wouldn't be "Body Crystal"; heart of gold and soul of silver are like two ancient adages. xD

They didn't remake Yellow, and the Blue remake was actually Green. Though they did add a shitload of new things like 1-9 Islands and included all 380 something Pokemon.
I just need a Totodile, red Noctowl, and Houndoom and I'll be set. 8D

So, I'm going to start of with Cyndaquil, beast him up, and beat the entire game with only him. And Falkner was a homo.

 

That Sand Attack isn't a joke man lol...and..yeah, about 75% of players will likely start off with Cyndaquil..I might too, or Totodile..sucks that fire types are so rare..

 

Yeah, because Cyndaquil was the ****. I remember fighting my rival's Feraligator with my Typhlosion. It was so amazing, Holy ****, I wonder how epic this game will look in 3D.

 

The walking with starter thing is not confirmed yet.

So, yeah. You can walk with your starter.

 

I wonder if they evolve can it still happen.It might depend on size too..maybe they'll even let you choose what pokemon follows you, but its unlikely V.V

 

Everything looks so animated in these games. You can see the wind (and likely other climate changes, obviously), your starter walks with you... oh man. A trip through memory lane when I play this game. D:

 

Dear god the nostalgia is rushing back. I can't wait for this.

The (very plausible) approximation of the international release according to Bulbapedia seems to be around 2010.
