I wonder if we'll be seeing new areas like in FR/LG.

 

Added parts like islands..maybe we'll see the orange islands...

As negative as this sounds, we may already have a "revamped Kanto" as our so-called "new area".

Though I'm also hoping for the Orange Islands, even if it seems quite unlikely.

 

Oh awesome, they're re-making Gold and Silver? Score! I can't wait until these are out!

Heart Gold is supposed to allude to a certain saying:

"A heart of gold."

Dude..I think we really like pokemon for the pokemon and story, not just because of the 'spektakular mewvs' ...if you only played the game for the moves, you're an idiot.

For me its the story. It was just way more epic than the original.The rival is insanely bad ass, the rockets actually do something awesome for once..I think >>..and the Elite Four and Leaders are amazing.

 

I suppose there will be additions to the original version of gold and Silver.

 

So, if anybody knows, are these being made for the Nintendo DS? Or is it for that new rip-off DS they just developed?

 

DS, otherwise you wouldn't see the 3d buildings most likely..and what rip off DS are you talking about?

Whoops, looks like I made a mistake. I thought that the DSI was a new system entirely, not a new and improved version of the DS. Turns out you can play DS games on it, so never mind. My bad.

hmm..i doubt the orange islands will be in the game...they were a story arc for the show...but it would be a massive waste of memory...cause didnt the orange island fights always have some weird rules for how you won...they would have to change the whole battle system just for 4 badges...what i think is more likely is they added some small sevii island like islands cept they have a few sinnoh and hoenne pokemon instead of a few kanto and johto pokemon...if they even do that...i think this talk about a new area is just talk from someone who doesnt realize that kanto isnt new to the gold and silver storylines

GS was most likely the peak of my addiction (if not the 3rd with Ruby and Sapphire) to this series. Plus it had two area's to traverse. :l

 

I couln't have posted this better my self.

Adding the D/P/P moves to these games are going to kill the rest of the games completely.
