Pokemon: Cobalt

Cade,after crossing a bridge with trainers who all wanted to battle him,and he defeated,had finally reached Granite Town."..Ok..my Dad said this guy uses Rock type's..like many other gym leaders in other regions..I hope he's right..''Cade took out a pokeball and stared at it."Staryu..it's all up to you..''he said,then headed for the Gym.

Rae made her way into Granite Town, her Cyndaquil, Piplup, and Turtwig were walking beside her, she fought several battles then stopped at a bench and fed her Pokémon.

 

Cade stopped just outside the gym and was taking deep breaths."My first gym battle..''he gulped.

 

((OOC: Tularim, Jason's Uncle D, The Gym Leader of Granite Town uses Grass types... Just to let you know I already had that established.))

As Jason entered the town he was startled to notice that Rae was there, "What!? You again!?". He then noticed her Pokemon out of their balls, "How 'bout another battle? Let's make it two on two this time!" he challenged Rae.

 

Rae looked away from her Pokémon and saw Jason, "Sorry, I am letting my Pokémon rest for the gym battle, you should probably do the same." Rae said.

Cade stepped inside the Gym and looked around."Doesnt look like rock..its grass..thanks alot,dad..''he muttered,putting Staryu's ball away and taking out Staravia's.

 

Jason faceplanted at the news. "Oh alright... But we WILL battle again. Just you wait! And next time, I'll win. Later." With that he was off towards his Uncle D's Gym.

 

"Hey,Gym Leader!!"Cade called,stepping forward into the grass.

 

"go totodile" Seth said throwing his pokeball and totodile came out

Totdile run up and use bite

*houndour dodges the attack and uses howl

A voice rings out through the grass, "Have at you!". A little boy wearing a camping out fit leaps from the grass. "I am one of the Gym Traniers here! If you can't beat me, then you couldn't hope to beat our Leader!" He challenges Cade. "Do it Oddish!" the Camper commands as an Oddish bursts from his Pokeball. "Odd Odd" It remarks.

"I guess I have no choice then..''Cade presses the button on his pokeball,making it grow.He throws it high in the air."Go Staravia!"he shouts.

Staravia emerges from the pokeball.."Staravia!"

Cade points at Oddish."Use Sand-Attack!"

Staravia rapidly flaps its wings toward's the ground,picking up dirt and having it fly in the eyes of Oddish and its trainer.

"Oddddish!" The leaves on the grass Pokemon's head bend to keep the sand out of it's eyes.

"Oddish! Use Leech Seed!" Camper Larry commands it.

"Odd!" Oddish complies, firing seeds out towards Cade's Staravia.

 

"Now,use Double Team!"Cade commanded Staravia

Copies of Staravia were suddenly made,and they all surrounded Oddish.

Cade waited for an opening.

 

"Oh boy... Not good." Camper Larry commented.

Oddish whimpered, "Odd...".

"Oddish! Use Sleep Powder on all of 'em!" Camper Larry yelled. His pokemon complied, setting off Sleep Powder in a 360 Degree radius. Unfortunately... Camper Larry also caught a face-full and passed out.

"Oddish?" His Pokemon asked, hopping over to it's tranier's unconsious form.
