|Pokémon| ~Born to be a Winnér~

Seth smiled as Ralts ran up to Turtwig and began to also say its name over and over, having a conversation with the Turtwig. Totodial calmly followed Ralts and stood with Ralts and Turtwig while Larvitar stood beside Seth with his little arms crossed. Looking down at Larvitar, Seth let out a sigh and then looked back at Castiel. "Umm your backpack is glowing" Seth said pointing at Castiel's backpack

 

"Don't get me wrong," she said, "Just because I'm not sure I'm ready doesn't mean I'm not gonna give it my all. And who knows? I might just surprise myself."
She petted Kindle's back, to which the candle-like Pokémon responded with a slight squeek of happiness.
"I'm pretty surprised that your Geodude's never won a fight. He looks pretty tough to me. What was he up against?"

 

"Alright then." Skye nodded. "Well, it was soon after I had caught him actually. We fought a trainer who was picking on someone with his Croconaw. Obviously, Geodude is weak against water, but he wasn't happy about it. Squirtle kicked the Croconaw's ass though. Bigtime."
In the distance, land was in sight.
"Guess we're soon there."

 

OOC: Ignore the Lugia on the card, I haven't done the edits yet. But yeah, she wouldn't have it.

Laia watched the clouds pass by her, as she rode on the back of her long time partner Charizard, otherwise known as Chara.
She heard her Xtransceiver beep, "Oh, I see Bro got our package Chara." she smiled as she read through his text. "Char." she muttered in happy acknowledgement.
"Your little baby seems to be doing well too."
"Char Char."
"Don't worry, we'll see them soon I'm sure." Laia comforted her friend.
It was a pleasant flight on the back of Chara, and it was a nice day as they approached Satoshi Town.
"...Right, time to get down to business." she smirked, as she dropped down off of Chara, who flew over head in circles.
"Cheers Chara, you get some rest now okay?" she said as she called Chara back into her Pokéball.
She looked around, the familiar sight of Satoshi Town was nice, after all, she had passed through here on her own journey.
She quickly located the Pokémon centre and went inside, looking for her contact.
She already knew that her contact would be the one to greet her first anyway.

 

Taylor smiled.
"I thought it'd have to have been against a Water or Grass type." she said. "A tough guy like him, it figures they had a type advantage."
She heard Skye's comment as she too saw the land approaching, which looked particularly impressive against the bright sky.
"I guess you're right. Where are you heading from the port then, Skye?" she asked, still not having made up her mind where she would go from here.

 

"That's a good question. I guess I'll check in to the nearest Pokécenter and have a day or two off. Oh, and I'll have to call my mom. I have to play for my Pokémon as well, it's one of the things I promised them, to perform for them in every Pokécenter." Skye explained. "As far as my route... I'm not sure, I guess I'll buy some stuff before heading to a gym. Squirtle has a say in it as well, so we'll see. Won't we, Squirtle?"
"Squirtle!" He replied, happily.

 

"You really treat him well." she noted, her Kindle nodding in agreement.
"As for me, I've got no idea where I'm headed. Like I said before, I just want to travel around, see new things, and have a few battles when I feel like it. But I guess there isn't actually that much call for those kinda people, huh?"
Kamina had walked up to the girls feet, and curled up like a dog there to nap while they came into port.

 

"I treat him the way he deserves," Skye replied.
Skye stepped off the ferry onto solid ground. "Finally here, Squirtle." A bolt of joy shot through Skye, and he had a stupid looking smile on his face, as he turned around to the girl.
"You gonna go to the Pokécenter first? As I said, that's where I'm headed. Only problem is that I have no idea where it is," he explained, still smiling.

 

"It's true that the're people that missuse pokemon or treat them like garbage, but at least not everyone's like that. Akira said. "Well you've left the gym before, how about after our battle you join us. Starly and I could use the company."
"Starly." Starly chirped happily at the chance of someone joing them.
"He seems to like the idea of you comming with us." He said at Starly's exicted chirping.

 

"Hm... Ferryport Town, right?" Taylor asked, before looking around. "Then the Center should be... that way." she said, pointing off to the left.
"But yeah, I'll come with you to the Center. It's good to familiarise yourself with a new place, right? That's also part of exploring."
Kamina followed her, eyeing up everybody's clothes as he walked past them, looking for anything better than his cape.

 

Mizu looked at Akira. "Well, I might consider it. I mean, what about if someone comes to the gym looking for a gym battle? That's the only thing that's ever kept me from going on a journey so far."
Mizu began walking towards Boulder City, thinking about having a journey, and not being stuck doing gym battles all day.
"Maybe we should wait a little bit before I leave the gym. After our battle we can wait a little bit, at least make sure that there isn't anyone who would come while I'm away."

 

"Yeah, Ferryport." Skye looked towards where she pointed. "You lead the way, because I haven't been here before."
"Squirtle!" Squirtle seemed very excited.
"Hah, looks like Squirtle sure feels pumped." Skye said. "Aren't you?"
"Squirtle!"
"Hah, alright. Lead the way, Taylor."

 

"Well, to be honest, I've never been here either. But I've seen maps of some of the towns, so I know roughly where the important places are." she explained, continuing along her path.
They soon found the Pokémon Center, only slightly off from the direction she had pointed. Which was still fairly impressive, considering it was all from memory.
"Here we are then!" Taylor said enthusiastically.

"Yeah, and my hat is on fire, right?" Castiel joked until he realized what Seth meant. "It's..WHAT?!" He turned his head frantically both ways to see his backpack while Turtwig and Elekid excitedly started yelling. Castiel finally got a clue and swung his backpack off one arm and to his front. "Oh by Arceus, my Eevee is hatching!" He said with a grin. The young Trainer knelt on one knee and looked up to Seth. "I know I just met you, but it's nice to have you here for this!" He looked over to Elekid and Turtwig. "I hope you guys are ready for a new friend," he grinned again and placed the egg on the dirt. As he was letting it go he felt a strong shock in his hand and a small jolt of electricity from the egg. "Ow!" What was that? He wondered, but he quickly forgot about it as the egg started to change shape. However, he started to rub his wrist, right over his birthmark, where he felt the jolt. In a matter of moments, there was a grayish Eevee in front of him, smiling.
"Eevee!"
Castiel raised an eyebrow. "Wait...why is it gray?"

The normal looking Trainer recognized Laia first. He appeared average, but he was supposed to know all of the Elite 4 Trainers. "Excuse me, Ms. Laia?" He asked, smiling as he approached her. "Black's the name, pleased to meet you." He extended a hand to shake. "Don't worry 'bout the name. My mother named all her kids after colors. I have a brother named Periwinkle." It was a lame excuse, but he knew she would understand who he was.

 

"Awesome. Come on out Geodude," skye said, as he instantly called Geodude out of his Pokéball."
"Geodude! Geodude hovered around Skye, like he always does.
"You see," Skye looked at Taylor. "Geodude has a thing for Pokénurses."
"Geo, Geo Geodude!"
Skye walked in to the Pokécenter to the desk. "Hi, could you take a look at Geodude for me?" He asked, as he winked at Geodude.
The Pokénurse nodded.
"Alright, I've gotta make a call. Come on Squirtle."
"Squirtle!"
"I'll be back in a bit," Skye said to Taylor.

 

Seth watched the egg as it began to hatch. He never personally seen an egg hatch before so it was quite interesting to see it up close. Crouching down to get a better view, Seth's three Pokemon walked up close to observe as well. "here it comes" Seth said as he witnessed the egg transform into an Eevee. "Congratula....huh?" Seth started to say but immediately stopped mid sentence upon noticing the strange Pokemon. "well then this is quite unexpected. Congratulations on your shiny Eevee. I never thought I would ever see a Shiny other then my Ralts other here" Seth said with a smile as he rubbed Ralts' head top

 

"Huh?" Castiel didn't even realize the Ralts was shiny. "That's right," he said, looking at Seth's Pokemon, "A normal Ralts has a green head, doesn't it?" He felt stupid for asking, but he had never seen a Ralts in person. He flipped open his Pokedex and scanned Ralts.
"Ralts. The Feeling Pokemon. If its horns capture the warm feelings of people or Pokémon, its body warms up slightly."
Castiel studied the picture on the screen. "And pink horns and a whiter body, huh?" He grinned. "Awesome, we both have Shiny Pokemon!" He looked over to his Eevee that was just sitting there, its head cocked and smiling. He used his Pokedex and scanned his new Pokemon.
"Eevee. The Evolution Pokemon. Because its genetic makeup is irregular, it quickly changes its form due to a variety of causes."
The Eevee on the screen was different shades of brown. His Eevee was ash gray. "Guess that's your name," Castiel said, smiling as he pet it. "Elekid, Turtwig, and you, Ralts, Totodile, Larvitar, say hello to Ashes!"

BIC: Drew thought for a moment, and then answered, "I don't believe I have any pressing matters to attend to at the moment. Where do we need to go?"

OOC: lol short post.

BIC: The battle wasn't going too well. Oshwatt was slightly worn out and the Sneasel, who had taken a few hits, was still raring to go. "It's too fast," Lee grunted. "Oshawatt can't even touch it." Suddenly, and idea dawned upon him.

"Oshawatt, use Double Team!" Lee shouted. Oshawatt, gathering enough energy, complied, spawning illusions of multiple Oshawatts surrounding the wild Pokemon. Sneasel looked around, confused about which one was the real one. "Quick, tackle him while he's confused!" Lee yelled. "Osha!" the otter Pokemon cried, nodding his head. The real Oshawatt, along with the fakes, began charging at Sneasel from all sides. Sneasel began panicking, right up until it was knocked down from behind, where the real Oshawatt was. "Yeah! Now we're back in control!" Lee cheered.
