The only reason Square is putting FFXIII on X360 is for the money.

Citation needed. Really, citation needed horribly. Microsoft doesn't buy all their multiplatform games. The majority of the time a game goes multiplatform because the developer realizes that limited themselves to one console is stupid. As for PS3 exclusivity in Japan, remember: The 360 sells like crap in Japan and they probably don't feel it is necessary to release both versions over there.

Also, Sony has very little say in what console third parties choose to develop for.

Well no **** sherlock. They're a business. Businesses do things to make money.

Oh, hey, its the picture people were throwing around when MGS4 was rumored for 360 (which, by the way could quite possibly fit on four DVDs if you removed Metal Gear Online and compressed the audio, which isn't really a good thing, but that's beside the point). 20 dual layered DVDs would give you about 160 gigabytes of space, enough to fit over three dual layered blu-rays. Honestly, the only major differance anyone besides Sony fanboys see happening with FFXIII's 360 version is that it will be on three or four discs as opposed to one.

I was just messing with people, good sir.
Square is actually trying to fit FFXIII to one DVD. They said they are going to finish the PS3 version and will say how much of that they will put into the 360 Version.
Personally i think they will compress it and downscale it untill it fits on 2 or 3 DVDs.

    Personally, I don't care either way. I have a Ps3 and I have a 360, I'll get the version that's better reviewed.

It's better than wasting your money on the Arcade version.
But 2 Years? You must have over 300$ for your 360 and your games. So if you throw in another 100 bucks you'll get the PS3 with two games. How could it take you two years to get like 100$

Both if you have the money because they both have ups and downs and having them both fills in the gaps.

The shit is worth it, just make sure that you don't get the red ring by letting dust get in the system or by moving it while its on.

Moving the system while on won't cause it to over heat. It will most likely destroy any disc spinning inside of it, but that alone won't cause overheating.

Who would think that a system would over heat just by moving it? It just sounds too impossible.

Exactly my point. The red ring of death is caused by the system overheating and key parts expanding and warping to a form that doesn't work properly.

Yeah, but your system can also turn to crap by letting it collect dust.

Because dust insulates it and lets it generate more heat.
