    The PS3 is an excellent console with great graphics, functional controller, free internet, just to name a few but money-wise the 360 is MUCH cheaper.
    So unless you have been saving a lot buy the 360.
    But considering the Xbox live subscription, I don't know.

    If you buy an arcade yes you need a memory card.
    Also you can't have live since it requires too many updates.
    Yeah you get no updates no dlc no demos no online gaming nothing.
    DON'T GET IT.

    I have to say Xbox 360 because it's practically a giant entertainment box.
    With the things that are gonna be coming out for it soon, like Facebook & Twitter connectivity and Sky tv streaming onto your Xbox.

    It's got a great lineup of games, including games made by the community :3

    Xbox Live may not be free, but thinking about it; you're paying for a server to play your favourite games online with. £40 for a year may be a bit expensive, but c'mon, you have a WHOLE YEAR to come up with another £40.

    The PS3 already came with that though, all the internet comes with it, it's like a cpu.

    they are both amazin
    ps3 has better graphics but i think tht xbox 30 has better games, etc.
    unless ur not focused on the money its a hard choice but money wise i think that an xbox 360 is better

    Trust me, You'd be better of getting a PS2 than a 360 Arcade.

    Also how does 360 get better games.
    360 Has more exclusives but only few are AAA games (Mass Effect, Halo just as examples)
    While most PS3 exclusives are AAA, not all though sadly.
