Playing P3 FES for the first time

I was hoping the conversion was better. I see the sprite work annnnnd.... no.

 

The cursor can go anywhere on the map, which you view from a bird's eye view. It will automatically line up when it gets close enough to anything that you can interact with. Dungeon crawling and battles are still in 3D.

Yeah, it's definitely not as pretty as P3 or P3FES, but it's a good game overall. If you choose the FeMC, you can even save

Yeah, but wandering around in school isn't. Which is most of the game and the immersion. No thanks. I'll wait till I can get a physical copy of P3FES, that or hope P3FES is playable on Vita.

 

Unfortunately, FES is not available on the Vita. I think there's discussion about making it available, though.

 

Eh, so either PS3 digital download (yes?) or get a physical copy. Amirite?

Because I'm not dealing with Atlus's inconsistent aesthetics that just keep hammering in the idea that I'm playing a game into my head. Which is exactly what I want when playing an rpg, especially one that acts as a second life. Plus, **** sprites, really? Half 3D models and half FFT sprites? ****

Hey, the sprites are okay, and the best NPC in the game gets his own portrait. I'll agree that it's not exactly good as a life sim, but it's good as an RPG.

 

I'll just be over here with my copy of Persona 3. The not FES version.

why dont you play a good game like this one?
