Player of the month - December 2014

After much consideration, I have found that I need to say something. I want to point out that not every month are all players in the same world. This December was the month where we all finally entered to different worlds, thus separating our large group of players once more. The way I see it is, why are we choosing just ONE player out of many others who are participating? Don't get me wrong, choosing one player for the month makes sense...if we are all doing stuff in the same world (Like October and November), but since December and January we are all in different worlds, I feel like we should all be choosing 1 player from each of the three worlds as I find it to be a bit silly that we can only choose one player when three worlds are at play here.

Heck, you know what? I'll be the first (or maybe not) to admit that I don't always have time to read everyone's posts; especially when we are grouped up to visit different worlds. So for me, I can't always give proper consideration to players who are probably really trying hard because I tend to start focusing more on the players I am grouped up with.

In short:

Why only choose one player during months where players are scattered in separate worlds? Don't you think that leaves some other players who are trying just as hard in their own worlds out of the picture?

^This is merely a question to help lead us to a suggestion. Perhaps there should be Player(s) of the month when we are grouped up to different worlds, that way more people have opportunity to be noticed rather than be kept underneath others shadows. Like I said, just a question/suggestion to hopefully lead to an answer.
