They are so awesome, OK you know that movie right?

Well they were actually supposed to make a sequal
about Mike and Sully revisiting Boo, but she is a teenager
but they decided to not make it since the ending of the movie was so heartfelt

    That was Monsters Inc., right?

Anyway, a sequel would've spoiled the first one, so they made the right choice.

I agree, making a sequel to the first is not a good idea. I am pixar did not think about making a new one, that would have been bad!! disney sequels are not as good as the orignal, well some can level up, but others should never be messed with.

Pixar is slipping though. They are making a Toy Story 3. One was enough.

A sequal of that movie would've ruined it, they made the right decison.

    A Toy Story 3? Ridiculous.

Toy Story 2 was great, I think it's been a bit long since then for them to be making Toy Story 3 though. =\

I'm glad they didn't make a Monsters, Inc 2. It seems like pretty much every Disney film gets some sort of mediocre sequel these days.

    Down with sequels!

    Monsters, Inc. 2? Definitely not.

Toy Story 3? Don't see it coming to theaters. Probably direct-to-DVD, maybe.

A Bugs Life 2? Since one of the actors died, no way is that coming back.

Finding Nemo 2? Good as is.

    Cars 2? Already good enough.

Ratatouille 2? It was bad enough.

The Incredibles?...When Rise of the Underminer was advertised, I seriously thought they were actually making a sequel. But, no. They decided to go directly to the game with only 2 playable characters. That really ticked me off.

And I miss all the bloopers. :(

Smart idea, Pixar. Sequals don't make money, classics do.

I think having a Monsters Inc. 2 is a bad idea. I think it would be better enough for the audience to make an inference on what happens to Mike and Sully's relationship with Boo.

I don't think most of you even understand who Pixar is. All of the movies they've done have been HIGHLY successfull. Toy Story 2 was a perfect sequel they did and I'm positive that's it's going to be the same with Toy Story 3.

Most of their movies shouldn't have a sequel in my opinion (Monsters Inc., Ratatouille, Finding Nemo, & A Bug's Life) since they had that kind of ending where you couldn't really draw much from. Almost pefect ending for each of those.
Though the other films (Toy Story, Cars, & The Incredibles) are perfect for making a sequel out of. The endings of each of those leave a great story to be told later on. I wouldn't be surprised to see The Incredibles become a franchise like Toy Story.

btw, Disney sequels are ****. Proven fact. Pixar has only made 1 sequel(Toy Story 2) which was a success.
