Biography: This guy was considered a legend in the Marines. This guy worked his way through the ranks and he eventually became a General. Even at his age, he can pack a wallop. He believes all pirates should die, no matter who they are, even if it was a son! He doesn't like fighting with weapons, so he says they are too clumsy, he fights with his inhuman strength! (people say he saves gun powder by throwing cannon balls himself! XD)

Edit:
He only controls his own ship, if other captains want orders, this general tells them to do things for them self, he doesn't care if they kill themselves, he just cares for his ship and his ship alone.

as Varnor and his crew began to pack up and sail away they noticed Marine ship on its way to some other ships. "every one lets have some fun" Vanror said as he turned his ship against the marine ship

I don't like pirates!
Give me a cannonball!

*is handed a cannonball*

There are no wanted posters for this guy.

So this guy isn't worth it?
Just sail toward his ship and fire at it, the only interesting guy on it is their captain, he can cut my cannonball throws!
Also let's bored his ship, I want to sink this one personally!

The canon balls were fired of and hit the marine ship as they came inside they exploded firing lots of fragments inside the ship to making, huge damage

 

Garp:
Let's play catch!

*catches some cluster cannonballs and starts wailing them back*
(not before some of them explode in his face XD)

 

"they are throwing them back capt." one of the crew mans shouted.
"like its going to make a difference" he draw his sword again and slashed the canon balls to pieces, "continue firing" Varnor said

*grabs a coin*
*flicks it at the pirate ship*

*Garp's ship goes near other marine ship*

Captain, catch those pirates and bring them to justice!
I would help you but we are heavily damaged and out of supplies!
