she looked away,then looked up when he fell"MARK!"she cried holding the egde"Mark...."

 

"Hello child. You did what I asked. "

"Calypso. Why did that have to happen?"

"Fate can only tell."

"I just wish Lyra hadn't to suffer."

"She won't."

 

she wiped her face and headed to the cabin and lay on her bed

 

Calypso appeared in front of Lyra.

 

"Huh? wh-who are you?"lyra said

 

"You love him don't you?"

 

"Yeah...."she said

 

Mark appears behind Calypso.

 

"Mark!"lyra said

 

Mark smiled. "I am no longer part of the living."

"Do you ant him back?"

"Then you must sacrafice something of great importance."

Calypso smiles. She starts to chant something in her native tounge.
