Pirates of the Caribbean At World's End (Spoiler Thread)

She has her son, but we all know he is going to die if they make a sequel.

And for Jack and her, she pointed out that it never would have worked, and Jacks just says "You just keep telling yourself that." <3

 

I just saw it. I REALLY liked it. Great movie. One of my fav parts was when to wo pirats were "I wonder what would happen if we droped Canin Balls on them" Was so funny. Also I liked it when they all had their guns up and where going to shoot each other. Only thing was this Huge old anoying Johny depp Fan was in the theatre shouting "WHoo" "Yeah Johny" "He HA" "Alright" and humming thorugh the whole move. very anoying....

 

I was rather upset that Norrington died. But he did get the last word in by stabbing Jones before he died.

I'm just upset that James died for HER and she didn't really bat an eyelash. Just sort of yelled 'JAMES!' a whole bunch.

And was Calypso ticked or what after she was released?

 

It was a great movie in my opinion, but it threw me off balance that (spoiler) Will Turner died, then un-died. (end spoiler) It was a pretty weird ending, too. Didn't really understand that. And what happened with Callipso? I was left a bit underwhelmed. Don't let these gripes fool you, however. I absolutely LOVED the movie, and am looking for an MP3 version of the song they sing. (It's an obsession I tell you!)

All in all, 9.5/10.

 

Yeah it was good I feel sorry for davey jones his music box thing was always sad to me barbosa was funny when he was argueing with jack about whos the captain and the jack clones were funny

Yeah the whole Barbossa vs Sparrow was hillarious; I loved when Jack was trying to compensate for his 'periscope' xDDD i think thats what they were aiming at atleast? :3

 

I, personally, loved Barbosa and Jack's humor throughout the movie. Oh man... when the ship was going over the huge waterfall and Barbosa did his 'Barbosa laugh' I cracked up... ^^; Yeah... I laugh at dumb things.

Wasn't expecting that kind of ending though - that would suck... only once every ten years. My boyfriend says: "why don't they each just get a dingy and meet at a mutual spot on the water?" I thought about it and I think that would make sense, since Elizabeth can't stay on the ship and Will wouldn't be able to touch dry land (yet).

 

He's meant to stay in the other world to guide the souls. Davy Jones didn't do that & that's why he looks like a ugly fish man. I think that's correct, correct me if i'm wrong.

 

You are correct with that. Will should just be like "You are in debt to me. ON THE SHIP!!!!" And then they can all be on the ship together

 

Yeah Calypso did that to him. [I assume] She got mad when he didnt do his job & turned into a cold/callous 'animal'. She said: He used to be a man. I guess when she thought he stopped, she cursed the Dutchman, its captain&crew.

I havent been able to get that movie out of my head. Its just been in there ALL day, and the soundtrack has been playing on my iPod. Tracks 3&7&11 make me cry! I cant listen to them without getting teary-eyed, its awful. Ill just be doing something, and then they come up and I get teary eyed.

Anyways when Will got killed I knew something like that was gonna happen. But when they showed his and Elizabeth's kid it was kinda like a slap in the face. It's like they were saying look it would be possible to make more PotC but we won't. But you should all buy the game it is awesome.
Did you also notice after the credits Will and Elizabeth didn't age over 10 years?

I think Johny Depp is the hot one & Bloom is medicore but you are very right, he got much more appealing when he reemerged. I was still in such utter shock/disbelief...welll id seen it comming as soon as they went on the dutchman to fight but STILL its like-wow. theyre dead o_o

I completely agree with you. Theyre teasing us ;___; noez...it makes me really sad. And they didnt age. I was like hmm 10years aged Elizabeth Swann is the same ._. I guess they did all find the fountain of youth. xDDD Theres no other explaination :3

 

Hey what did happen at the end cause i read that will died then came back to life? and some child comes in and suddenly its 10 years later? What the hell is going on? I haven't seen it yet but i don't care if it spoils the movie. and what happens to jack sparrow? if he dies too, and my mom and i see it i can tell you she will be crying and possibly screaming (trust me she has sceamed in a movie theater)
