My main goal was to make it look like a painting, and to simplify the pic.
All filters.

 

Hmm...if your trying to simplify the picture you sure accomplished that. But I dunno for some reason it seems more like a blurry picture than a painting to me. But thats just me. Good job tho.

Yeah, I second what Sora 13 said. It just looks more blurred up than an actual painting. I don't think JUST using filters is the greatest solution for this task - some traditional work will probably be needed for your goal. (:

<_< Okay! So maybe we chose the wrong word. The point I was trying to make was, it doesn't look like a painting lol. It just looks like it was Photoshopped. But the simplifying part, that's cool.

It's kinda hard to turn an actual photo into a painting only using Photoshop Filters. If you're really aiming for it to look natural, that is...

agree mostly,i dont really see much diff except for some minor ripples and other.keep trying though/
