Persona: New Awakening

Leila smiled faintly and watched Holden, clasping her hands together on her lap. "I didn't know you wanted me to join you and others." She breathed in deeply and closed her eyes momentarily, laughing quietly at his comment. "I think the others will be prepared. You're quite confident on yourself though. I'm glad I'm seeing this in the person I made leader." Turning her head, Leila looked around Holden's room and thought for a moment. "From what I was told, Nyx will have a weapon. Sword, I think." Narrowing her eyes, Leila stood up from Holden's bed and faced him, taking a step forward. "Don't worry. You'll be getting lots of training these next few days. We only have a few more days until the full moon."

Terri raised her eyebrows and looked at Arthur, surprised he had wanted to go where she wanted to go at first. "We can go to the Station then, if you'd like," she quietly said, looking towards the monorail. She tilted her head slightly and clasped her hands behind her back. She wondered if she could tell Arthur about what Leila told her about a possible new Persona-user joining the group. And this time, it'd be a Junior, same grade as her. After all, he was considered the second leader. "What do you think of Tartarus?" she asked, quickly after narrowing her eyes and slouching her shoulders slightly. Stupid question.

 

"Hey Leila. Where are you?" Vincent called out as he came down the stairs. After taking a look around the first floor of the dormitories, the floor where the girls slept, Vincent decided to stop by the lobby to relax. I guess she must have gone out. I'll have to talk to her later then. Taking a seat on the sofa, Vincent looked out the window to see a guy and a girl walking down the street. Weren't they there last night? Seeing Terri and Arthur walk down the street, Vincent jumped up from the sofa and then ran to the front door, hoping that he would be able to catch up to them. "Hey! Wait for me," yelled Vincent as he ran down the street.

Sakura left the room and headed for her room. Turning on her radio, she calmly listened to the music and looked out her window. She looked at her stomach and laid on her bed. Looking at her ceiling, Sakura closed her eyes and took a nap.

 

Hattori worked on his sketches.

"I guess I'll meet the others tonight." He said to himself.

 

His green gaze narrowed as the two walked eventually boarding the train. He sat across from her, his hands neatly on his lap as he thought of his answer. "Well. .the more I try to think the reason behind it, the more confused I become" he admitted with a slight sigh. "I trust Leila's words, it's just the sudden number of growing S.E.E.S members in such convenient timing seems a bit odd to me. I want to know. .more of the reason behind Tarturus also, it's true purpose. .other than fighting this Nyx person." Arthur laid back on his seat as he stared outside the window seeing the city pass by him in a quick blur. "Iwatodai Station" announced the train and finally came to a stop. "..I'm sorry, I didn't mean to give you such a vague answer"

 

Terri opened her mouth to respond to Arthur but heard a familiar voice call to them. Turning slightly, she noticed Vincent running up to them. Standing where the doors of the monorail would close, Terri quickly extended her arm and grabbed Vincent's, pulling him into the monorail. She stepped back a little and grabbed one of the poles as the monorail began moving. "Your name is Vincent, right?" she asked, looking towards Arthur then back at him. "I'm Terri. I don't think you've really gotten to meet any of the other members beside Leila." She motioned her hand towards Arthur, turning slightly as she sat down across from him. "He's Arthur."

 

"Yea, Vincent Valier's the name. Nice to meet you two," said Vincent. As the monorail started to gain speed, he grabbed onto one of the poles so he wouldn't fall over on himself when the monorail pulled over to stop. "I guess I'll be working with two as well as the others from now." Being new to Port City, Vincent hadn't really been able to make many friends as he was mostly busy moving in and getting to know the city better. While he was a little nervous around Terri and Arthur since he had never talked to either of them before, he didn't let it show on his face and instead put on a smile. "So what's up with you two?"

 

Leila turned her attention towards the door, perking an eyebrow as she lowered her arms down to her sides. "That sounded like Vincent." She took a couple more steps forward until she was just about a foot away from Holden. "Thank you for letting me speak to you. I really appreciate it." Taking another step forward, she reached for the doorknob and opened the door, opening it enough for her to step through. Stopping, she looked towards Holden and remembered another thing she wanted to tell him. "By the way, I had received a call from Ms. Kirigo saying she had gotten a call from an old friend. Apparently, there's another person with the potential. Her name is Haruka Hotaru. She's a junior at Gekkoukan High so I've asked Terri to keep an eye on her. Since you're the leader, I figured you should know. I'll be telling the others later tonight in the Command Room. So please be there. We still need to deal with Vincent as well and I need to talk about the full moon in a few days." Smiling, Leila waved slightly at Holden. "Thank you, again."

Terri smiled and nodded her head at Vincent, scooting slightly so he could sit down. "Nice to meet you too." Hearing the announcement from the monorail, she stood up and watched as the monorail stopped. "Well, we're just going to spend some time here at the station." It was already late afternoon so she wasn't expecting for her and Arthur to stay too late. Possibly just another or two and head back to the dorm. "Did you have anything plans?"

 

Haruka had hung out at Paulownia Mall for a little, she had been tempted to do some Karaoke, but thought it wouldn't be so fun by herself.
And she had toyed with the idea of going to see a movie, but there wasn't anything she had been interested in seeing.
She decided she'd try some book shops in Iwotodai Station to see if they had any Manga she was interested in.
She gave a small sigh... she didn't have many friends since a lot of people thought she was weird for having woken with no memories, in front of the school no less. No one tended to get too close to her.
Oh well... Life's too short to get hung up on those sorta things. Things'll happen when they happen... perhaps.
She boarded the monorail again this time heading to Iwatodai station.

 

Sakura woke up and got on her laptop. After messing around with some music software, Sakura began to create melodies and tried to find the right words to go with them. She wondered why her persona was Orpheus, could it be that her second personality had to do with music or a musician? Sakura shook her head and continued to make melodies.

 

Hattori went through his things and brought out an ornamental battle axe. I'm gonna need a better weapon if I'm gonna be doing a lot of fighting. This will work for a few days, but I'll need something better. He thought to himself as he examined the axe. He then hung the axe up on the wall and thumbed through his sketches. I'm glad I know a few people around that I can sell my work to. I may not get credit for my work, but it gives me a little extra spending money to keep me going. He thought as he picked out a few sketches and pulled them out of the book. Most of them were pretty dark, involving demons and violence, but he did have a few family friendly pieces in his selection.

 

"If i'm going to go,I might as well do it now.'Allen thought seeing Terri and Aruthur leave. He would've caught up to them if the door to the monorail hadn't closed when he got their. "Guess I'm waiting for the next one." It didn't take long for the next one to arrive and once it did he got on.

 

Sakura smiled at the completion of her first song. For some reason, she thought of Hattori as she found the words to the soft piano melody. With a sigh, Sakura listened to the song as she played it. She smiled and closed her laptop after saving the song on her hard drive. 'Wonder when we'll go tonight,' she thought to herself.

 

Hattori heard the faint sound of music and smiled. Wonder where the music is coming from, and who wrote it. He thought as he started a sketch of Sakura. His mind was filled with thoughts of her, and he wondered how long they would be fighting shadows.

 

With a sigh, Sakura began to work on her schoolwork. That was one thing she couldn't let slip, turning on some music, Sakura began to go through the work she had. She yawned and wondered if she should stay away from school. Rubbing her stomach, Sakura looked out her window and sighed, lying her head on her desk.

 

Hattori briefly glanced over his math homework before returning to his sketch. He soon stopped working on the sketch and started on his homework. I swear, homework is so boring, especially math. I really hate math. He thought as he tried to rush through finishing his homework.

 

Leila's eyebrows raised as she stood silently staring at Holden, slightly unsure if she had heard what she thought she heard. Knowing she wasn't just hearing things, she lowered her gaze and turned her head towards the hallway that she had walked down earlier. "T-Thank you," she stammered, her voice cracking a bit as her cheeks turned to a light hint of red. "I-I'll see you later tonight then." Looking back at Holden, however somehow avoiding contact, she noticed his smile and smiled back before waving once more and heading towards the staircase that led to the third floor. I know I heard correctly. She kept her head low as she slowly walked up the steps, chewing on her bottom lip.

 

"Hello" replied Arthur glancing towards Vincent then turned to Terri, "Well..if you two are hungry we could stop by the ramen bowl shop, it's in the outdoor strip of Iwatodai Station. Knowing Leila she'd want to hold a meeting later today and welcome you, Vincent" the blond said to the other male. "I'm sure you still have . .questions about the whole er situation right?"
