Persona: New Awakening

Sakura sighed and watched her classmates talk about going into town. She rubbed her stomach and hoped she would be able to care for the child. Thinking back to the night her Persona awakened, Sakura felt grateful Mitsuru Kirigo was willing to help her through her pregnancy.

 

Maybe sleeping would help pass the time, but odds are I won't get that much sleep in being that the teacher would probadly call on me.Allen thought.

Let's see who's been paying attention the teacher said looking around the room."How about you Allen." The teacher said seeing Allen staring out th window. "What the best time limit in you should meditate.

Allen looked away from the window long enough to answer the question."15 minutes."

"Good, now could you stop staring out the window and focus."
"You got it." Allen said turning to face the blackboard.

OCC: I'm okay with it

 

Haruka lay in class with her head on her desk.
Suddenly the teacher called her name, but she didn't respond.
He quickly moved to her desk and tapped it with his foot, causing her to sit bolt upright.
"I uh... Electricity is made up of Electrons!" she called out randomly.

"... I didn't even ask the question yet... but... that is surprisingly the correct answer to what I WAS planning on asking." he said, a little baffled.

Haruka looked around the class as some of the students stared at her.
"Um... lucky guess?"

OOC: Me too! XD (although... I guess it doesn't really effect Haruka at this stage since she is Persona-less lol)

 

Leila raised an eyebrow and cocked her head, surprised that Holden wouldn't even look at her. "Um...I was just reading. You startled me," she answered him, shifting slightly in where she stood when he finally looked at her. I'm forgetting something... She averted her eyes and looked down at the ground, chewing her bottom lip lightly as she thought of what she wanted to tell him. "Oh!" She jumped slightly where she stood and smiled at Holden, not wanting to make him or her feel uncomfortable. "Are you doing anything later?"

 

Sakura sighed and took notes in her class. She felt a little sick and asked to leave the class, as soon as she was out in the halls, she went to the bathroom. She covered her mouth and leaned against the wall. Sakura sighed, rubbing her stomach.

 

Leila lightly shook her head and folded her arms around her chest, gazing down at the ground momentarily. "No. You don't have to skip your class. In the evening, there will be a meeting in the Command Room." She paused for a moment as she returned her attention on Holden, surprised at how...shy he seemed. I think him startling me was a bad start at this. She placed one hand on her hip while the other lightly rubbed against the back of her neck. "Please be there. What I want to announce is rather important. If you go back to school and you see the others, please inform them as well." She tilted her head slightly and clasped her hands behind her back, leaning forward to look at Holden directly in the eyes as a small smile crossed her lips. "Alright?"

 

OOC: Time skipping to the evening now. If none of you that already has a Persona haven't read my posts, just go up to the Command Room.

BIC:

Leila's eyes stared quietly at the monitor before her, every once in a while checking the clock to make sure they still had time to head to Tartarus. I don't even think any of them have seen Tartarus with their own eyes at midnight. She lowered her head slightly and folded her arms around her chest, remembering the first time she saw the enormous tower. It practically looked like it touched the sky and it seemed like it'd be a never ending journey to the top. "The Tower of Demise..." she muttered quietly, sighing out. "Hopefully these Persona-users can handle the Dark Hour."

Terri exited her room, out of her uniform. As much as she sometimes felt like the uniform was more comfortable compared to her casual clothes, she felt the need to change. She lightly waved her hand in front of her face, moving a few strands of hair away from her eyes. She came towards the staircases in the third floor and looked down at the staircase that lead to the second floor. I wonder if any of the others are already up in the Command Room. Breathing in deeply, Terri walked up the stairs, her hand lightly against the rail as she saw the doors that led to the Command Room.

Reaching the top, she paused for a moment and looked around, seeing no clock on that floor. I think it'll be starting soon. She suddenly felt nervous but shook her head, trying to shake the feeling off. She began walking away, soon opening one of the doors to enter the Command Room. There, she only really saw Leila, who had turned and smiled at the young girl. Terri shyly smiled back and walked over to one of the seats and sat down, now waiting for the others to get there.

 

Arthur had arrived at the dorm a few hours after class ended, stopping by Wild Duck Burger for a quick meal braving the 'mystery item'. He had been informed to meet up at the Command Room, by the sound of things it seemed that they would be doing something that involved the Dark Hour. The blond stared outside his bedroom window towards the darkness which at the stroke of midnight would transform into something much more gruesome and dangerous. Changing into something more comfortable other than the annoying uniform, he headed up stairs to the fourth floor of the dorm. He glanced around, there was only one large door and stairs that lead to the buildings rooftop. Taking a few steps, Arthur opened the door slowly and entered the room, and faced a large computer screen with his classmate Leila and another girl who he figured was a junior at school. "..Hello" he greeted closing the door behind him.

 

Sakura arrived at the dorm and put her school bag on her bed. Changing into a more comfortable outfit, Sakura remembered that she had meet to the others in the Command Room. She sighed, rubbing her stomach and headed for the Command Room. Reaching the floor of the Command Room, Sakura entered the Command Room. "Hello, everyone." She sat on the couch.

 

Glad to be out of my school uniform Allen thought as he put on his jacket. He always thought if he had to fight shadows, he might as well be comfortable. That's right, we have a meeting at the command room He thought leaving his room and heading for the command room. When he got there, he saw that everyone was already there. "Sorry I'm late." He said taking a seat.

 

Leila stepped away from the monitor and turned to face everyone that was there. For a moment, she looked over everyone, wondering who would be a suitable leader when exploring Tartarus. She perked an eyebrow and cocked her head slightly, stepping over towards a large suitcase that sat by one of seats in the room. She lifted it off the ground and placed it on top of the table, opening it to reveal the Evokers that were made for each of them. "Glad to see everyone is all here." She smiled at the group and looked down at the Evokers, taking one that was labeled underneath Arthur's name. "I understand these look like guns, but they are not." She nodded towards Arthur tossed the Evoker towards him, taking the rest out of the suitcase and tossing it to who it rightfully belonged. "They're called Evokers. They are designed to summon your Personas."

Closing the suitcase, Leila stepped away from it and looked at the clock once more before slowly beginning to pace back and forth. "Tonight we are heading into the Tartarus. I don't want you to go very far. This will be your first time entering the tower so I don't want any of you to push yourselves too far." She glimpsed towards Sakura, slightly worried about her and the baby she's carrying, wondering how her body will be able to cope with such a strange time period. "I only want you guys to get a decent idea on how it'll be when you start exploring Tartarus. When we get there I will appoint a leader and that person will decide what's best for the group. Such as when to split up, when to leave and so on. I won't be entering along with you since it is necessary to have support from outside. I will be providing back up."

Leila cleared her throat and smiled at the group once more, waving her hand at them as she started walking towards the door. "Now that that's settled, follow me."

Terri shifted slightly in her seat as the others entered the room. There was as many as she thought there'd be, but that was still quite a few Persona-users so far. Turning her attention towards Leila, she saw the Evoker being thrown at her and quickly caught it, her eyes set on the gun-like object. She squeezed it slightly and felt a little nervous, slightly beginning to get an idea on how a Persona is summoned. She inhaled deeply as Leila's words processed through the young girl's mind. Before she knew it, she heard the senior walking away and looked up, standing up slowly and strapping her Evoker at her hip. Without any questions, she followed after Leila, expecting the others to do the same.

 

Thou art I and I am thou

Hearing a voice, Vincent's eyes snapped open to see who was speaking. As his eyes adjusted to the light in his room, he looked around to see if there was anybody else. Seeing nobody else, he got up from his bed and as he passed by the mirror, he noticed that the school uniform that he had been wearing for the whole day, even while he was sleeping, was extremely wrinkled and drenched in sweat. "I can't believe I was able to make it back here without fainting," laughed Vincent as he changed into a pair of more comfortable clothes. With his stomach growling, he looked at his alarm clock. "It's not too late. I guess I'll go out and buy some food." Grabbing the wallet that he had left on top of his dresser, he left his room, closing the door behind him and proceeded to leave the dorms. Maybe I'll grab a bite to eat at Wild Duck Burger.

 

So this is my evoker, Allen thought looking at the gun-like object in his hand. Now I can finally see what I can do. He thought getting out of his seat and following Leila.

 

Arthur examined the Evoker that was given to him and wondered how it would be used to summon the mysterious power inside of him. Strapping on the belt he placed the gun looking device in the holder, figuring that he would either have to shoot the enemy or himself. A sudden fear mingled with curiosity arose as he began to think further on the subject and Liela's words. They would be exploring the walls of Tarturus tonight that were actually the school grounds transformed into the Tower of Demise. His green gaze briefly followed that of his team most of who were around his age and grade level. He followed behind, leaving the dorm behind him as the Dark Hour nearly approached heading out towards Gekkougan High.

 

Haruka left the police station waving bye to Officer Kurosawa.
He was kinda like her Guardian, but he wasn't... He'd been the one who had dealt with her when she had turned up 10 years ago with no idea about who she was or anything. He was the one who had been able to arrange everything to help her stay here, so she could try to find these 'answers' she was looking for...
He was the one who had helped her find out her first name... when he had noticed the strange little tattoo on the back of her neck.
When she had asked him about why he had helped her so much. He simply answered:

"I've seen weirder stuff in my time. I don't find it hard to believe that kids can make such a difference or have more things to do than a Police Officer Like me."

She completely hadn't understood at the time... She still didn't now, but she felt that she owed the man a whole lot.
That's why she was going out looking for Part-Time work now. She wanted to at least do something to help out.
She slipped on her roller-skates and her headphones. Skating off slowly down the road towards one of the places she frequented for work.
