Persona: New Awakening

Sakura sighed as they headed for the dorm. Looking at Hattori, she smiled and held his hand, thinking about how to give him the accessory she bought. She sighed and stopped in front of the door.

 

Hattori smiled at her.

"You look like you have something on your mind."

 

Sakura sighed and reached into one of her bags. "I don't want you to think of it as anything special yet. But I got something to help you in Tartarus. I hope you like it." She put a ring with a sapphire on his finger.

 

"Trust me, a girl like me has gotta know how to deal with guys like them."
She smirked, and turned around to start walking again.
As she turned her long hair fluttered in the wind possibly giving Holden a quick peek at something on the back of her neck, although it would have been too quick for him to see what.
"It's a deal. I'll much prefer kicking their ass's than insulting them anyway.
I'll make sure that they know. If they attack anyone again, they'll feel A hundred times more pain." She said brightly as she clenched a fist.
"Now you just promise me something." she said, turning to see the confused expression of his face.
"Don't hold me back." she winked and started off once more.

 

"It looks nice." Hattori said as he slipped it on his finger. "Thanks, I'm sure this will be a big help."

 

Haruka nodded. "I've got a good place in mind. It's where they always seem to hang out anyway."
She took the lead again to lead him. "It's close to where I work, they're always there.
It's also close to were they tried it with me, and where they ran off licking their wounds once I was done with them, so I'm sure it's the right place." she added.
"There aren't that many gangs in Iwatodai, and they all tend to hang out there. So we'll definitely find them, I'm sure."

 

Sakura nodded and smiled, "Well, let get inside, then." She headed for the door.

 

Leila groaned quietly as she continued to think on Haruka's situation. Her eyes were shut while her hands were clasped together over her mouth. "Those that suffered from Apathy Syndrome or those that were preyed on by the Shadows have a very vague memory of what happened." She ran a hand through her hair as she lowered her head, opening her eyes. "They hear a voice and that's what draws a person into Tartarus." Leila sat back in her seat, crossing her arms around her stomach, chewing her bottom lip lightly. Her gaze narrowed as she quickly shot up, groaning a little louder as she made her way towards the monitor. "I have a feeling I'm going to have to call someone to help me figure this out."

 

Hattori walked inside with Sakura.

"It's pretty quiet in here. I guess everyone else went out."

 

"Hey... it's him from the other day." One of the thugs who had a cut on his cheek muttered.
Then one of the thugs from the other night who attacked Haruka also spoke up. "and that's the bitch from the other night." he added.


"Glad to see you dumbasses remember us." Haruka smirked.

The guy who seemed to be the leader of them stepped forwards.
"You both made a big mistake coming here..." he stated as the other thugs surrounded both Holden and Haruka, they picked up things they could find such as metal pipes or bats.. One or two even had knives.
"Listen up guys... After we show them why not to mess with us.
We'll use the guy as an example.. and as for the girl... well-" but he never finished as Haruka slammed her fist into the side of his cheek, making him drop instantly.

"Sorry, but I'll show you that not all girls are defenceless."
She clicked her knuckles as she took a stance with her back to Holden, staring at the surrounding thugs.

The thug boss crawled to his feet and moved behind his lackies.
"You're gonna pay for that."

"That was for Leila." Haruka smirked.

"GET 'EM!"
That's when the surrounding members charged towards the two members of SEES.

 

Sakura put her bags away and went back downstairs, sitting on the couch. She yawned and turned on the TV, seeing what was on. With a sigh, she rubbed her stomach and thought to herself, 'Maybe I shouldn't go to school anymore.'

 

Haruka responded to Holden's question. "That was just the beginning." she smirked. "The real class begins now."
and then she did indeed do the honours by kicking the thug who Holden was keeping in check... where it hurts.
"You won't be having your way with girls any time soon."

Then two thug members charged at them with pipes.
"My turn again eh?" Haruka muttered as she ducked around the swing of the first guy, and got behind him delivering a powerful strike to the back of his head and then sweeping him. It didn't look like he was getting up any time soon.
And then just as the other guy was about to swing at Holden.
Haruka jumped on his back, and grabbed the pipe as it was coming down at Holden.

"G-get off me dammit!"

And then Haruka bought her head forward, headbutting him in the back of the head, hard.
Leaving him completely dazed.
"Holden, you do the honours." she offered him this time.
She could already feel a sort of bond of trust forming between her and him.
Nothing else like a good fight where you have to watch each others backs, could do that quicker.

 

Leila quietly left the Command Room and headed down to the third floor, walking over towards the room that was given to Haruka. She figured it'd only be good if she asked Haruka directing if she had anything to say. And if she said she didn't, Leila would probably have to ask Terri to keep an eye on the new SEES member. Breathing in deeply, she noticed lightly on Haruka's door, clasping her hands behind her back as she waited. A minute passed and nobody had answered the door. "Maybe she went out," she muttered, turning around as she looked around the hallway. It was awfully quiet in the dorm, then again, maybe the others were downstairs.

Leila sighed lowly and headed down to the second floor, momentarily stopped on the last step as she looked towards the hallway before looking towards the other staircase. Biting down on her lip, she made her way towards the boys' hallway, fiddling with her fingers as she came to a halt in front of a door. Clearing her throat, she tucked a few strands of hair behind her ear and knocked on the door, a bit hesitant. "Holden? Are you in there?" Waiting a couple of seconds, Leila huffed out and turned around, placing her hands on her hips. "Where is everyone?"

 

"You look something is troubling you, Sakura. You don't have to hide anything from me." Hattori said as he sat down next to her.

 

"Deal." Haruka clicked her knuckles as she stepped forth to her designated target.
"You heard the man. Time to dance." she spoke.

"Dammit!" the thug yelled out, and ran forward, attacking in a panic at having seen most of his allies fall.

Haruka backed up towards the alley wall and sidestepped at the last second, allowing the guy to crash into it.
Then she held onto his shoulders as he was dazed, and using him for support, she ran and quickly flipped off the wall, kicking his back while in mid air and sending him crashing into the wall again.
Him dropping in an instant.
She looked back round to Holden who was also done with his guy.
And then looked at the leader.
"So... Holden.
What should we break of his first?
Or... we could always go for the better option and break 'him'." she stated.

He panicked and tried to run... again. But Haruka blocked the entrance of the alley way and drop kicked him in the chest, sending him falling out of control.
"Trying to leave so soon?
I thought you were gonna show us why not to mess with you?" she asked him, as his face lit up in horror as he realised he couldn't stop himself from heading towards Holden.
He could tell, that Holden... really was about to break 'him'.
