Persona: New Awakening

Sakura's eyes widened at the sudden kiss. After the incident, most people didn't want to look at her or be with her, and she had gotten used to it. Even when she first joined SEES, she had gotten used to being by herself. Now Sakura was surprised someone accepted her.

 

"I understand if you don't want to be around me now, Sakura. My actions were pretty impulsive." Hattori said before taking a drink of a soda he got out of the fridge. He felt his heart racing after he had kissed Sakura.

 

"Actually, no one ever wanted to be with me since the incident...... I never thought anyone would to be with me. Even when I joined the club, I still felt out of place. Are you sure you want to be with someone who's impure?" Sakura said, turning and taking a long sip.

 

"If I said that I didn't want to be with you, I'd be lying to myself." Hattori said before gently hugging her. He felt that he loved her with all his heart.

 

Sakura blushed and softly touched his hands. She smiled, unable to believe what was happening to her. Someone accepted her and she felt like she loved him.

 

Hattori smiled as he gazed into her eyes.

"I'll shoulder most of the burden of fighting for you. I don't want anything to happen to you or our child." Hattori said.

 

Terri lowered her gaze and nodded her head at Haruka, shifting slightly in her seat as she pulled her schoolbag closer to her. "I know what you mean. But I also have that feeling when I go to school," she said, raising her head as she turned to look out the window. "Knowing that the school changes into one thing and then into another is just so..bizarre." She then realized Haruka still didn't know of Tartarus and quickly faced her, raising her hand to scratch the back of her head. "Oh yeah...You don't know of anything else yet. Well, things will be explained tonight. I have to apologize though. You got into such a mess last night."

Leila threw her things onto her bed and kept her back facing Holden. She frowned slightly as she reached up to her neck, untying the bow around it. "Um..." She sighed lowly and threw the ribbon onto her bed as she turned around to face Holden, intertwining her fingers together in front of her. "Well...There's not really much to say except that I'm still a little shook up," she muttered lowly, playing around with her thumbs. She opened her mouth to speak once more, but no words came as she looked up. Her mouth closed as she lowered her head once more, frowning as she stepped closer towards Holden. She breathed in deeply and wrapped her arms around him, pulling him closer as she pressed her head against his chest, squeezing him gently. "Thank you," she said in a hushed tone, looking up at him. She stared at him for a moment before moving up on her toes, closing her eyes as she gently kissed Holden's cheek. Leila squeezed him once more before pressing her feet fully against the ground, pressing her head back against his chest.

 

"It's no problem... it's not your faul-" but then she cut herself off.
"Wait...
what did you just say?
...the school changes?" Haruka's face seemed to pale for a second, as this revelation came to her.

 

"Wooo," sighed Vincent as he sat down with his back leaning against the wall of the dojo. "I sure did a lot of training today." Instead of going home after school like most of the other students, Vincent had decided to stop by the dojo where the kendo club did their training to sharpen his skills and for the past hours, he had been here alone, doing basic exercises and practicing his kendo. "Well, would you look at the time," said Vincent as he looked up at the clock that was mounted on the wall. With sore muscles, he struggled to pull himself up from the floor but succeeded in the end. Wiping the sweat from his brow with his forearm, he picked up the messenger bag that he had laid down on the floor and then exited the dojo and walked in the direction of the monorail. "Time to go back to the dorms."

 

"You should probably get some sleep, Sakura. If you need anything, don't hesitate to come get me." Hattori said as he let go of her.

 

Sakura smiled and nodded when she felt a kick. "Someone doesn't want to be left out." She said, laughing softly.

 

Hattori smiled and kissed Sakura's stomach. "Don't give your mom too much trouble in there." He said.

 

Blushing, Sakura smiled and went to her room. She got out her laptop and began to write to her parents about her new relationship. Sighing, Sakura looked out her window.

 

Hattori went to his room and began to sketch whatever came to mind. His sketches were less dark in nature now that he had fallen in love. He couldn't help but hum a tune while he sketched.

 

Terri bit down on her lip as she watched Haruka respond to her comment about the school changing. Sighing lowly, she nodded her head at her and felt the monorail come to a complete stop. "The school changes into a large tower called Tartarus." She rose to her feet and slowly made her way out of the monorail before returning her attention back towards Haruka. "You see...that time period you were in last night with the others is called the Dark Hour. It's a time period between one day and the next. It occurs ever night. And that's what you've been experiencing every night. You're a Persona-user, just like me and anyone else that is part of SEES."

Leila pulled away and nodded her head at Holden, clasping her hands behind her back as she felt her cheek flush a little. She cocked her head to the side as she thought for a moment, remembering that her and the others needed to speak to Haruka about the events of last night. "Well, we'll technically see each other again once Haruka gets here," she quietly said, returning her attention towards Holden. She perked an eyebrow and smiled faintly. "Where would you want to take me?"

 

Haruka listened intently and slowly nodded.
She of course believed every word the girl before her had said... but...
Something bugged her.
She also had the feeling that Terri hadn't realised what had made her react that way.
Of course she was used to weird stuff... she'd been experiencing 'The Dark Hour' every night now...
But... that just... there was something else.
She followed Terri off the monorail... before stopping outside the door, she had something she needed to ask her classmate.
"Terri, this might sound like a weird question...
but how much do you know about me?"

Terri eyebrows raised as she stared at her classmate, sighing lowly as she lowered her head. "We were informed about you a couple of days ago. Leila had told me to keep an eye on you and see if there were any...signs of you being a Persona-user. Leila said she had gotten a call from the club's advisor saying there was a chance of SEES getting another member."

Leila smiled and lowered her head, moving her hands in front of her as she played around with her fingers. "I'd love to go somewhere with you," she said, shrugging her shoulders slightly as she thought on it. "Just tell me when you want to go and I'll be gladly to join you." Returning her attention towards Holden, she kept a smile crossed on her lips, completely forgetting about what happened earlier. She nodded her head at his last comment and turned towards her bed, taking off her school jacket. "I think the others should be back by now so we can go up to the Command Room...together."

 

Haruka raised her eyebrows at this.
"Wow... I had no ide-...
Kurosawa!... so he was in on it..."
Then she cut herself off again.
"Well, thanks for telling me." she smiled.
"But... that's not what I meant...
I meant, do you know anything about me. Personally?"
