"Yes, I don't mind leaving for a while. Hattori can take care of Shiori." Okami looked at her, Arisa smiled and scratched behind his ear. He wagged his tail.

 

"I'll be taking care of Shiori. Hattori will have 9 kids to take care of."

 

"Can you tell Hattori we have enough children?" Arisa asked.

 

"He already knows. He was planning to go to the hospital to make it so that he can't get you pregnant anymore."

 

"I don't want him to overwork himself while I'm gone."

 

"He won't. I'll be helping him, and so will everyone else here."

 

Arisa smiled and nodded. She stared at the lake and sighed.

 

Hattori sat next to her.

"I take it mom already told you what I planned to do?"

 

Arisa nodded and thought back to when she floated to the lake shore.

 

"I've got to get going. The sooner I get this done, the better."

 

"Okay, I'll be waiting."

 

Hattori headed for the hospital. The doctors started on the operation.

 

Okami yawned and laid down, Arisa looked toward the horizon.

 

Hattori came back home a while later.

 

Arisa smiled and sighed.

 

"Now we don't have to worry about having anymore kids."

 

"Good." Arisa smiled.

 

Hattori kissed her passionately.

 

Arisa kissed him back.

 

Hattori carried her to their room.
