Square-Enix Parasite Eve 3: The Third Birthday

I have this game. Very fanservice-y. Has great difficulty even though it seems short it will take you time to get through it. Final boss is awesome. Story... kinda makes sense and they do explain it at the end but even with the explanation you'll be going "wtf." Makes me think of what the stereotypical America sees manga as.

 

Oh yeah, I forgot about the fan-service in the game when you take enough damage from enemies.

 

That plus the outfits you unlock and the "extra" cutscene that you get access to after you beat a level once you do all extra stuff on 1 level or beat the game 50 times on hard mode so you can access the cutscene in the video archives and are allowed to switch the camera's location during the scene for a behind view. I've done research.

 

Actually you just need to beat the game 50 times in any mode to unlock the "extra" cutscene and watch it 10 times for the camera angles in the game(I think you can skip it if you dont want to watch it). As for the angles I am used to the normal one so I use that one no matter what. I already have all the costumes too by the way.

 

Eh I beat it once and have only gone back to it for a little bit after that. I really don't want to beat it 50 times. There's only one thing I don't get. Why didn't the 3 level get a boss? There's absolutely no reason why it doesn't have one. In fact. That was the shortest level. Because there was no boss.

 

I actually finally got around to finishing it not too long ago. It was a lot of fun, a bit repetitive but once you start getting a few good weapons it's a breeze. The ending was really sad.

The wedding scene... and they make you pull the trigger? God that part was just.... no words

Oh and yes of course the soundtrack is amazing, one of the first things I did when I started the game was download the ost.

 

Me too. The cutscene after the final stage of it made you think there was going to be one but it turns out there wasn't. I did noticed that Dr.Blank may have a thing for Cray from watching his actions during the cutscene of the 3rd level.
