Paramore~ <3

What's your opinion on them? I personally think they're great. I like All We Know is Falling better than Riot! though. Their old stuff is just better. Hayley Williams is just an amazing person. They're a bit overplayed on a few of there songs, which would be why I like the old stuff. What's your opinion?

the night before last at my school dance, I went crazy when they played Misery business... I <3 Paramore! =D

 

:] I liked Misery Business at first, but now I think I've heard it a bit too many times. I'd say my favorite song is whoa. Although I adore the music video for Misery Business, it's class. lol, you're lucky, I wish they played decent music at my school dances.

decent? you mean INdecent... I thought they weren't aloud to, but they've been playing songs that cuss... and talk about disturbing things... I seriously thought that the principal had banned that type of stuff O_o

 

Riot! was a bit boring. I don't hate it, and I've moved away from the sell out rants, but it's just... I know that they can do so much better than that. None of the songs had any depth to the lyrics... Maybe I've just been listening to too much Bright Eyes, but still. "Your arms, like towers, tower over me"? "Hey, hey baby, it's never too late"? There were a select few songs on Riot that I did enjoy. (Miracle, Rewind, When It Rains)

All We Know Is Falling is too much for words. I literally love the entire album. Franklin is just... Amazing. It is one of my all time favorite songs. Riot it just seems like they've blended into the crowd. They don't have that close-to-home untainted by the media feel by them. I liked the times when Paramore were more of well kept secret.

But I adore their band name. :3

 

Paramore is an amazing band, no doubt about it. Hayley has great vocals and the beats are amazing, especially on "Crushcrushcrush" on their Riot! album. Most of the songs I have are from that album. I especially like "We Are Broken." It's soo pretty. All together, yeah, Paramore rocks.

I'm with orange and misty on this one. All we know is falling is a great, great album. The songs just...blow my mind.

Then there's Riot! Not a particularly bad album, but no where near All we know is falling in terms of...good-ness. whatever.

I listened to a few of their songs on All We Know is Falling (Thanks to Lithy), but i never bothered to follow through with the album, despite how much i loved Emergency. Then Riot! came out, so i decided to give it a chance. Loved most of the songs on their album. A week or so later i decided to buy All We Know is Falling. Maaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaan! I'm so glad i did. It was instant love in a CD. I could just listen to that album over n' over again.

 

The question is ' Who doesn't like Paramore?'

I don't own any of their cds or anything, but they sound pretty good. Their first one sounds better than their 2nd one in my opinion.

YES YES YES, All We Know Is Falling is much better than Riot! I agree with Misty one hundred percent about the lyrics. Although Riot! may have some catchy hooks and beats, it just does not have the same lyric depth as All We Know Is Falling. With songs like Franklin and Brighter it's just... ah-mazing. Even the album cover ties into the lyrics.

Everyone is always talking about AWKIS being better than Riot!, but I still like most of Riot! quite a bit. I still need to get AWKIS though. >_<
