Oooh, I like this. Well there doesn't seem to be a lot of focus on the focal. I don't know why, but my attention just isn't drawn to Paine. Those three white circles need... Something. I'm not sure what. They look really slapped on right now. I like the texture of the background a lot, so kudos on that. The blue in that liquidy shape on the right of Paine looks a little out of place. I'd like to see a B&W version.
Blank space lower right corner is too not needed. Filling it in with a bit of simple effects would look better. The stock doesn't look like it was edited that much either, like you just took out stock, enhanced colours a bit. Or maybe it's because I haven't seen the original stock. None of the less, that bothers me. I agree with Misty. b&w would be sexy.
I am quite fond of this one, honestly I have nothing really bad to say about it. I like the way it flows as well as the effects used, bravo my good sir, bravo. I second this.

I was right. =/ It doesn't look like you edited it all, but you did put some nice effects around her x3. Next time, try to make at least a bit more visible. FYI I'll be IMing you for PSD.
