"Huh?" Naomi asked, then she remembered what Cloud did when she and Quid had kissed.

"Oh, that, no. You know how girls are..." she said, smiling innocently.​

 

"Sorry." he said, looking down. "But, umm, congradulations." He smiled.

 

Nao looked away...

"Um, thanks..." she said. Then she smiled.
"So is Natalie ok?"​

 

"I think so." he said, still worried about her.

 

"Eh... Let me try something. I've been working on magic..."

Naomi walked over and casted a cure spell.​

 

"Thanks." he said to Naomi.

 

"Let's just hope it works..."
Naomi said in a halfway depressing tone.

She wondered if Quid was out looking for her...​

 

"Something wrong?" he asked.

 

Nao looked up. Then she smiled.
"Oh no, nothing!" she said, and gave another cheesy-fake 'I'm fine' smile.​

 

"If nothing's wrong, then why are you faking a smile?" asked Cloud, the king of smiles.

 

Nao mumbled "Dammit" under her breath.

"It's nothing, really...I've just been...thinking...lately."​

 

"About Quid?"

 

Naomi looked down.
"No, not really. To tell you the truth...
About home..."​

 

"What is it like?" he asked, curious.

 

Nao looked down.
"Well," she began.
"It's called Silvermoon City. It was quite a large and industiral place. We had plenty of visitors. But with every large city comes some pricks..." she stopped, frowning. Then she smiled and began again.
"Anyway, it was very starlit. We had this one clock tower that I always played on with my friends, and it was said that if you watched a sunset on that tower, you were ment to be togerther forever, but none of us believed that. I had so much fun with them...af course, I was the youngest, so people picked on me alot. But my friends always sttod up for me. We had a lot of fun, spray-painting the walls..." she stopped, as tears started to run down her cheeks.

"I miss it, but I don't want to back. I want to stay here...with all of my new friends. Silvermoon would probably be different since darkness took over, anyway..." she was crying.​

 

He hugged her. "Don't cry." he said, trying to comfort her, "I'm sure we'll find a way to fix it!"

 

Nao smiled a tiny bit.

"Yeah..."​

 

"No more crying, okay?" he said, "I don't like it when people cry."

 

Nao looked up.

"O-ok..." she said timidly.​

 

He let go of her and smiled. "Thanks." he said. "Feeling better?"
