Kingdom Hearts II Orichulum+ Trouble

Yeah, another problem on the Ultima Weapon,
but no worries, i've read guides on google,
so please don't flame me.

My problem isn't really getting them,
it's getting the last one.
i know where to get it, and how,
but well, i can't really get it.
it's the last one where you get every single shard,etc. and
go to the moogle, where he then,
will give it to you. that's my problem X_X.
i'm only missing about 7 shards or crystals or whatever,
anyone care to show me a complete list of
every synthesis item out there?
perhaps a screenshot or anything convienant.

And i'm ultra sorry for being a little baby.
i barely registered, and this is how i pay it off,
by asking a question that i couldn't figure myself,
and need help. i apologize sincerely.
