~~*Organzation XIII goes to court*~~

OOC: Well, whatever happens I'll leave it up to you guys. I hope whoever takes them will be able to remain in character.

 

OOC: I'd rather play Axel so Larxene and he can be witty rotten to each other. It would be funny, but however people want to work it.

 

OOC: *le sigh* I don't know. Pyrɸ was one of the neutral members to count on (other than Amber..wow), that way we all don't have to play the Org. characters. And there's still Xaldin and Xigbar to deal with. Vote anyone? Simple way. There's gonna have to be pure trust, though.

Unless we are able to find and hunt someone for the roles.

 

OOC: What about CreatorOftheUncreatd? He asked a few pages ago...

 

OOC: I don't know. If everyone agrees, I suppose. But, we also need someone who has knowledge of the Novels and true to the game, and I'm not sure who. Tis' a shame. I loved Pyrɸ's Axel.

 

OOC: I would volunteer... but I don't know anything about the KH-novels... which from what I here is Axel's saving grace... *TN* we could eather ask COTU? Or could you do it?

And if everyone is in agreement, I could do it, if I have to. I just don't know how I would answer Axel's motives in CO when asked. Darn you, DF xD.

OOC: And that's all, folks. Conflict of interest can be solved if it's neutral, and doesn't lean on one thing.

"If the Prosecution would not bring another of their witnesses, I would like to call out Axel to the stand, please," Janexna asked, flipping through some papers, though was upset now that her Ice Latte was gone and finished. So sad T-T.

 

OOC: I'm going to be moving in this weekend to the dormitories so I don't know when I'll be back online. But I'll be back, I guarantee it. ;)

BIC: "Alright. If the Prosecution agrees, the Defendant may take the stand. And might I say..." Zack raised an eyebrow at Axel. "...love your hair."

Namine trotted back to her seat, sat down and let out a huge sigh of relief.

Kairi smiled at her. "At least it wasn't so bad this time."

Namine rolled her eyes. "Yeah, tell me about it."

 

OOC: Hooray! I won't let you down! And wow...that was a lot of work to look through this all heh.

Harvey gave a nod. "Very well then." He sat down after having a tug of war match for his chair with Avenger. Avenger then perched on his shoulder eying people suspiciously or for food. Who could tell the difference?

Axel stood up and cracked his knuckles and then his neck. "It's so my turn." He gave a look to Xemnas out of reaction of well...being a former member to the Organization. I'm in so much trouble if we ever reform the Organization. "So...yeah...let's do this thing!" Axel hopped over the chair and walked over to the stand, hopped over into the chair and sat as prepared as he was going to be. At this moment he was sort of thinking along the lines of 'I could die by Xemnas or get some punishment that is well...weak' and he would decide in this case to go the second route. Death sucked.

Perhaps though the biggest thing that amused him out of all of this was that Larxene would miss it and he knew somewhere she had to be dying to know what happened after things went down at the Castle Oblivion. Maybe he'd bug her later though.



* Stationed at Castle Oblivion to assist with experiments on memories.
* When Sora was in the Castle Oblivion, after Traverse Town memory, I wanted to test his meddle so I cut in on Marluxia.
* I had a spar with Sora taking Marluxia's place, after a light introduction. Gave him some clues and left.
* Larx and I talked when Sora hit floor 4 about Sora. Nothing big.
* When Sora was at floor 6, Larx wanted to go fight him so I gave her the cards. I told her not to break him.
* Larxene cued me in on my suspicions of a coup against the Org after I said we needed him if we were going to take them on. She confirmed it by saying 'so you are in on it too?' and told me to keep quiet and left.
* Larx lost and Vexen showed up. Vexen wanted to test Sora which meant bringing out his little follower, Riku Replica. I gave Vexen a card. Riku Replica ended up abandoning his duty or something after he had memories implanted in him of Riku, against his wish. I stood around bored.
* Larx and Vexen then got into it, Marluxia came in and Vexen and he got into it and Vexen was labeled a traitor.
* Marly said he'd let Vexen off the hook if he'd go eliminate Sora personally. Vexen took off having no real other option and I told Marly that Vexen was going to really do it and he didn't care and basically teased Namine like she was going to lose him...which of course, after fighting Sora, I knew he'd beat Vexen.
* Vexen decided to use a card of TT which was a memory from Roxas. This was trouble.
* Marly told me to eliminate the traitor, saying Namine could fix what Vexen did otherwise. So yeah, I did that.
* Larx and Marl said they used the test of loyalty on me as well as testing Sora's strength. Not like I didn't figure that.
* I let Namine go then to go help Sora and take away a power source from Marluxia.
* Went on to go confront Marluxia and we had a brief fight and then he brought Namine there, putting her in front of him.
* I said I'd go through her if I had to. Sora came in and Marluxia said I was going to kill Namine to get to him and well, it went from there so Sora and I fought.
* I faked I died there and then went to the lower levels of the castle.
* I encountered Zexion, gave him a card of DI to deal with Riku since he seemed determined.
* He failed, I convinced Riku Replica to kill him saying it would give him more power to take out his 'other'.
* He then went to fight Riku and was dealt with. I left the Castle Oblivion shortly there after.

* I went back to TWTNW and reported some of this to Xemnas and well went back to work there.
* Talked more with Roxas, killed Heartless. Almost a year later, Roxas said he was having dreams and they were weird. He wanted to take off. I warned him not to go but he did.
* Was given orders to go find him and bring him back or kill hiim if he didn't return.
* Went and fought Roxas in a spar. His memory was wiped so he didn't know me so thought I could make him remember. Didn't work.
* Fought him a second time but now I had orders and all that were more strict with being turned into a Dusk and all so yeah, I fought much harder. However, I faked my death and left there.
* Realizing I failed, Sora and Roxas were rejoined. I couldn't return to the Org and well, I figured maybe there was a way to bring Roxas back.
* I met Namine and Riku. Namine and I went back to TWTNW and Saix was out to kill us both. I let her go and then fled.
* I had really nothing to lose at this point. I went to go get Kairi. She ran off through Riku's portal, which was a good idea probably.
* I kidnapped her in Twilight Town to get her for Namine to talk to her but Saix came and overpowered me and took her to TWTNW.
* Spoke to Sora some and then helped him get through to TWTNW. I saw Roxas in him. And yeah, I died by that, I believe going back to my other. The end.

 

Zack nodded thoughtfully. "A bit brief, but to the point. Alright, Defense, your Cross-Examination." He was still slightly jealous of the moon-eyes that Janexna was giving the other redhead, but he figured it would've been a losing battle anyway.

...Didn't mean he couldn't try, though.

 

Axel looked up at Zack there and followed his eyes over towards Janexna. He then looked back forwards, turning his head at an angle Zack wouldn't be able to see his face at and instead would just see his spiky hair. Oh, this was funny. A grin came to his lips and he then winked at Janexna as he awaited questioning. He then casually leaned back in the seat and draped his arm on the back of the chair, ceasing his smile but his eyes gleamed their bright vibrant green to belay the fact he would so feel vastly amused if he had a Heart. He turned to Roxas and waved. "Yo, Roxas! After this is over, we so need to go do something."

 

Kairi wondered who was going to do the questioning, Xelax or Janexna...

 

Roxas formed a half grin in agreement. It seemed so long since he had been with Axel, while in reality it was only a week at most. So much had happened. Axel had blown himself up, he had been trapped in Twlight town, Axel tried to kill him, oh, and he got a girlfriend, not to mention drunk.

Thinking about how much they had to catch up on, Roxas stood up and waved. "Yeah! There's a shop down the road selling sea salt icecream cheap! They are offering discounts to couples!" Roxas let the implications of that hang for a second, then shouted, "Wanna blow it up?"

 

"No speaking of arson in the courtroom!" Zack snapped. "If you're going to burn anything down, burn that garbage heap behind the courthouse! The smell's starting to make its way here!"

 

Somewhere far, far away, in the back of a draw, a purple cat slowly phased into existance. It noticed a card lying on the foor, and tapped it. The cat then faded out, and appeared on Zack's head. "Hullo Zack, the timeline's out of wack. It blew up in my face, bye bye human race! From there to here I am, believe it, it's no sham. Inprisonment no more, freeing myself is such a chore. One from the left, one from the right. I doubt you can beat us both in a fair fought fight. My world vanished in a twist of plot, now I'm hear, you're all I've got!"

OoC: The Cat from the blowy-uppy realm is here. The energy burst that destroyed everything released him, and he teleported to this time to save himself. He released his other, now both are free.
