Organization XIII - It's a beautiful day!

Demyx rubbed his eyes and yawned. "I hope Vexen fixes me soon..." He said wearily. "So that you'll love me again." And with that, Demyx fell asleep.

 

"I will always love you." Axel whispered and fell asleep.

 

Marluxia was still struggling. He was lost in nothingness. "Where am I?" he cried. He turned around, seeing a man who looked almost similar to him. "Who are you?"

"I am you... or rather, your heartless." he told Marluxia.

"Heartless? Were you the one trying to control me?" he asked.

"Not control. I'm trying to bring us back together, and become whole again."

 

Vexen's eyes fluttered open as the new day began. Her body was finally relaxed, even though she had slept for only five hours. Stretching in her bed like a cat, she turned around to see Marluxia, whose face was contorted in worry. Vexen frowned. The flower was sweaty, as if he had been struggling against something. Quickly getting up and checking his stats, Vexen could not see anything wrong with the man, save a few high neuronal impulses throughout the night, though those could mean anything.

Yawning, the scientist went to her bathroom and took care of her basic needs, taking a quick shower and slipping on a pair of jeans and a t-shirt. She brought an ice pack out and laid it on Marluxia's forehead. Then, grabbing the candies she had stored the night before, she walked out into her lab and began her research. Fortunately, she realized that the reversal mix would be easy to make.

Whoa... I coulda sworn I posted one last time before I left... O.o))

"GYAH!" Xigbar screamed, his eyes popping open. "SWEET JESUS!!!!" he cried, flailing his arms around. "Luxord, STOP EATING ME!!!!!"

Tears started forming around his eyes. "I'M NOT A MOUSE, I SWEAR!!!!" he screamed. For some reason he was hallucinating that Luxord was half python...

Luxord would continue to gnaw on Xigbar's head before stopping after he said he wasn't a mouse. "I didn't say you was a mouse! JUST CHANGE BE BACK! I don't like being a midget...." he said before putting his thumb in his mouth. He didn't realize what he was doing, but for some reason he had an urge to do it. A few hiccups came while he sucked his thumb. Two drunken children. Now there's something you don't see every day.

 

"What are ya talkin' bout?!" Xigbar asked, completely unaware of all of the changes. You seem normal to meh...." He shook his head. "I'm tired... I'm going to bed. See ya, Prince- I mean... Luxxy!" He ran over to the other chibi-sized Organization Member, gave him a little hug, then stumbled over to his room, tripping over his clothes and drunkeness.

He kicked open his door, slammed it shut, crawled on his bed, and layed on a pillow. He rolled around for a bit, then fell asleep, curled up a little ball.

 

Luxord would hug the other back before he departed. Luxord was apparently alone in the hallway, only in his shirt. He put his thumb back into his mouth and walked around the hallway, wanting to go into Xig's room. Seeing that he couldn't find anyone else, he scampered into his room, pushed the door open and ran to his closet. He dived into it and threw stuff out to find a teddy bear. He found one shockingly and grabbed a paw of it and started dragging it around, thumb still in his mouth. He walked over by Xigbar's room, pushed it open with his shoulder and peeked in. He saw Xigbar curled up and scampered in a bit, walking next to his bed and peeked at his face. He was like a mini stalker. He poked him in the nose before fleeing back into the hallway, tripping as he got to the door entrance. He was still a little groggy, but most of it was over with by now. The 'mutation' of sorts probably wore out the alchohol.

 

Xigbar cracked open one eye and groaned in pain. His head was pounding as if there were a million monkeys with jackhammers throwing a party. Ugh.... How did I get in my room...? he wondered, looking around. It felt like it hurt to BREATHE. He painfully attempted to sit up. The world seemed to be swirling around him. He groaned, and rubbed his head. "God... I HATE hango- AAAAAH!!!" He screamed, losing his balance and doing a face plant onto the floor.

He looked around fearfully. "Wh-Who's there?" he whimpered. "Wait.... Is... Is that MY voice?!" Hias eyes rested on his outstretched hands. "THOSE AREN'T MY HANDS!" he squealed. He shook them, just to make sure. "GYAH! What's going on!?" he whimpered, making his way to the big mirror over his drawers.

When he arrived, he found the drawers that were once just above his waist, towering over his head. Grumbling to himself, he climbed up the drawers, knocking stuff over and making a lot of racket in the process.

When he finally got to the top, he took one look at the mirror and gasped. He looked like a plushy version of his older self... Except one detail. He was completely perfect. His hair was completely jet black, not a gray strand in it. The scar was also gone. And because of the recent changes, the eye patch was a little too big, and was around his neck, revieling two, large, perfectly working yellow eyes. Also, his hair was the same length when he was a grown man, but now it almost seemed to touch the ground.

He put his two, childish hands up to his face, not believing. "What...? But how did THIS happen?!" He thought hard, trying to remember everything that happend the day before, but he couldn't seem to remember anything past when they went to the bar. "Let's see...." he said, concentrating. "Uh... First one... plus two equals..." he thought harder. "Um... She like to move... kangaroo... candy... Eating me... AHHH, it's no use!" he shouted, slumping down.

Suddenly, he looked around. "Wait... I gotta see if Princess Pinky is like this, too!" he thought, rushing off in nothing but his tye-dyed t-shirt that he always wore under the rest of his clothes.

Axel woke up to see the child Demyx sucking his thumb, fast asleep. He smiled as he brought the pillow the boy was laying on closer to him, bringing him along aswell. He kissed Demyx's forhead lightly and loosely wrapped his arm around him.

 

Luxord made soft tmp sounds as he walked around, his teddy shortly behind him. He continued to walk around the halls before he started to scamper around, whimpering what sounded to be a 'mother' call. He'd sob some more as he continued to run around. He'd stop for a moment and bring out a pink heart made out of glass. He'd huggle it close to his body, before having a smile on his face. "I have a heart! I have a heart!" he said, hopping up and down. He'd start skipping down the hall before bumping into Xigbar. He'd lose his grip on the glass heart and he fell down. As he fell down, all that could be heard was the sound of a shatter. Luxord would gasp and sit up and look at the now shattered glass. His happy expression changed to one of a sad one, sniffing softly. But after a while, he'd begin to burst into tears now that his dear heart was now shattered.

 

Xigbar was running down the hallway at a breakneck speed, trying to get his eyepatch to go on right when, he bumped into Luxord. He bounced back a little, and watched the little glass haert fall on the ground, shattering. His eyes got wide. He looked over at Luxord, who was sniffling. "L... Luxxy, I'm sorry..." he whimpered, his eyes also starting to tear up. "I... I..."

It was no use. Luxord had already burst into tears before Xigbar could even finish. Xigbar sniffed, his hands shaking a little. He looked down at the broken heart, then back at Luxord crying, and started wailing, too. Maybe he was crying because Luxord was crying... Or that it was his fault Luxord was crying... Or that... Or that maybe he'd always wanted a heart, too...

Luxord would sniff a bit, the tears slowly fading. He walked over towards Xigbar and put his arms around his neck and shoulder, hugging him while the two of them cried. The chain reaction process had it's advantages and it's downfalls. He'd rock back and forth slowly, hugging onto Xigbar the best he could. He'd find a way to try to fix the heart later, but right now he was too sad to do anything else but cry.

"What is your name..." Marluxia asked the heartless. He was tempted into attacking him, but when he called his scythe, it didn't come.

"Every rose has a thorn, and that thorn can hurt the people who don't handle that rose with caution." he told the pink haired man.

"What is that suppose to mean?"

Before he could answer, Marluxia woke up, able to control his body completely. He looked up, and found himself on a bed, looking at Vexen.

 

Xigbar sniffed and hugged Luxord back, still crying his non-existant heart out. "Luxord...!" he whimpered through his tears. "I'm... I'm so sorry! I didn't mean to! Honest! I didn't mean to break your heart!" With that he started crying even more. He buried his head in Luxord's stomach. "Yo-o-ou mu-ust... h-hate me-e no-o-ow!" he choked through his sobs.

Luxord would sob and hold Xigbar's head, trying to think of a way to convince him that he didn't hate him. "N-no! I don't hate you!" He sniffed a few more times, his tears fading away slowly. "It was just an accident! It's ok!" he said trying to soothe the other, not letting him go.

 

Xigbar sniffed and looked up into Luxord's eyes. Tears were still streaming down his face and his two sparkling eyes looked as if they took up his whole face. "No.... It is all my fault!" He buried his head in Luxord's stomach again and started babbling, "Ya see, if I'd just had looked where I was going and not been running in the halls and just forgotten about the stupid eye-patch and... and..." He started crying silently, shaking a little. "I'm sorry, Luxxy..." he whimpered. "Please forgive me..."

 

Luxord would try not to start crying again, although he was failing slightly. He kissed Xigbar ontop of the head and continued to rock back and forth, taking a glance at the shattered heart then to Xigbar, then back to the shattered heart. He'd continue to look back and forth, not knowing whether to be sad for Xigbar being guilty or sad for his heart being broken. He knew it wasn't Xigbar's fault. "It's not your fault, Xiggy. It's mine for not paying attention. I was the one skipping and not watching where I was going."

 

Xigbar stopped crying as soon as Luxord kissed him on the top of his head. He slowly looked up at Luxord again, sniffing, as Luxord told him the only one to blame was himself. He didn't move after Luxord was done, he just kept staring at him with those big, sparkly eyes. Then he gave a small smile and hugged Luxord even more. "Thank you, Luxxy..." he said, snuggling him like Luxxy was a huge teddy bear.

 

Luxord put the side of his face to rest ontop of Xigbar's head, nuzzling into him softly. He'd move a hand that was on the opposite shoulder to rub up and down, a...soothing technique? Like he had a clue. He felt like he had a heart when the other hugged him like he was a stuffed bear. Sure they might not have hearts, doesn't mean they have feelings. He smiled a soft smile, keeping his head ontop of the other's.
