Follow that quote from my sister, it works well and you would be surprised how a good movie and a friend can cheer you up. Every time I either of us used to get sad we would just hang out in her room and wander around looking at stuff on Flicker, or youtube, listening to music, just talking, or watching a movie/show she downloaded recently.
