Bittersweet ignorance, you don't, couldn't possibly know, how very lucky you are.

As I said, bittersweet ignorance. If you only knew... it makes me laugh. How sad is that?

I know....I didn't want to seem rude or anything. Ehhh....life is much easier on some people rather than others. Believe me, I know my life may be lonely, but good. When your one of the happier people watching your best friend suffer relentlessly....it really piles stress and held back tears in you. My best friend's life....only strong people could make it through. I know I would never be able to live like her, or other people who have to suffer so much, so I admire the ones who can live through it. I'll tell you something....if you just hold on, and not let go, things will get better. Things are better for my friend, now that she's living with us and away from her..."familly", but she still has problems. But soon, she'll be out of it, she's come a long way, and she's away from a good deal of her pain, she's stopped the bad stuff she was doing, and she's much happier now. She never thought she'd escape any of it, but she has. That's why, no matter how hard things get, they get better as long as you hold on, and not give up.

I know what you're getting at... but what am I supost to hold onto? Only two things are keeping me sane, and I can't rely on either of them.

Whatever you find important in life, yourself, and your hope, are what you need to hold onto. At least hold onto the hope for a better future. My friend has had so much happen....but she held onto her friends, her hope, and a small bit of sanity that nobody hurting her could steal away. You need to remember one thing though. Everything you do will affect everyone around you. You need to make sure your choices don't hurt the ones you love. That's a big thing my friend learned, and has kept with her. The one thing that has kept her from loosing what she has now, and will have more of in the future. I was REALLY close to loosing my best friend. She could be dead right now. I'm ****ing glad she's not. I know that if you can just look ahead, and try to find more than what your caught in, you'll reach it someday. Just don't give up. Please don't. It may seem completely impossible, or the wait may be too long, but if you can just hold on, I know you'll be happy someday.

What if.... it's not anybody else, but yourself? I could blame one person, but it was my choice, I could have just ran but I didn't. I'll always be watching my back, and jump at the sound of police or ambulences, any of those that make similar sounds. I'd still be a mess if I had ran, but not as much as now. Hope...I try to tell myself it will get better, but it's not, if anything it's getting worse. Something like this... it's not something that will go away.

Then, if it's something bad you did that you feel bad for, try to do what you can for anyone to repent for it. I know what it's like to do things that are wrong, or especially not do something you know you should have, and have lost something from that. If you didn't run from something that won't stop messing with you, then just try to deal with it untill you are free from it, or at least until things get better. I don't know your situation, and I know it must be hard for you, so I certainly won't ask anything about it. If you choose to talk to me about it ever, I'll do anything I can for you, and not talk about it to anyone. But everyone screws up. By screwing up, you learn not to let it happen again. Sometimes it takes more than one screw up to teach you, too. It's natural for everyone to learn this way, so one, two, or even five screw ups are fine, as long as you learn from it. By learning, you can also straighten out your life. You should try talking to my friend, I think. She would know and understand you better. But I am pretty understanding, so I'm trying what I can to help others, as well as improve myself.
