Yea it does. :/ it may SEEM like it's re-hydrating you but the sugars in it actually take it away, then don't get me started on how else the sugar and caffeine is bad. :/

WELL DUH! It's because you don't have enough water, the body is around 70% water, you need to replace it everyday other wise you get headaches and feel tired.
