It means if you don't tell them to do anything they will go and do something, like if they are hungry they will go feed themselvels. ALTHOUGH if all needs are met then they go and talk to people most of the time, or play games, they won't just stand there doing nothing. So yea....sometimes the sims get a bit too close...and yea. AWKWARDNESS >_< Once I came back and my Axel sim and Zexion sim where slow dancing together....and their affection thingy was around 75% Bleh, I made them fight so it went down to just friends.
