"Oh....and why can't I just make a portal and get us out of here?" He asked her as the idea came to him.

 

"We can only portal short distances to the places we know. I've never been to the hull."

Xengla replied back to him.

....so....uh....well...Xengla....you look really familiar to me....like this girl I treated....actually you look just like her except slightly different.....

Yeah...her name was Angel.

Well.....what happened to her?

She died and went to Heaven to become a real one. I'm her replacement.

Axel simply blinked as Marluxia suddenly took the cream, distracted momentarily from basking in the feel of Larxene's hands on his own. Staring at the pink haired man nonchalantly, however, he noted the perturbed demeanor surrounding the Assasin, and he just quirked one end of his lips, a usual smirk grazing its way across his handsome face. He had always suspected it, yet this was the first time Marluxia had openly shown his hostility, and his liking for the lady. More so at the fact that it was because him and Larxene were having their own moment. Not saying anything as he gazed at the man unimpressively, he took one of his hands out of grasping Larxene's, and swiftly reclaimed the cream back, giving it a twirl on his fingers smoothly as he sneered at him, before placing it on the blonde's lap after he put the cap back on. His eyes reflecting on her wrists, he saw a slight white haze on her skin where the ointment was spread out, so it was dry, and now all it needed was time. Picking up the wet, abandoned towel, he rubbed his hands with it to clean of the cream that he had himself obtained when putting it on Larxene, then grabbed his black gloves and slid them on, giving Larxene hers back, though he was sure she wasn't going to use them with her injuries. Returning to Marluxia, after checking out the process for that second, he tsked at him, shaking his head in mock disappointment. "Now, now, Marluxia, the cream is hers, after all. I got it. And I gave it to her. " He raised a slick, red eyebrow. "And Larxene is big girl enough to take care of herself. I'm sure putting some cream won't be a hassle, it doesn't take much movement, especially by the time she has to put it again. Unless, of course, you're saying she's useless?"

He took in Marluxia's last sentence as he eyed him amusingly, and went to look behind his own shoulder, only spotting Tiffany glaring daggers at him, or rather, Larxene. This was going to get tedious if this was only the beginning. It wasn't like she was ever his girlfriend and vice-versa, and yeah, while they hooked up for one night or so, he wasn't certain what to consider. He wasn't showing reluctance, so he was partly to blame for being so responsive, yet he had to find a answer to tell her. Soon. Axel didn't even want to "explain" himself when he thought there was no reason to do so, so his focus went back to Larxene for a moment...until he finally let her go. Halting his actions as his eyes passed over her ivory, silky skin, he gave on a last advice, "Rest them, then. Try not to overuse...we have to begin getting out of here."

With that over, he pushed himself up, standing and composing himself, thinking that he overstayed his welcome. He really wanted to hear something from her, if she had anything to say, yet maybe he was fooling his mind about reaching for something that probably didn't exist. Giving the female a awkward smile, he ignored Marluxia as he headed back, taking the bag with him as he got closer to Tiffany...and Roxas with Naminé. However, his current "girlfriend" made her way over first, facing him and crossing her arms as she stood in front of him.

He just stared blankly at her.

"Who is she?" Tiffany merely asked viciously, not wanting to make a show over nothing, yet she wanted to really know just who this girl was that had caught Axel's attention so quickly. In fact, she had many things to question him about, especially about the portalling he just committed. She...might not be alone on being a "freak", and while her own telekinesis was only powerful enough to keep things up and to move them, it was there. Of course, she didn't know how that would match with what he showed, but there was something comforting to know that you can talk with someone and act around them without fear of revealing her gift.

"She's a acquaintance," Axel replied quite smoothly, glancing at her as if she was expecting anything more as he put on his acting skills, able to convey and manipulate the feelings he showed on his face and the movements of his eyes. Right now, he was acting as if what he did was nothing and Tiffany should take it that way as well. "Her name is Larxene...so you can actaully speak to someone here that's around your age."

"Aren't you around my age?" she countered, not liking that idea.

"Do I look like the type to speak about getting our hair done and make-up? No. Try Marluxia."

She gave him a dirty look.

 

Ooh....burn......(yeah...I stole Tularim's phrase......:D )...well...I really want to RP as Angel agian...because....well...Angel is basically ME....except more prettiful, and athletic..>_>....with fire powers and summoning swords.....:D....but....her heart is in Kingdom Hearts.....her soul is in her body which is now a nobody named Xengla.....so....how do I make, Angel happen?.....She's not technically dead.....and she can't be a spirit because her soul is still in her body....hmm.....

BIC- Xengla wasn't mad at Angel. She was her Other after all...but for some strange reason she still didn't get what Axel's problem was. Axel.....that jerk.....I wonder what Angel ever saw in him...hmm.....I wonder if he's on this floor.....or the next...

*Xigbar yawned tiredley*
"Wow...I think the movie was more exciting then this..." Xigbar mumbled to himself with a sigh.

 

Hmm.....we've reached the stairs....start climbing.

 

Phisoxa continued down the hallways , Demyx picked up the flashlight and walked after her . Demyx did not want to be left alone in the dark.

Demyx : " Do you think there is dead bodies floating around all the way at the deck of the ship ?! "

Phisoxa : " Demyx don't ask me a question like that , thats sick . "


Demyx : " Just wondering . . . . where are all the others ? "

Phisoxa : " I can't find them anywhere . . . "

 

Namine simply shook her head in reply to Roxas, staring at Axel and Larxene in disbelief. He's actually helping her?! I never thought this day would come... Namine had always known Larxene and Axel to be bitter rivals, yet, for some reason, Axel was actually treating her wounds! It was a sight that Namine had never thought she would see. However, when she turned her attention to the human girl behind Axel, she noticed that she was really angry. Noting how close she had been to Axel earlier, she guessed that this girl was in love with him? Namine smirked at this discovery and saw that hint of jealousy in her eyes. However, as she turned her attention back to Larxene and Axel, she saw Marluxia angrily take the lotion away from Axel and say that he could handle the rest. Then Axel had taken it back and put it on Larxene's lap, who appeared to be absolutely speechless. Namine just stared at Marluxia, amazed by how he had just shown affection for Larxene. This is going to get pretty interesting... She thought and then turned her attention to the small girl she was holding in her arms. Seeing Shigiku grasp to her dress, she guessed that she was having a nightmare. Namine tried to think of something that might help calm her down from the nightmare. Gently, she stroked Shigiku's hair and started softly singing a lullaby, hoping that would help.

After she had finished the lullaby, only one thing popped into her head: How do I even know that song? She wondered.

As Shigiku slept, she suddenly started to move around. She held on to Namine's dress tightly, a sad expression on her face. She made a small whimpering noise. However, when Namine started to sing the soft lullaby, she calmed down a little. The sad expression on her face slowly disappeared and a calm expression appeared. Her grip on Namine's dress slowly loosened, as well, until she let go completely, now relaxed.

Larxene was surprised by Axel suddenly putting the cream on her wrists, and she would've slapped him for doing it, if it weren't for the fact that her wrists wer burned, and her slap wouldn't have as much effect as it usually did because of that. Reluctantly, she let him put the cream on her wrists, but was surprised when Marluxia suddenly took the cream away from him. A smirk crossed her lips. It seems we've got a little cat fight going on here... She thought. When Axel had finished, she simply glared at him as he walked off. I swear, next time he gets anywhere NEAR me, I'm gonna make sure he wishes he didn't... She thought and looked over at Marluxia. Why do either of them even CARE what happens to me? Geez, they treat me like I'm some sort of kid... She thought angrily.

OOC- yeah, sorry for not replying for awhile... Haven't been in much of a mood for doing really long replies, and at times when I was, I got distracted XP Fire, they're in a small room in the middle of the ship >>
Oh and this weekend I'm leaving on a trip for a month, and I'm not sure if I'll be able to get on during then, so I'll post as much as I can before I go... sorry D:

BIC-Xengla began to climb but then stopped. "I'm going to go down and see how far up the water is. This flame is going to be in front of you guys. Keep going up." Xengla then made a second fireball and descended down.

"Buh-wha-huh?......o-kay....." There was a long awkward silence as Rexwand climbed the stairs beside Xigbar.

"Well....uh....I used to be a doctor....but...I...suppose I'm that much of a good doctor anyway....somehow I passed through med school and got a degree....but...uh...yeah..." It was a a failed attempt on making conversation by Rexwand. But he was trying.

Xengla went down 2 floors and still could not see, feel, or hear water so she went back up. It must be taking a while for it to fill one whole floor...thankfully....

 

OOC: Speaking of Tula, Fire, where he go? >.> And yes, burn xP. Seeing as Marluxia is a rival in many ways, I figured Axel wouldn't be short on conversational insults <-- Larxene has that gift in CoM. Has anyone noticed? That she keeps up a conversation with insults written all over it to the person she talks to without it wavering? Lol xD. Gah, that's my bish. I got so much love for her character.

If you're going to a trip, then you're going for a trip, DS xP. Is okay to get some fun, so I'll be waiting. And Larxene is so mean :D, which is just right. Here you have a guy basically making up for her burned wrists and she wants to slap him again (though I thought she didn't mind before?). I should stop softening her character a little when I play her, I always do that o.O. I think...yeah I do, only because my belief of her having some soft side in there gets in the way. I'm serious.

Anwita, prepare for a more tougher Larxene back in Love ;P (she was just passing ove a emotional time). Of course, she still has her Axel loving and horrible past, but is going to be more Larxene-ish. Thus, more sexy :O.

"I knew he was gay..." Tiffany whispered to herself and Axel silently in breathless realization, her eyes quirking over to Marluxia and his pinkness for a quick glance. That was a obvious sign of it, and it truly explained his hair and its soft, perfectly layered, fluff appearance. He perhaps knew a lot about hair treatment. Usually, she would take what Axel said as a joke, but she didn't hear the tone of that in his voice, so she concluded that it was just a shot at the guy and his sexuality. It was too bad as well, he was quite handsome. In fact, so was the silver-bluish haired young man in the darkest corner. While she couldn't see him well, she caught his features and they appeared very aesthetic. And that blond boy was also so cute, and if she was younger, she would probably think handsome as well. Axel...Axel was self-explainable, period. They were different kinds of hot, yet still in the category, and she raised a eyebrow.

Was this the pretty boy brigade or something? Fraternity? They all had these black uniforms...

Then what about that Larxene? How she got in?

Axel had to bite his lip from the point of making it bleed to hold back the laughter that was puffing his cheeks, and making its way into a grin at the amazement Tiffany had on discovering Marluxia's suppose favorable gender. It was another idea that popped up to remain serious, yet he didn't think it was going to turn out this way. Laughing hysterically inside, yet keeping a false sense of calm outside, he simply kept his grin, holding back anything in his throat as he spoke normally, though tight, "Look. I think we can talk about this in another time. Right now, we should be getting out of here...the water should be close by now, and I don't think we want anyone to drown...especially with Shigiku."

The reminder made his mirth at Marluxia's expense drop, and what was once funny dwindled as he was getting out of focus to what he needed to do. Shaking his head slightly, he gestured for Tiffany to follow, making their way up to Naminé. His green eyes shot to the sleeping little girl the moment they reached the short distance, and shifting his vision to Roxas, he saw the kid had his hand over his mouth as he tried to hold back laughter, his shoulders shaking, giving Axel a wink and a look to the female beside him to show that he heard Tiffany's words. Finally letting himself chuckle at least, he bent down, and swiftly took Shigiku quietly and carefully into his arms from Naminé after he warned her with his expression, carrying her. Putting her on his shoulder straight, where her head laid like she was a newborn baby, the bag of the medicine dangling on his wrist, he let out a breath. Hopefully, she'll remain resting for the journey, only to make sure Naminé had that water bottle he gave her so she could drink it when she wakes up.

It was then he eyed to his best friend knowingly. "Is time to get out."

Roxas nodded, taking a moment to bask in someone thinking Marluxia was gay, in which no one bothered to correct her, before slowly pushing himself up, standing on his feet like it had been years since he had last walked. Or maybe he was just too comfortable. Shaking his legs a little to get the feel of them back, his head peered down, holding out a hand for Naminé politely to help her up, all the while questioning to Axel, "Do you know where we are even going? Do we portal?"

"Of course I know where we are going. To the bottom of the ship which is now the top."

Roxas gave him a blank stare.

Axel returned it. "...fine, there are maps posted everywhere, we'll check there. I think we can portal, though you can only do short distances in this world, so we might get far enough to only walk and get through very small obstacles, if at all...."

 

OOC- Yeah, but I'm not sure it'll be fun... I kinda don't wanna go. ><

And isn't Larxene suppossed to be mean? XP I dunno... As I've said before, I played CoM before, I've only seen a few cutscenes XP lol poor Axel, though... ;D

Namine gently handed Shigiku back to Axel, and she couldn't help but smile at the way he held her. He's turning into more and more of a father each second... Namine thought. Shigiku and Axel seemed to get along really well, and it was obvious that Axel really cared about her. Why else would he be acting so fatherly? Or have decided to taken her in when she discovered both her parents had been killed? It still surprised Namine how he had come to act like this, but it was a good thing. Shigiku really needed someone to parent her right now, and Axel was perfect for the job.

Namine slowly stood up, still holding the water bottle in her hand. "It'd probably be a good idea to get out of here... the water's probably almost reached this floor..." She said, worried. "If we can't portal to the very top... erm... bottom... of the ship, then we'll need to be careful of any obstacles up there. Although for those who can't portal, they'll need to find somebody who can portal them, too..." She said, thinking. I really wonder just how well this is going to work... She thought. "One thing, though... What happens once the ship completely sinks? Then where do we go from there?"

Shigiku was breathing heavily, her cheeks still a light shade of pink. Her bright, pink hair hung limp, covering her face as Axel held her. Even though Axel had given her medicine to help get rid of the fever, it didn't seem to be working to well. The medicine was right for kids her age, and tasted good so she wouldn't completely hate it, but it wasn't quite strong enough to get rid of such a high fever.

Larxene stood up and crossed her arms, simply watching what was going on in the room. So we're just going to try portalling out of here... heh. At least Namine has a brain... It won't last for long. The water will reach us, even at the highest point. Then what? She thought and looked over at Marluxia. She smirked, hearing what Tiffany had said.

Jack was running through the ship, looking for a place where he could block the water out, or possibly somehow get to the "top" of the ship. He opened every door as he passed it, looking for a place to go. So far, he hadn't found any good room. He was beathing heavily, his wet clothes weighing him down as he ran. After a long while of this, Jack finally came to the room Axel and the rest of the Organization were staying it. however, he wasn't aware that they were in there. He opened the door to check inside and suddenly stopped when he saw a bunch of people in there. It wasn't long before he spotted Axel amongst them, holding Shigiku. He instantely froze, petrified with fear. He remembered what Axel had said if he ever saw his face again. Well, i'm a dead man, now... He thought and then noticed Shigiku didn't look to well. Her eyes were closed, sleeping perhaps, but her cheeks were a light shade of red and she had an uncomfortable look on her face. Is she sick...? he wondered but decided he better not stick around. Quickly, he shut the door, hoping Axel hadn't noticed, or at least didn't see it was him. When he started to head down the hallway again, however, he noticed something splash under his feet. Looking down, he saw the water had already reached this floor. It started seeping under the door and into the room Axel and the rest of the Organization were in.

BIC- Xengla finally made it back to the floor that they started on (which was Axel's floor) when she thought she ehard a splash. .......that's impossible.....I just went down and came back up.....and yet... She heard the splash and saw the water...then she started to hurry up the stairs panting for breath.

Rexwand and Xigbar had made it 2 floors higher than the floor everyone else was on.

 

OOC: D8 Oh noes, *TN*. My vulnerable Larxene will now disappear! Ish scared. T_T Hmm, maybe I should bump up the cockiness of Axel as well? Just don't kill him or send him flying across the snowy mountains if he says or does something stupid. xD


“Did I say she was useless?†Marluxia mumbled under his breath as the damned pyro sat in front of him and Larxene, sneering and acting cool. Not impressed. He hated that man's cocky behavior . . . who was he impressing, acting like a biatch, Larxene? She was bothered or annoyed to see him most often, however, her silence and reluctancy of taking any action now as Axel was so close and was literally touching her without her consent was something to consider. Was it possible that the woman held a soft spot for the redheaded maniac? Maybe it was all his imagination, so he shook that disturbing thought out of his head. Besides, Axel had company, and that company was not pleased with him being here, perhaps near Larxene, as she eyed her dangerously. Heart or no heart, Marluxia knew the look of jealousy when it was there. Taking a moment to observe the woman, he looked back at the redhead, confidently, with his misty, blue eye, as he spoke in a deep and calm voice, and he spoke sternly, without raising his voice. “Larxene is very well, and capable of taking care of herself. She's not a child. However, as her partner, it is my duty to look after her and be on guard of her well being, Axel.â€
After the thought, Marluxia kept quiet, he'll not be drawn into a petty fight with the man. Marluxia stared back at Axel for a brief moment, until Axel turned to towards the jealous woman. With his last words, Axel left, and Marluxia watched him leave, intently as he made his way to the waiting woman. Well, at least that was over, he sighed happily, and turned to see a glaring Larxene . . . well, she certainly was not happy with Axel, or was it the woman who was with Axel? Still rubbing his injured shoulder, he realized that Larxene was giving the dirty look to both Axel and him, and it somehow comforted him. He loved that little angry glare of hers. It almost looked like a pout, cute . . . scary, but cute. Massaging his shoulder, Marluxia pushed himself off of the 'floor' and forced himself to stand up despite the pain now running down his shoulder to his back, and as he was doing so, he saw the look that woman, Axel's so called girlfriend, had on her face as she whispered something to Axel and stared at him in . . . awe? He blinked . . . once, twice, okey . . . then he turned away. What was that about? Well, who knows, it was not his business . . . perhaps. However, for once in his life, Axel had said something meaningful and intelligent, and Marluxia couldn't agree more.

"Is time to get out."

Larxene had stood up as well, and she stood there firmly, with her arms crossed, looking and smirking at him. “What? What's so funny?â€

 

.......no one noticed Jack?....All right! The guy can run for it now! Woohoo! Go Jack!

BIC- Xengla was wondering how there could possibly be water on this floor when there's nothing down there. ......someone might have shut the door to that floor securely..... Regardless, she wondered whether anyone was on this floor. She opened the door and since everything was dark she made her flame bigger but not too big as she was panting for breath. She made her way over to probably the only room with light but stopped a couple feet away. There she saw a figure running away from the door. ....loooks familiar......really familiar... "Hey. Need help?"

OOC- Yeah...the trip's tomorrow.

 

OOC: Well, she isn't really mean to Axel canonly, she rather touch him and stroke his jaw than insult him -_- (that kind of irked me and made me twitch at first xD). Otherwise, you're right on target, she's a sadistic little thing >D (why I love her), which is why I'm making my Larxenes more meaner. I think I've been too soft, too soft, and I hesitate when I get a idea of something cruel she can do. I play Axel better, I feel.

And of course Axel can be cocky, anwita xD. I will love him, no matter. However, making Larxene a bit tougher, I'm going to take it slowly the more confident she gets, since it will be weird suddenly to make her ">D" with the situation.

Oh noes D:, Shigiku is not healing.

"We're just going to try, and head up. That's the best we could do," Axel replied to Naminé, already thinking of who can help save this ship, or at least, let them get out. He was sure Xemnas...or Xehanort, could make a rift long enough to get them back to their own castle, and get the rest of the people, if they were any left, to ground. It didn't matter if they used their powers now, they were going to need it for this, and it wasn't like they were ever going to see them again. And he knew he could not take Tiffany with him. He wasn't as attached to her as to not be able to live without her there or something, the problem is her standpoint with him. Before he could do anything else, however, he heard a rustle outside the closed door, and turning his head around curiously, he saw it suddenly open, though he froze at who it was, blinking his eyes to see if he wasn't hallucinating. For awhile, he didn't say anything, the man seeming to spot him as he glanced around, yet once his thoughts came back, he angrily went to step forward and kill the man who should've been dead long ago. What he had done, can never be forgiven, especially as he had the galls to send a letter when all he had to do is get out of Shigiku's life. Jack will forever be a reminder of what she lost. However, the b*tch got out before he could do anything, and Axel clenched one fist, gritting his teeth. He would've gone after him, but Shigiku was in his arms.

Damn it.

Trying to calm himself as he didn't need the fury right now, he began to walk, only to hear a slight splash. Suddenly alert, he saw in recognition the water getting into the ceiling and drifting around his feet as his eyes shifted down, filling up as it went to coat the whole surface. That seemed to get his mind off of that piece of sh...in time, he heard the familiar swoosh sound that interrupted his thought on Jack, and his head snapped to look at Zexion, black portal at the ready in the air as they stared at each other.

Zexion gave a nod to the redhead, aware of the situation just as clear as everyone else. It wasn't time to dwindle, but to act."I summoned one as far as we could go from here to the bottom or top, however you want to refer it as. We should all get pass through now. I'll be the last in. Let's not wait."

Axel set his face in resolution, only to then stare at Tiffany as he headed to the portal, Shigiku the priority to him. Feeling his "girlfriend"s breathing quicken at the sudden revelation of the water seeping in, though she was fairly relaxed now, he went to inform her briskly, to at least ease her with who they were by this point, "We can all portal, except for the little girl, who has magic. I'll explain it to you later on." Of course, he wasn't going to say that they were Nobodies, just that they were mutants or something, and he had pyrokinesis.

It was then he halted when he remembered the suitcases, and he winced, almost smacking his forehead if he could. How was he going to take them? How could he forget? He was strong, though that didn't mean he could manage a kid and extra baggage. "Man, I forgot our bags..."

"I'll get them," Tiffany said determinedly as she shook off the slight fear, thinking that if they were showing her what they can do, then she could too at the moment, and reveal what she possessed. The help was also needed. Setting her eyes on the suitcases packed in a corner, it didn't take long before they all started to levitate up, and as soon as they were a high height, they skyrocketed to her, flying quickly, and only stopping when they were hovering over her and Axel's heads, who appeared stunned. Smirking at the fact that this time, she managed to catch him off guard, she added softly as she eyed him intently, "I...have telekinesis, I can make them follow above us and through the portal. It won't be a problem this way..."

She smiled unsurely.

Roxas was also quite shocked, watching this all happen in awe, not expecting for the girl to have such a type of psychic power within her, and he now knew that most gifts don't only go to Nobodies, and their elemental essences. Of course, that was obvious, but not from the newcomer of all things, and who was Axel's lover. It was still surprising nonetheless, and he shifted his blue eyes back and forth from Tiffany to the suitcases overhead, trying to process it in his head. Hearing another splash as he moved his feet slightly, that snapped him back to the dilemma they were in, remembering the fact that they shouldn't be thinking of anything else, or stare at nothing in particular. Getting his train of thoughts back, he went to grasp Naminé's free hand, and stated quite loudly to a paralyzed Axel, "Wake up, idiot! We need to get out of here!"

This worked, because Axel did flutter his eyes at what Tiffany had just done as if coming off a daze, and while it baffled him, as he wasn't aware she ever held any power and was a simple normal human, he figured he should've known better. There was Shigiku. after all, who had magic, and Roxas was right. No time to question or admire new abilities. They can all get to that after they were safe. Silently, he just walked again, quickly heading over the portal and going in, trickling footsteps behind him as the rest followed.
