All right......*sigh*.......I'm....sorry.....if I accidentally do something clumsy and get you hurt.....and.....that's all right......though.....I think I somehow have seen you before......have you ever been in the infirmary?

 

"I never denied that I wasn't one, Xengla, I jsut had to simply remind you," Axel hissed menacingly, his eyes getting into slits, that in the dim darkness could be seen more dangerously, and then there was the brightness of his green eyes. He smirked at her, fire still surrounding him. "See. You're proving my point right now that you're not her, the fact that you want to fight me, for example, when Angel would've talked through it. Don't you love your contradiction? By the way, I'm waiting."

OOC: I wonder if Xengla noticed he was wearing Angel's necklace to say he didn't care for her...

 

Oh yeah....I totally forgot about that thing.....>_<......my first serious fight......I think I'm going to back out....NO!.....I won't!...wait......no!.....GARGH!...*cowers in fear and dives behind a couch*

BIC- Heh heh heh......it's because I have more guts than she did.....besides......you barely gave me a chance to even compromise.....and no....I'm not her.....and proud of it.....:D....she was too kind to a fault sometimes....let's just say...I could be her rowdier side.....

Xengla was prepared to take evasive action and shoot some fire slashes at Axel.

 

Shigiku thought back for a moment and then nodded. "Yeah... Me and Axel-sama went to see Angel there..." She said and then looked down. I miss Angel... Even though Xengla basically is her, Angel got along better with Axel-sama... She thought. She then looked back up as they were walking and her eyes widened when she saw Jack standing against the railing nearby. She gripped Rexwand's hand tighter as she was frightened.

Jack looked up to see Shigiku and some guy that he didn't know. he looked down at the young girl. However, he didn't say anything to her.

"Do you know where her and Axel are...?" namine asked Xehanort.

 

Oh....yes.....perhaps that's where I saw you....eh?....what's wrong?

He saw nothing except a man standing agianst the railing. He looked back down at Shigiku and back to the man.

.......is he a threat?....

He switched Shigiku to his other side separating the the man and Shigiku. He whispered softly to her.

It's all right....I'll protect you....Axel can burn me to a crisp but I would be reassured with the thought that at least tried my best and that you're safe.

 

Shigiku looked up at Rexwand and smiled. "Thanks..." She whispered back, glancing at Jack once as they passed him. She could see a strange look in his eyes... A look of sadness... The same sadness she had seen in her own eyes once before. He is, in a way, sort of like me... She thought. He knows what it's like to lose your family... And he knows what it's like to be in so much pain... And he knows what hatred feels like... the same hatred I had against him when I found out that he killed my parents. I sort of still have that hatred, too... She looked forward again. But he's seeking revenge on the ones who killed his family... I'm never going to seek revenge... Axel-sama taught me that's it's wrong and people only get hurt in the end... I guess I sort of learned that through this whole experience, too...

Looking up, Shigiku saw a small heartless not to far from them. However, it was just sitting there. It didn't look like it was going to attack them, so Shigiku didn't really feel all that afraid. She just smiled at the small creature as they passed it, and she actually began to feel bad for it. Alot of heartless got destroyed because they take others hearts and turn them to darkness, but some heartless don't. Some heartless are so small that they can't really do anything, yet, they're destroyed as well. Shigiku still didn't completely understand the situation, but she knew that it was pretty unfair for them. And what happened after they were destroyed, anyways? She remembered seeing little pink hearts float up into the sky, but what had happened to them? And where did they go? And nobodies... Everything that Shigiku had known about the human body wasn't true, now. She thought that you had to have a heart for anything in your body to function, but nobodies didn't. It seemed pretty odd to her...

Shigiku smiled. Taking a walk was a good way for her to just relax a little and think about things.

 

He saw the heartless ahead and somewhat slowed his steps a little.

Um....Shigiku.......do you know what that is?.....

He also provided himself as a barrier between the heartless and Shigiku.

 

Shigiku smiled and nodded. "Yeah.. It's a heartless," She said and glanced at it. She had noticed that Rexwand seemed a bit scared. "Don't worry... It's not gonna hurt anybody..." She said and smiled.

 

I don't know....I think....I've seen those before.....I'm not sure...*flashback*....where......Shigiku....things are not always what they seem so I suggest we take a precaution regardless.......

....that was what knocked me to the ground.....it was on my chest....but why?....and....it was headed toward my....O.o.......heart.....my heart?....my heart!

Rexwand steered Shigiku a bit farther away and then put his right hand underneath his hand with his finger wrapping around his wrist and checked his pulse. It wasn't there.

But...but....how....how am I living?....

Rexwand seemed to be in a state of shock and was probably about to faint from it but then composed himself and took deep breaths. He wasn't going to leave Shigiku unattended....something could happen.

 

Just then Xehanorts guardian appeared infront of them

 

Shigiku blinked as she looked up at Rexwand. "Are you okay...?" She asked, tilting her head to the side. She then screamed and hid behind Rexwand when Xehanort's guardian appeared.

 

"don't worry he won't hurt you" Xehanort said running up to her

 

Rexwand snapped out of it and and took a somewhat defensive stance.

And may I ask who you are?

 

Axel chuckled as he evaded the attacks like a breeze, though he knew she was just starting. He had never fought fire with fire before, so this one should be interesting, what can hurt or not hurt him. Yet, he almost frowned when the slashes came close to the necklace in his neck as he moved, and he had to watch that. It was the only object he had left of her, after all. Smirking at Xengla cruelly as he finished dodging, he simply responded, "Is weird how you can be so proud, then I guess you like being low, because Angel was a much better person, I can see. Compromise isn't in, is not like I was the one that heated the room before." While battling, or praticing, he could play with her mind a little, and why not start by Angel? Though he appreciated Xengla was much steely, which he had wanted Angel to somewhat be, he rather have his friend back any day. "And I find it amusing how much you try to be a tough chic, when you really aren't, are you? Tell me, what are you trying to prove?"

With that, he went forward in a surge of speed, not comparable to Larxene's of course, but good enough, and went to land a high kick to her stomach. He wasn't going to waste much energy with his element or weapons yet, especially the fact that he still had his vinyl gloves that he touched dead bodies with.

 

In a blur she was gone.

Like I care about Angel...she's not here anymore....

Xengla didn't really pay much attention to whatever Axel was saying.

He doesn't know what "hurts" me.....it doesn't matter whatever he says....

She came up behind Axel hurtled herself at him prepared to take evasive action to whatever he countered.

OOC- *is praying* Please don't let this be hard please don't let this be hard........pleeeease don't let this be hard.....fights make me burn up.....honestly.....and if I'm in a real argument face to face I would cry....because my tear ducts hate me....

 

Axel had dodged her attack from behind, going to the side gracefully, after all, it wasn't like battling a experienced fighter like him was going to be easy, the real fireworks haven't even started yet. However, they had chosen a bad time to have a fight, he knew, as he didn't want to touch his weapons with the vinyl gloves that had the essence of dead bodies...and another thing, the said bodies were in the freezer, and he had to put them on the stretchers. Looking at her mock disappointment, he went to say with a dramatic sigh, "As much as I would love to kick your a**, and the fact that you got that Angel isn't here anymore, I have to say we can do this later. Don't worry, if you want, I'll hunt you down even, we are going to finish this. I have something to do first, and I don't have the time for you..." With that said, he simply sauntered off to go to the room, only turning around his head behind him to say, "By the way, you don't need to be here, so leave. Seriously, I don't even know why you came..."

 

To help, silly.....but fine...if you don't want me here.....

She walked away seriously resisting the temptation to just slam the freaking door shut on him and keep him locked up in there......but she couldn't....

D*mn you, Angel......

She said quietly.

He's pretty fast, but that was to be expected.....

OOC- Phew.....you know....I was thinking of an alternative end......except I don't think you'd like it......at all......on the other hand...if I did do that alternative end to the battle....I would only be able to control one character. :D

 

OOC: You weren't going to combust Xengla ala the Axel in KH2, were you? DD:

Axel rolled her eyes upward at her comment, muttering to himself, "I never wanted you here..." He would've thought he made it clear after he denied her to go with them that time when he was in the infirmary, and Rexwand allowed her to. However, now that she was gone and less of a hassle, he grabbed the two stretchers carefully in each hand, and took them to the freezer as he stepped back in the cold. He began opening them wide and preparing them, so it was ready by the time Rexwand came back, with the news that Shigiku was unharmed, of course, and was safe with Naminé or in her room.

 

Xehanort looked at Rexwand "im Xehanort who are you" Xehanort said

 

Psssh yeah right....that was a waste of a life......at least I thought so...ah well.....initiating Death #2.

BIC- ....fine....then you won't hear from me ever again.....that's all I needed to know from you......

She ran up the stairs and ran all the way up to the deck then turned to the right and faced the railing on the other side.

He doesn't care....no one does.....
