That's right... Shigiku thought. He said that strength and bravery isn't shown by not crying... But I don't want to cry anymore... She thought and looked down at her hands, tears still falling down her cheeks. Then she looked up at Axel when he said that last thing. He sounded really serious about it. "What's that...?" Shigiku asked curiously.

 

Tenshi listened to the conversation, not intentionaly, but just to hear someone talk.

"you're no fun Kimi." Miko said

"i told you not to call me that." Kimiko said, putting down her book to look at Miko

 

"Don't go searching for revenge of your parents, whether now or when you're older. I understand why you would hate Jack, and I hate him too, and honestly...I was going to kill him, but I didnt. You know why? Because that will make me just like him...and I don't want you to become like he is, Shi. I would hate to see you thirst for vengeance, when it really isn't worth it, and you have so much to live for. Is unhealthy, and it can overtake you, so is better to let fate handle the punishment that they would be given. I never want to see you as some murderer...because that's how it is, no matter why. A murder," Axel confided in her, his mind going back to how Jack acted, and how in the end, he came out ruining a girl's life and separating her from her family forever...all because of getting her father back for what he'd done, despite not being guilty. He didn't want Shigiku to be blind and stupid, and only join the cycle, Axel needed her to grow up a proud and strong woman...almost like Larxene, minus the cruelty.

His green eyes bore into her deeply, his grip tightening softly on her, letting her know how bad it could be. "Like I said, you have strength, so when you ever come to that point, use your mind and brain, and walk away. Just walk away. Remember, this won't make you any better than the person who killed your parents. Do you understand? Will you promise me that? Promise me that you won't go to that level and take the high road no matter what?"

 

Shigiku's eyes widened at the thought of that. Her... a murderer... She couldn't even imagine it, and the thought scared her so much. She felt Axel squeeze her so that she understood. I hate him so much... She thought. I hate Jack... He ruined my life for a reson that wasn't even very good... She clenched her fists and looked down. But I know revenge isn't the way to go... You'll only end up hurting yourself in the end... She felt the tears that were still falling down her cheeks as she looked down. "I'm not going to promise you that..." she said. She then looked up at him, a serious expression glued onto her face. "I swear that I won't ever look for vengeance of my parent's death..." She said and smiled.

 

Axel had waited for her answer as she went into thought, and once she finally spoke, her first words made him stop breathing, as well as making his eyes widen, hell, his stomach even clenched in shock and disbelieve, but he had calmed down when she finished, letting out a relieved sigh. That was close...if she would've decided that, he would've made sure that it drilled into her brain until she agreed, after all, he was a new appointed father, he had to teach her right from wrong, right? Letting out a smile, he ruffled her hair like always, tenderly staring at...well, his adopted daughter, basically, "Good girl...I'm pretty proud of you , you know? How you're handling everything..." He gave her a nod, before calmly asking her, wondering where Naminé went, "So, what do you want to do now? You can rest, if you feel like it, it's been a rough day for you...the memories, and now this..."

 

Shigiku noticed that Axel looked a bit worried when she had said the first thing, but then he seemed to calm down when she said she'd swear it. Did he actually think I would go searching for vengeance? That's the last thing I want... to be like Jack... That would do nothing more than make my life a nightmare... Well, more than it just became... Shigiku looked down at her hands to think for a minute. She looked back briefly on everything that had happened to her. Was this somehow all planned out...? Was all of this suppossed to happen to me for a reason...? She wondered. Maybe it was to help make me stronger... She blinked and looked back up at Axel. "We were gonna go swimming, right...?" She asked and then grinned. She really needed something to get her mind off of this for awhile.

Xehanort was walking around looking for Axel "strange that he would attack a random person like that after he became all fatherly. There must have been a good reason" Xehanort thought

 

Axel sighed as he grinned back, wanting to take her now, but he also had a job and murder to report. Tracing his boy necklace again, he tried to remember back on what Jack said...that the bodies were in compartment C651, and they obviously needed to be taken...out, they couldn't rot there. He shuddered at that, shaking his head a little to get the gruesome picture out of his mind. That's what the least he could do. Axel didn't know how many officials were left in the attack, but hopefully, there were some doctors still on the ship in the infirmary because as low as the numbers are, there were still survivors around. Especially as some of the crew members could have guns around just in case anything happens, that might've helped fight off the Heartless. All he needed was for Naminé to come back and take care of Shigiku while he was gone for a moment. Staring at the girl, he went to say, "We can go swimming later. Right now, I have to report about what happened, so I'll be right back, and Naminé can keep you company."

 

Tenshi had fallen asleep outside of the wondow, curling up on the floor

Miko sighed, "fine, i'll go by myself." she said and walked towards the door

"good luck." Kimiko said, now reading her book again

 

Namine had gone out to the balcony and she was drawing the waves. She smiled.

"Okay," Shigiku said and smiled, looking at Axel. She then thought she heard something over by the window and she turned her head, looking at it curiously. She walked over and looked out, but she didn't see anything. However, when she looked down, she saw Tenshi sleeping under the window. She blinked a few times in confusion and then turned back to Axel. "Axel-sama... there's a little girl sleeping under the window..." she said. Hearing herself say that, she giggled. It sounded kind of strange to her.

Jack blinked for a second and then spoke. "My name is Jack..." he said.

OOC- wow... sorry if that seemed awkward... but u seemed like u were having trouble getting into the story somehow, Jap XP

 

Axel blinked in confusion when his eyes followed Shigiku and she said a girl was sleeping in the window...did she mean the glass doors or something, and on the balcony? Because there weren't exactly windows here in the suite. And another little girl? Rubbing his eyes a bit tiredly, wondering how in the world did a girl get on their balcony when before it was empty, he got off the bed, and went to trail after Shigiku, wondering if this was some kind of joke from her. As he reached her, he looked outside the glass panel, not really paying attention, but only settled his eyes on the pink haired lady. "Are you sure? How can someone get here? We're on the side of the ship...unless she jumped and tried to dive into the water and landed here...but then, that's a pretty hard fall, I think."

How far was the top deck of the ship from here?

Shigiku blinked and looked at Tenshi. "I don't know..." She said and then gasped. Did this girl fall from the top deck?! Shigiku looked at the girl closely. "She doesn't look like she's hurt..." Shigiku said. "So I don't think she jumped..." Shigiku opened the glass door and giggled, able to tell that Tenshi was awake. "Hi," she said and smiled.

 

Tenshi gasped and covered her head, "s-sorry... i-i didn't mean to.. i-intrude," she studdered, she braced herself for a blow,

 

OOC: Naminé is there too, isn't she? Or is she in another balcony?

Axel didn't know what to think of this, one little girl was enough to take care of, but two? Holy Kingdom Hearts on a hot dog bun...this was too much, is the stork dropping countless babies to him now? Hopefully, she had parents or something to return to or some relative, unless they were lost in that Heartless attack or some murder, because he couldn't adopt two children. No, no, no. Sighing as he looked at the little girl, not exactly getting how old she was, he stepped through a bit of the glass door that Shigiku slid over, and bent down, studying the scared person on the ground. As the sound of waves crashing reached his ear and the wind of the sea blew his red hair, he scratched his head, muttering awkwardly, "Is fine, we won't hurt you....why don't you get up from the floor first and you can come inside?"

 

Tenshi looked up at Axel, he was bigger then her, ALOT bigger, this kind of scared her so she hesitated. but she slowly took his hand. not sure if she should have done this or not what if mom and dad sent him to get me?...

 

Axel lifted the girl up carefully to her feet, and with a one second glance at Shigiku, he sent a kind smile as his eyes settled on the new company, finding it quite amusing that she was so scared or nervous, though he couldn't exactly blame her. He was a stranger, after all, but he still he found the need to comfort her as he began to lead her back in the room, chuckling a little, "Don't worry, do I look harmful to you? You even have my daughter here as a playmate to make you feel better..."

He was talking about Shigiku, of course, though it was a bit odd, but that's what she was from now on. Looking down softly, he went to ask, "What's your name? And do you know where your parents are?"

 

Tenshi started to play with her hands nervously, "m-my name is Tenshi... and yes i know where my parents are....." she said, she looked down a little bit of guilt in her eyes, she didn't want to mension that she ran away...

 

Axel breathed a sigh of relief at the mention that she had parents, lifting his eyes up to the sky that was seen through the glass in a "thank goodness" fashion. It wasn't that the girl was annoying, or that he just didn't like her, is that so far, he has been thrown too many stuff into his hands, and for now, more surprises were a hassle, though it wasn't Tenshi's fault. Still staring at the brunette pigtailed girl with brown eyes, he gestured her to sit on his bed as he plopped down on it, watching Shigiku momentarily, only to get back and see the new situation. "Okay, so you have parents. We have to return you back to them then. How old are you?"
