I don't think Larxene can be older than Axel. She reaches up to his shoulders, and despite males being natirally taller, he'd have to be at least a year her senior. Look at Riku and Kairi for example.

And, I swear, Larxene comes to me as girl just coming out of her teens, and discovering being 20. She sometimes looked like a little girl in some points on Re: CoM.

hmm....I agree with most of that. Except for Demyx and Zexion. I think they should be switched.

Vexen-Xigbar 40-50(same age?)-They both seem to know alot about the past, and people bug them about being old. :D
Xaldin-Lexaeus-35-40(same age part 2)-They just seem like it.
Luxord-30 He should switch his number with Zexion's...
Xemnas-Saix-Late 20's or 30 They're like the same person..
Marluxia-Zexion-The oldest they could be is 24 or something. o-o And I refuse to beleive Zexion's as young as Roxas no matter how short he is.

Zexion is like a child! XD I don't know why a lot of people think that he is older than Demyx.He can be about 17-21 years old.I know what it is like to be in Roxas,Zexion,Larxene,Axel and Demyx's shoes.

 

The way I see it, Vexen CAN'T be the oldest.
The manga oly says he's the oldest in Castle Oblivion. Not the Organization.
And I think Xigbar would have to be the oldest because it's been said multiple times that he was the one who saw the past Keyblade weilders.

And also, Demyx can't be older than Zexion. Zexion is the second youngest in the organization... I can't remember where it was confirmed however.

But trust me, it was.

The only thing I can remember stating anything definitive was one of the Secret Ansem Reports saying that Ienzo was his youngest apprentice. Now if there actually is a source stating that then just regard all this below. ;)

Now the whole opening the door, and dooming the universe with untold darkness thing that Xehanort and his posse did happened at least nine years prior to the first game. Since everyone here seems to think Zexion is around the 17-20 range, that would make him at least 8-11 when that sh*t went down. Now why would Ansem the Wise have an apprentice that young in his employ? And he was undoubtedly his apprentice before all this madness started as well.

Now, remember that "youngest apprentice" doesn't necessarily say anything as to the ages of numbers VII-XIII because they were not Ansem the Wise's apprentices, only having joined the Organization afterwards.

And Nobodies do age. Just look at Naminé in Re: CoM and then compare with her KH2 appearance. I mean, they're just bodies without hearts. Why wouldn't they age?

Now after that lengthy diatribe, I think I'll throw in my two cents regarding their ages.

I. Xigbar (48)- Just look at him. The guy's obviously been through a lot in life, and even has graying hair.
II. Vexen (44)- Now I don't see why everybody thinks he looks so old, but he apparently was the oldest in Castle Oblivion.
III. Lexaeus (37)- He just looks that old, nothing else I can say.
IV. Xaldin (35)- I don't see why everyone thinks he's, like, the second oldest, he doesn't look that old to me. But he's definitely in his thirties.
V. Luxord (33)- He doesn't look that old, people.
VI. Xemnas (30)- No real evidence here, but he's definitely older than the people following him.
VII. Saïx (28)- Same as with Xemnas.
VIII. Marluxia (27)- He looks like he's in his late twenties, doesn't he?
IX. Zexion (26)- See what I said above. I think a sixteen year old apprentice is pretty suitable. And shortness means absolutely nothing as to age.
X. Axel (23)- Speaks for itself really.
XI. Demyx (20)- He looks and acts like a college kid, I think. Especially with that mullet.
XII. Larxene (18)- She acts very young. Also I'd prefer if she was legal. :D
XIII. Roxas (15)- Duh.

Of course, I'll allow a couple years give or take on the above ages, but they seem pretty reasonable to me.

Also, you have to keep in mind that they all probably look slightly different than what they did when they were whole. And I don't mean just hair style. ;p
Xemnas, Ansem, and Xehanort have drastically different looks. In fact, Ansem looks muuuuuch older than his Nobody Xemnas.
Then again, this is really something only Tetsuya can really answer. XD
I wish someone would ask him about the Org's ages.

 

Maybe on special cases.Roxas and Namine aged probably because their others are still walking around.? To me,the rest looked like they have been in that body for so long.So maybe nobodies can age if their others are still walking?OK OK maybe they age.Take Xiggy for example,he has graying hair and has a surfer dude accent.They don't have hearts so they cannot age in terms of maturity.But their bodies do. About Ienzo,he can be an apprentice at a young age because in my country,we have cases of 7-13 year olds with high I.Q. I think Japan has a few cases and younger people usually have curious minds so yeah.

 

There's been a lot of forums on this. It's getting pretty old.
