Kingdom Hearts II One of Those Metaphor Things: Mickey's Cloak

Well, I just noticed something. King Mickey had been wearing a cloak up until he thought Goofy died. Now, before I didn't care. THEN I learned he wore the cloak as a means to hide from the Organization. A fear of darkness, one might say. He even said darkness is "kind of scary". However, I think when Goofy "died", the King was pushed over the edge and got over his fear of being found. Once he had been a while without it, he probably had conquered his fear, thus not needing the cloak to hide his face any more.

I've never really thought about that before.... But now that you mention it, that could be a posibillity. It's like he's going all out after that moment.

 

The King said "Oh no you didnt!" and went crazy on them.I'd just call it rage,not fear.

 

I think he did it because what the others said, he was angry, and needed to go all out, so he took it off...
of course...to run that fast he might have needed to take it off too...

 

I agree. The mixture of anger and being pushed over the edge probably made him do it.
