One memory...One heart....

fadeless looked up at the darkside " aww no " said fadeless

 

"hmm? what is it?"

 

Jordie held the Orb in her hands

She sighed

What was going to happen to Shai? Or what HAS happened to Shai?

She looked at them

 

"whats going on?" he asked her. he honestly didnt care what happened to these people all he new was that HE was after the same thing so Doxyc didnt really care he just wanted to...comfort her alittle bit.

 

Jordie shook her head a little bit

"He will be back...I promise i wont lose it Shai" She looked up at the sky

She put the orb in a small soft bag she had and held it

 

Doxyc smiled at her. "come on we have to find the last heart piece."

 

Jordie nodded and kept walking

She was worried about Shai...but Doxyc didnt seem to care....

Weird she thought

 

doxyc looked away in solotude as they walked. "so since we found another heart here wouldnt it be some where els and not here?''

 

"Yeah probably...but.." She looked away

"How do we get somewhere else...I dont have teleport powers" She said to him

 

"me eather..." he looked at her. "well why dont we look for a way to transport!!! ^_^"

 

She looked around "Yeah...Cmon then" She ran off

Meanwhile, Shai's test was underway.

Standing in the wavering peninsula, Shai faced down a large creature decending from a storm cloud. Its body was the form of an eagle, with the head of a man. It had two human arms weilding cirular wind blades, its wings were large fans, which caused great gusts when they moved.

Shai took hold of Bloody Valentine as a voice loomed over the area: "Returned to the living you will be, if only you cleave this great beast of invulnerability. Find its weakness if you may or trapped you will become in the torrent of his abominable wave."

 

" well i cant seem to find the guardian maybe they did disappear from existance " said drac

 

"...dissappear?"

 

Shai fought fiercely against the beast, but it showed no signs of weakening. Suddenly the creature flapped its giant fan wings creating two large twisters which swiftly overtook Shai. Inside, the harsh spinning of the twister cut at Shai's body. Unable to move for a time, he concentrated his best trying to devise a strategy. Soon, the twisters vanished and Shai fell to the ground hard.

"Huff...huff...this thing is serious, but thanks to that attack, I've got an idea."
Slowly standing to his feet, he lifted Bloody Valentine and started to set his plan into motion. As he charged the great beast, it sent out several waves of air, holding back Shai. It then called forth lightning from the sky down in Shai's vacinity. Quickly dodging each strike, he envoked his Reflect element and was able to deflect the raging torrents blocking his path to the monster.

"So, it did work. Good thing...huh?"

Suddenly, the beast began to hover and soon flew at him. He tried his best to block the attack, but the creature's headon attack shattered his reflect defense and sent him flying back with minimal damage.

"Darn, with that kind of power, I may not be able to get him like I was planning. No matter...I'll never lose to this thing."

He stood up as the birdmonster came back around for a second assault. At the point of contact, he envoked Reflect again, this time on Bloody Valentine, closed in its Piercing Strike Mode. As the two forces contended, Shai propelled himself over the the creature's back, using a combination of the Reflect element with the switch to Rain-maker mode, which spread out the reflect defense. Tilting it downward, it bounced him from the ground and landing on the creature's back, he began to experiment.

 

" they no longer exist and im the only one in existance MAYBE! " said drac

 

The beast continued his wave of destruction and Shai began to jab away at its back. All over he crawled, searching for a weak point, until the bird-beast flipped upside down, almost losing Shai. He held on tight as the creature went rightside up. He crawled up to its head. Clearly, it was invincible. He'd hit it with somestrong hits but nothing. All that was left was The Rain Dance.

He decided to try inside but he didnt want to enter through the mouth though. That could be a death sentence. He decided the best spot to try was the ear. As he made his way there, he slipped off the side, just barely grabbing the flying beast's earlobe. It was trying to shake him off but Shai wouldnt have it. Reaching for his umbrella blade, he invoked Reflect once more in combination with the Burst Strike and fired it into its ear.

"KAAAAAAAAURRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!!!!!!!!"

"YOSH! IKZO!!!"

Burst after burst volleyed into the monster's ear. As he climbed back up onto the beast, it began to fall.

"Time for Heaven's Rain Dance."

Making the name up on the spot, he aimed his Bloody Valentine to the sky and began his magestic movements, cutting at the dense clouds overhead, until finally he cut extended Bloody Valentine towards the sky and switched to piercing strike mode, then back to rain-maker mode, creating a rift between the clouds of the sky and negatively charging them. At that moment, a rumbling could be heard from heaven and random streams of lightning showered down on the beast and anything in its vecenity. Shai raised his umbrella sword over his head as a direct strike pierced the body of the bird. He stepped over the side of the falling titan and covered himself from the downpour of blood from the beast now above him.

"... and that's why they call me the Rain Man"

As his feet touched the ground, he was wisped away.

"To the one who stops the unstoppable, I give one request of myself. Ask anything..."

"OK...."

Back in the land of the living, The orb inside Jordie's backpack began to rumble. Soon it shot out of her pack and vanished as Shai's form appeared before the group.

"Huh? I'm back?" Shai said almost bewildered at the speed of the transmission.

 

"WHOA!!!" She looked at him "Well hello!!" She sighed
"You scared me..next time warn me" She said

 

"But wait....I thought I was...ah well."
He looked around.
"Hey, how long was I gone?"
He looked at the group.
"Well, nevermind. Anyways, I foundout what that black substance was. Anyone care to know?"

 

"Yeah ummm...i guess?" Jordie looked at him
He got back quick
"Your back quick" She said to him
"I dunno how we are going to get out of here" She sighed
