it is really bad, i have no skills in this stuff but you need no skill to tell its bad, one, looks like all you did was use the text tool, burn the image and used the paint tool, i advise you to get gimp or another thing, and a tutorial can REALLY benefit you

 

Like I said, it was a preview. When the new one with the added affects gets done, I'll add it to the first post. I wasn't done yet adding all the affects, and was wondering if anybody could suggest any here. My adding of text skills, aren't that great, I'll admit. I'm looking into some tutorials.

text is horrible.
Not liking what you did to the image either, and the background needs work.

Like reptar said get gimp or photoshop and read a tutorial.

Before anything, take whatever filter you have off of Joker. It looks damn ugly.

 

whatever you did to the picture of the joker you should undo it.
Lighten up the sig too, it's rather dark (unless that's what you're trying to do).

Yes. Also, there's an inconsistency of some sort on the top left corner. Fix it.
