Yeah, and at one point I had accepted with every faction. You can also side with Mr House, but the things he asks you to do are pretty bad, and I'd rather do things myself. If you go the the mountains in the northwest, there's a cave with a powerhouse of a melee weapon called Pushy, pretty much one shots everything, and my strength was at 5 and melee skill was at 17. There are so many amazing weapons in this game, like the unique gauss rifle, does like 298 damage or something like that. It's too bad I hate energy weapons. Oh, and I ****ing hate deathclaws.

 

I actually never even considered siding with Mr House, from the first time I talked to him I just didn't like him. Even if I do use his suite as my clubhouse lol. Just following orders is never fun, you want to be the top dog. Thanks for the info, I'll have to go up there and get that weapon then, meleeing is just too much fun in this game. I honestly don't like energy weapons either, though I can cope with lasers if I have to, but I absolutely despise plasma weapons. I usually use rockets for long distance honestly, they're so lovely. I think I've been very lucky in my games, I've yet to encounter any deathclaws yet in New Vegas and I only encountered them twice in Fallout 3. Suffice to say it did not go well either time.

if you go up I-15, from goodsprings up to new vegas, you run into like 20 of them.

Oh, and pushy zaps people, which is wicked fun. I think it's called a difibulator, one of those thing you shock people when they are unresponsive. You know what I'm talking about.

 

That was actually more like what I expected when I first went into The Lucky 38, and I kept imagining House was saying everything while he talked. I must say it was surreal.

Good thing I decided to go the long was around all of Mojave then. Maybe I'll go back to get some exp from them later.
