Old Disney vs new Disney

Okay which do you prefer old Disney films where they used classical music and songs with deep(or semi) meaning like The little mermaid or Bambi.

OR

New Disney films where the music sounds a little too pop like, name which ever new Disney film you've seen.

So which do you like Old or New, for me I like the old one better then the new ones.

 

I would rather have old disney movies because the new disneys movies just dont have that 'disney magic' their too modern

Notice how KH never came anywhere close to new Disney, save for PoC? And Pirates are awesome. See a trend? Even SE dislikes new Disney.

Oh, the old ones for certain. They had so many more levels to them then you realise when you're five and looking at the pretty princesses and they're handsome princes. I know I find the pre-70s-80s films better then the ones after, although Disney did pick up again during the 90s for a breif while.

But deffinatly the newer films have lacked "Disney Magic" and they seem to be running low on stories to animate. But since CGI animation came in with Pixar Disney seems to of decided to stop doing good, original movies and are settling on showing off what their computers can do.

 

I really hate the new ones... The 3D movies just don't have the magic

 

I was born and bread with the old disney so i'm biased for the oldies like the Jungle Book, Oliver and Company. Lion King and Aladdin.

But Disney is changing with the times with the more computerized generation, it was only natural for them to leap into CGI. And no matter what you say, Toy Story and the Incredibles are classic.

Actually, I thought it was pretty good. :X

Plus, the new Disney folks butcher any series they can get their hands on by making awful sequels..

Cinderella, Mulan, Toy Story, 101 Dalmatians.. all cut down and destroyed.

Never heard of it.

 

The old Disney Movies of course.

Like Bambi, Beauty and the Beast, and Sleeping Beauty.

The new films aren't animated such as High School Musical which sux.

 

It's Wall-E I've heard of it, but I'll have to watch it to see if it's saving the Disney magic

 

Old Disney. D: It had much more thought and..care in it, while nowadays they just throw in a bunch of pretty people and pop songs to keep the pre-teens happy.

 

Can you even compare the two?
