Okay so I finally bought Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3

Not really a fan of fighting games, never have been, only like Mortal Kombat and Tekken, the rest are too awkward controls, yeah I admit I suck at Street Fighter and Blazblue but I put that down to really finnicky controls.

 

Btw, that is actually my PSN username, so yeah.
Just PS3 is silly when you can't even talk to other people who aren't in the same game. That's not good man! : (
This is why everyone should use skype for everything, better quality and cheaper.

And like Vivi, i'm not much into fighting games, they kinda bore me a little. Being 2D in gameplay is just so restrictive, it's annoying.

 

What about 3D sorta fighting games? This one's an old one, but a fcking amazing one at that ^_^

I'm actually the exact opposite
The only 3D fighting game I like is Virtuia Fighter other then that I prefer 2D as there tends to be more freedom in terms of movement and combos(ie movement in Marvel VS Capcom is nothing like movement is King of Fighters)

 

Ooh, I sense a huge three-hour party in an eight person lobby coming on.

Me, Deadpool, Cass, Fork, Libre, Haya, PaW and Jube.

This'll be a riot. Also, we can all just have a Skype chat going if there are people without mics. Either way, I'm looking forward to actually having a spectator mode~

 

If that actually happens, I might consider buying the game just so we can do that.
I'd also love a big game of Assassin's Creed with you all, but damn it you guys , no one seems to want to play it anymore.

Still, I don't know if my parents would be all for me getting it. They barely allowed Mass Effect 2 and I think they need a bit of time before we move onto stuff like Ass Creed and GTA.

Also, I'm getting UMvC3 for sure today (mom decided that we just have to go to Target today) so I might be able to get like half an hour of play in. Add Cat10013 if you don't have me already (because I can't add anyone right now).

Hm. I've been contemplating over UMvC3 for a while now. Not really sure if it's worth it, especially since I have the original version.
Although, just the addition of Phoenix Wright makes it ever so tempting to get it.

Not that I can really play the game, considering Cat enjoys spamming cheap combos on me.
