People have been connecting it to Rain. It looked like a new inFAMOUS game to me. But it would seem more likely to be the new game they trademarked: "Until Dawn."
I remember seeing this awhile ago. But yeah all they know is that the gif is from an unreleased Sony game and that it now could "possibly" be the first glimpses of the "Rain" title. Pretty sure nothing solid is known about it yet.
