Oh hey there

Oh...my hopes n' dreams have been crushed. T_T

 

It was a quiet afternoon. Thick, gray clouds loomed over the darkened sky that enveloped the small land known as "KHV". It was bound to rain.

It did. However, it was not just some petty water, this rain was white. A milky white. And suddenly, out of nowhere, a beam of rainbow had appeared. It was streaked with yellows, greens, red, oranges, and every colour of light the people had known.

And out of this miraculous light came four men, clad in shining metal armour while riding gleaming white horses. They carried large swords that glinted in the light on their back. Even with this hopeful setting, their true intentions were quite clear.

"FOR PEACE!" they shouted in unison, as they stampeded onward toward the small gray house hidden behind the streets. Quickly storming it, they began to light their swords with a strange blue fire, immediately setting the tips alight. Launching the now-burning swords like javelins at the house, it was only a few seconds before the small adobe erupted into an explosion of flames. Turning back towards the rainbow, they continued onward into the light, where they disappeared in a bright jumble of colour.

A young man stumbled upon the fiery wreck. He fell to his knees, sobbing.

"No."

Realizing what the men had done, he held his head high, as he said, with tears in his eyes.

"THEY DESTROYED IT! THEY DESTROYED MY HOME! I SHALL GET REVENGE!"

The man pounded his fist into the air, determined to defeat the four men once and for all.
