Teliana gave a shaky laugh, clenching the vampire's dagger tightly in her hand. "Nor what I was expecting when I rolled out of bed this morning." she returned, looking down at the ground. Only, that reminded her of what had just transpired, and so she looked at her clothing, most of which was ruined, before glancing at the growing crowd.

"Could we maybe go someplace more private? I still need to mix up the potion for you, and I'd rather not do it dressed like....this." She gestured at herself, stowing the dagger in her satchel as she did so. "Thank you." she added in a quieter tone as she got to her feet. It was a humbling moment, the second one for that day. If this kept up she would begin to think she was somewhat of a worthless mage after all. She glanced at
Zach once, before looking away. "So...your place? Or mine?"

"Yes your greatness." Annabelle responded with the expected response. But it wasn't going to be fun at all. She didn't like the idea of more training, she just wanted to sleep. She wanted to get clothes, be warm, and sleep, was that really too much to ask for? It seemed like it with Yana as her teacher. Annabelle scurried to follow behind Yana through the portal, only to find them outside the cave. Was that really the best use of the portals? She couldn't use them herself but she was sure she would use it to travel further when she eventually was able to use them as most mages were able to. Annabelle just hoped that Yana would make her to potion soon so she wouldn't be as sick.

"Oh, sir! Sorry sir! I didn't know this was a problem sir. I didn't think the library was fully out of bounds and this was just a cool corner I found. We haven't touched any of the books sir, I swear." Aaron went on trying to apologize, forgetting about the fact he was not wearing a shirt once more. Probably not the most presentable he could be. "This was all my fault sir, I take full responsibility." Aaron then told the man, hoping not to get Olivia in trouble because of his mistake. Aaron then started to make his way back to the front entrance signalling Olivia to follow. Aaron had a feeling that this was not the end. He was not off the hook yet. He just hoped it wouldn't take too long before he could get back on the road. He needed to make money and more importantly make it back to Tatiana. He wondered what she would think of him now that he was all grown up. He had to have been twelve when he left, and now nineteen he had grown quite a bit.He imagined Tatiana had too, but he didn't dwell on that too much. He preferred to think of the sweet fifteen year old from hen she hadn't started work at a brothel.

Though Seth was in pain a smirk appeared across his face. "You must be Michael. I also heard they can fight better then any other angel." Seth added a wink at the end. She was asking for it after all but he wouldn't say that to her face. Who just walked up to a stranger and wraps their arms around him without asking for something. He was just giving her what she seems to be asking for. Seth was just giving her what she wanted, and who didn't want him after all? He was smooth and did he mention good in bed. After all that whore from before could attest to that. That was before he hurt her that was.

Seth let out a big sigh as Bryce called him away. He wanted to stay and talk with Tessa longer but he was trying so hard to get into Bryce's good books after all the danger he just put them all in, that he reluctantly followed.
"Hey I will see you later, right? I would love to get to know you a little better." Seth said to Tessa, tipping his hat before turning to follow behind Bryce.

Without further comment, Evander walked past Veera into the back room. It wasn't a large room, so it wasn't hard to spot the bed to the side and the slim figure huddled in it. Evander crossed over to Tatiana, and laid a hand gently on her shoulder.
"Hello young lady," he said to her kindly. "My name is Evander. I heard you were in pain, so I came to help you." He tugged at the sheets slightly, indicating that he wanted them removed.
"This might be a bit embarrassing for you," he explained to her, "but please cooperate for now. I want to take a look at your wounds and do what I can to heal them. I hear the Witcher already did what she could, but well, Witchers have their own way of dealing with injuries," he grinned.
He once again tugged at the sheets.
    "May I?"

The answer that he was given only served to bring about even more questions, but Kruez choose to withhold those for the time being. "Not sure what this threat is, but sure I'll help." Not like he had anything else to do nor any real reason to decline her offer. It was getting boring traveling from place to place trying to make some money off his alchemy. Evander paid Veera no mind as he ventured off into the back room. Well at least now he knew why he'd broken into the house into the first place. Plus he was curious about the other girl that was here, so he walked into the house and towards the back room Evander had gone to. That was where he saw the old man tugging at the sheets. "First you break into a house, now you're tugging the sheets off some lying in bed. You're not good at first impressions are you?"

Aaron said he was 19. So he was not that much younger then him. She could not see what was interesting about a library. Aaron enjoyed it and there was not anything she could say about it. Sure books were good and fun, but as a Witcher you had to read enough as it was. There must be something good if Aaron like this area so much. She followed Aaron through rows of book cases and around various corners, heading into deeper and darker area's of the library. Finally coming out at a back wall after going through a labyrinth of books. The back wall was covered in tapestry. Above it was a stain glass window casting a colourful glow on old intricately designed books. "You love art?" Then Aaron went on about going here to get away from things. "Sometimes you can not find peace and get away you just have to find somewhere no one goes." That was when they were rudely interrupted by some random old man. The man asked what they were doing there and something about rules. She almost laughed out loud. This man clearly needed his eyes checked. All they were doing was walking and talking and there was not rule about that. They were not being loud enough to be bothering anyone. She turned to Aaron and watched him fumble his words. Why was he just letting this old man get to him? She walked over to Aaron sanding by his side. Aaron answered this old man so there was no reason to be say anything. The rules were posted and the only one was about talking to loud. She was not going to answer some old rude guy questions she did not care who he was. He did not have a right to do what he did. This could have been handled a different way. Talk about rude he was loud enough to bother people working. This was a library not a football game. There was place for that sort of thing and this old man should know better. There was something she could do, being a higher rank Witcher the Aaron was she could get away with more. "Aaron is still learning like all new Witchers do. I told him to take me here and he had nothing to do with it. I forced my way in and Aaron had nothing to do with it." Maybe the old man would learn from this experience and be better for it she did not thing this would happen. "Lets go Aaron." She stood by his side ready to go.

Solomon materialised suddenly. Now let's see, where was he? Looking around he appeared to be in some kind of library "I may have got my co-ordinates wrong, ah, hello there" there were several people around, this was problematic. A boy and a girl, also some old guy who looked like he was in charge. "Sorry about this, just dropping in, heh, dropping in, I'm hilarious, anyway just passing through, you wouldn't happen to know where we are would you? I'm not very good at geography" He hoped he wasn't going to run into another ridiculous situation, just after he got away from the self-righteous vampire...

"We...shouldn't leave her alone with him." Is what Zack tried to say. Instead it came out as "We shood lave he alune," before the rest turned to gibberish. It seemed the amount of alcohol he had consumed had finally caught up with him. His eyes struggled to stay open, and his mouth drooped a little as he drooled on the corner of Bryce's shirt. Some part of him knew he wouldn't remember any of this, but he couldn't help but feel a little ashamed that he had gotten to this state. No matter how bad things got, he shouldn't just give in to the darkness. But he did, every single time. How much longer before a witcher finished what they started, or he let slip what he was? And these were the lasts thoughts in poor Zack's mind as he passed out.

"For all the bleeding gods..." Bryce sighed as first Zack made a poor attempt to speak, before openly drooling on his shirt. "That's very kind of you." He told the nearly unconscious doppler, almost the second said doppler nearly hit the ground. "Gods damn all the f*cking barrels of bleeding and twiced f*cked alcohol you decided to drink." He swore impressively, before determinedly wrapping an arm around Zack and hoisting him up. This forced him to sheath his sword, but since Seth had decided to stick with him, he was going to have to be the bodyguard. "Watch my back." He told the other doppler gruffly before swinging around the corner. Once out of sight of the townspeople, he stepped to a nearly hidden door, painted the same color as the wall, and rapped on it in a special rhythm, grunting as Zack nearly slipped from his grasp.

The door was swung open, the person who watched it standing behind the wooden barrier to keep themselves from being revealed. Bryce thanked them quietly before continuing on, towards the sewer hole that led to their underground city, their Sanctuary. This too was guarded by an undercover doppler, who turned away as Bryce kicked open the metal covering, grimacing at the newly created pain in his foot. He was half tempted to throw Zack down, but that wouldn't end well. "Hey." He turned to
Seth. "Can you hold him until I get down there, and then toss him to me? They," he indicated the two dopplers, "can't leave their post." He should know, he gave the orders himself.

    Veceslav Furst, Kaer Morhen

Didn't know? He thought he could get away with saying he didn't know!? That was even more unacceptable. "
Didn't know? That excuse may have worked in the Oxenfurt Academy but not in Kaer Morhen. Those rules were hammered into you and you just forgot? I find that hard to believe." Veceslav said "These are the firs things you're taught and you tell me you just forgot these important rules? Need I remind you of the possible consequences of breaking these rules?" Then the girl had to speak up "Stay out of this peasant, an ordinary human breaking in here without the help of a mage is just utter bullocks, so stay quiet, I'll deal with you shortly." He turned back to Aaron "Tomorrow morning as the sun rises you are going over the Gauntlet atleast ten times and you'll do it within the time limit. Furthermore you'll give me a written explanation of the possible consequences of breaking these rules of atleast three thousand words and I'll test you on the rules once more to see if you won't forget them again. You ain't leaving till you know them and understand them fully. Which could mean for you that you'll have to stay here for the entirety of winter, due to the mountain pass being snowed under and not traversible." He said then turning his attention back to Olivia "As for you, peasant-" He was cut off by Solomon appearing, his medallion vibrated, telling him it was a mage, then again it was rather clear it was one by him teleporting in here in the first place. "Yeah quite the funny man you are, you're in Kaer Morhen. Sorry this ain't a hotel we don't have any rooms, but since you're passing through that won't be a problem." He said to the mage.

Tatiana lifted her eyes to look at the scruffy, older man that was talking to her. He must have been the person she heard enter the house. He introduced himself then asked to look at her wounds. That would require her to remove the blankets however. This wasn't a problem because she was embarrassed, but because she was rather cold despite being covered in sweat. "I'm Tiana." She managed to introduce herself softly, but didn't feel like the effort of introducing her full name. She loosed her grip on her blanket, allowing it to slip off of her with his second tug, revealing her bloodied and cut up body that was underneath of it. She looked up at the man, a glaze covering her eyes from the fever. The man seemed familiar, but she couldn't tell right away, not with colours now gone, everything black and white, and the fever fogging her mind. It was hard to figure things out.

Tatiana's eyes started to droop closed once again, when another voice brought her back, another man stood in her doorway, she didn't recognize this one at all.
"Are you here to help me too?" Tatiana asked as she rubbed her face, groaning at the pain in her arms still from some of the wounds. "I can't... pay..." She managed to groan before laying her bed back and resting her eyes for a moment, doing her best to not actually fall asleep yet, but it was becoming hard to keep them open anymore.

Seth couldn't help but let out a chuckle at Zacks drunken words followed by him drooling on Bryce. Yeah this was definitely worth following them instead of staying with that angel of a girl. Drunken Zack seemed to be funny but mores so pissed off Bryce at drunken Zack. Though no entertainment came without a price. He had to so called, watch Bryces back. "Yeah yeah I got it." Seth said with a wave of his hand. It didn't seem like he cared too much, but he did keep a hand on his dagger just in case as he followed behind Bryce.

Seth paid no mind to the knock or guards as they got let in, the only thing he really did pay mind to was when he had to hold Zack.
"Fine. I can do that. Just as long as he doesn't puke on me. I still got a beauty out there to impress." Seth stated as he took Zack. When Bryce lowered himself in, Seth hoisted Zack down and then followed down when Bryce was ready for him to do so. "What now boss?" Seth asked in a rather sarcastic tone.

Aaron rubbed the back of his neck while he was being yelled at. Well he was in more trouble than he thought he would be in, more so however this would delay him on getting money and getting home. Well that was not a good thing. Running the gauntlet would take him a good portion of the day. Then there was that paper. He doubted he could get it complete to Veceslav's standard in one day after running to course. So that was at least two days, then the test. Hopefully he could get that on his first try. If he could get out of their in two days before it snowed that would be ideal. He had to get home at some point. And more than that he couldn't ask his sister to pay for another winter here for him. "Yes sir..." Aaron responded before he turned to Olivia. "I should lead you out. Unless this mage wants to do that. I don't understand why he is here, but you could ask." Aaron suggested before turning around and lowering his voice, despite knowing that Veceslav could still hear. "Don't try to take the blame Olivia. It won't help and you don't want to get yourself in more trouble. I can handle it. Just get out of here. It was a mistake bringing you here, you aren't allowed to be here." Aaron told her before starting to walk off. "I don't suppose you save my room for me did you? I mean I have only been gone a single day."

Derrick stretched his arms out and yawned. He had slept in late again, which he largely attested to his late arrival back at Kaer Morhen. Last night he had been finishing an annoying job of clearing up a small nest of Necrophages that had cropped up on the site of a recent skirmish. it seemed that the Nilgaardians were still meeting resistance throughout Velen. The majority of the casualties from what he could tell were of course, not the Black Ones, but the fools fighting them. Supposedly the so called 'Bloody Baron' at Crow's Perch was behind that sorry lot, but he had no interest in it. His interest in worldly politics died with Henselt and Kaedwen. He didn't begrudge the killers, it simply didn't matter to him any more who won or lost. After all, his country was gone and there was no sign of it coming back. He wasn't inclined to trust Radovid's claims of re-establishing the borders after the Nilfgaardians were dealt with. Putting on his armour and strapping his swords to their customary position on his back, he almost as an afterthought brought his crossbow with him and made his way downstairs. Kaer Morhen was old and it needed a bit of work done. Apparently it used to be nicer. He could imagine it being quite grand in its prime, but that certainly wasn't today. Old Veceslav downstairs had recounted the time that a horde of peasants stormed the Kaer. It made a grim tale and quite effectively explained the mess.

Interestingly, as he thought of the old man's story, it was his voice that he heard echoing in the halls. He wondered which poor sod it was this time. Sure enough, his suspicions were confirmed in that he was grilling a certain individual. More disconcertingly, there were a few clear non-Witchers here too whose presence confused him. One of them, quite obviously, seemed to be some kind of sorcerer, judging by the Medallion's vibrations.

"Looks like we've got visitors to the Kaer huh?" Derrick spoke generally as he walked in. Looking at Vec's face, they weren't meant to be here either. He raised an eyebrow and his voice took an almost mocking tone. "... And unwelcome. My, my, my. Well then. Ve- I mean sir, would you like me to escort our surprise guests out?" He hastily caught his slip of the tongue. He was not in a position to be so casual with Veceslav. As it happened, 'Sir' was fewer syllables than his whole name which was a plus but it felt so impersonal. Admittedly, Vec had never seemed the personal type to him.

He stepped though the portal. The portal closing behind him. He looked around. What happened? The building was gone. There in front of him was trees that grew ever which way. The grass looked like it has not been cut in years. The stone path was gone. What was left of the building way small and various vine and moss grew over the destroyed building. If he did not know better he would say that a war had happened. That was impossible. The mages were to powerful to be taken down so easily. So something big must have happened. Before he was sent of to look in the cave there had been talks about the rise of dark mages. The mages were worried, but it was nothing they could not handle. Right before he left they were going to set up a way to tack any mage so that if mage went down the wrong path they could easily find them. He was not sure it they started that up, but there was one way to find out. He walked around the destroyed building to find any clues. There what look be fire here at some point. The fire could have come from a mage or anybody else. He was not able to find anything right away. He continued to walk around. Something had happened to the magic council, but what. He continued to walk finding a cave near by. He must have found was use to be the basement of the magic council building. It looked like a bomb had gone off. Anyone that knew about this place would have a hard time finding it, if they wee walking to it. He was sure that only mages knew where the magic council was located. He continued to walk. If there was more mages like Yana then he would have to find more mages. It looked like people have not been here a look time. Teriana, while nice did not seem to be interested in the code of mages. He then came up to a large metal thing in the center. It was filled with some sort of liquid. There was various stones around it. The thing its self glowed from the sky above. He walked over to it. It was time to find some mages.

Veera would have liked to bang her head against the nearest wall, slowly and surely, but instead she left and walked towards the back of the house, flipping her sword to and fro. She had promised to protect the girl, but she had no desire to see her naked, and if she was just going to expose herself, Veera didn't want to stick around for what happened next. It would also be more then a few minutes before the men were able to collect their attention. She gave a derisive sigh, taking in the broken down door. Regardless of how they got there, she could think of a certain someone who was going to have some very stern words for her decision. Despite her age in human years, she was still relatively young. Monsters she could handle, but humans....humans were sometimes scarier to try and deal with then a mother griffin. "Right. Get Tatiana to Kaer Morhen. Get me to Kaer Morhen. Get Veceslav on board. Kill the dopplers." She recited the scenario to herself over and over, grasping her medallion with her free hand. It offered her little comfort.

Bryce grimaced at Seth's lack of respect, but shrugged it off. Since when did Seth respect anyone? "And now we continue onward." Bryce slung Zack over his shoulder once more with a sigh, and continued on down the dark, and slightly rank tunnel. "Seth, you put more then yourself at risk when you antagonize the witchers. You put families in danger. Women, and children. You put Tessa at risk." He used the girl's name, unsure of how else to try and make Seth care. "Do you think, despite what she pulled, that she could stand up to a witcher? I'm trying to keep us safe, here. But I need to know, who is going to look for you?"

"Bloody 'ell Gordon!" Dave Buttle exclaimed, slamming his fist down on the table. The bowls rattled and Bertha shrunk back in surprise. His son looked ashamed and cast his eyes down at the table. "Why dint ye tell us that Matilda was tarrying with one of the ploughin' Black Ones?" He exhaled deeply, rubbing his eyes. He set his elbows on the table and held his face in his hands.
"Am sorry da'." Gordon apologised. He seemed to shrink in the tense air of the house. It wasn't an overly impressive house, truth be told. It was one large room with a fireplace and table in the middle and four beds, two on each side of the rectangular house. Then there were cupboards for clothes and personal items between the beds, or on either side in the case of Dave and Bertha's double bed.
"So, when'd ye last see 'er?" Bertha asked, picking up where her husband had left off. Gordon turned to look at her.
"T'were nay a coupl'a hours ago." Gordon answered. "I seen her walkin' off with one of 'em t'wards Siegaard I think." He looked sheepish, and there was something else clearly on his tongue, but something was holding him back from saying it. Dave looked up, his eyes wide with worry.
"What's it? Come on, out with it." Dave said weakly. Gordan shifted nervously in his seat and wrung his hands together before answering.
"I think they was off to be married da'."
"By the bloody spheres boy!" Dave howled. "Why'd ye not say sooner?"
"She didn'a want me to say nothin'."
"Look Dave, what's done is done. All 'e did was try ta be a good brother. She'll come back to tell us I'm sure."
"I 'ope so. It'd be a cruel thing not to see her, or meet the bloke she's gone off with. S'pose e's gonna be me son now."
"Come on Dave, it'll sort itself out. I've done some silly things in me youth I did."
"I guess. Come on Gordon. Let's finish the porridge and get working. Farms don't bloody farm themselves do they?" The rest of the meal continued in awkward silence. Gordon and Dave got up and headed out to begin the day's work while Bertha grabbed the bowls and stuck them in a basket and headed towards the river.

In the meantime in Pontarsfork, life went on. Bowen set out on his morning hunt, The sounds of ringing metal echoed from Wilfred's forge and the Gilberts opened the tavern.

"First you break into a house, now you're tugging the sheets off some lying in bed. You're not good at first impressions are you?"

Evander groaned inwardly and looked over at the man standing in the doorway. The words annoyed him because, to be completely honest with himself, they were true. He knew that he was acting like a real creep right now, despite nothing being further from his intentions, but he didn't feel like he could help it right now. He would apologize later on.
He answered the man. “Look, I didn't come here to make friends, okay? I know I'm just a fucking drunk old man, but I heard someone being hurt, and I reacted in what seemed like the most efficient manner at the time, if not the best. Now stay quiet for a moment while I heal this girl up, and then I'll disappear from all three of you.”

He resolutely turned back to Tatiana, taking in a sharp breath in response to what he now saw. While he had been talking the girl had dropped her blanket, revealing her torn-up body beneath. It sickened him. Forcing himself to stay calm for the moment, he examined the wounds and made a note of their locations. Then he returned his eyes to Tatiana's and smiled encouragingly. “It looks like the worst of it is over, but I'm sure you feel like shit. The side effects of that poison Witcher's call medicine,” he told her, nodding towards the room where Veera was.
“Now, I'm going to focus on you for a moment and identify any internal wounds or scarring you may have. The Witcher's potion will have healed them, no doubt, but their medicine leaves scars and complications behind. Mage's healing does not,” he explained. He paused, not really knowing if anything he was saying was registering. She was barely half-conscious, if even that, but he had to say something...
“I'll also be able to remove the side-effects of the Swallow. You'll have a clearer mind after that,” he continued somewhat halfheartedly. She really wasn't taking any of this in, he feared.
Without further ado, Evander placed three of his fingers on her forehead, and the palm of his other hand on the small of her back. He found that it made it easier for him to deal with the patient, although from a theoretical standpoint physical contact was completely unnecessary. What mattered was that the mage was focused on the target.
“This might tingle,” he told her, before closing his eyes.

To the casual observer, it would have seemed that absolutely nothing was happening, and that Evander was probably a drunken loony. Not entirely wide of the mark, but a little unfair. To Evander however, it was truly and out-of-body experience. He became completely aware of Tatiana's body; the shaky, shallow breaths, the individual hairs on her arm, the slight beginnings of a wrinkle brought on by stress to a face too young for it, the blood pumping through her veins, the ugly ridges of the scars the blade had left in her flesh. At this point in time Evander was more aware of this other persons body than most people were aware of their own. This also came with the risk that he would completely lose any awareness of his own body, thus becoming severed from it and being doomed to roam the world as a powerless, undying spirit. Or he could just forget to breath. That had also been known to happen.
Once he had established this level of awareness, he could use his magic without fear of damaging her further. A warm energy pulsed from his fingers down, through her body, and out of her back into the palm of his hand. It was important that he removed the magical energy; if too much was left behind, it could drive the patient insane.

Evander opened his eyes and removed his hands. Tatiana would feel much better and clearheaded now. Probably still tired, but that would be from the stress the days events had inflicted on her. He lifted the blanket and wrapped it around her now smooth body, before standing up.

“I remember you now, Tatiana,” he smiled sadly. “Under very different circumstances, of course, and perhaps you don't remember me at all. It doesn't really matter.”
He nodded once more and began to leave the room. “One more thing. That doppler, the one who did this to you,” he added over his shoulder. “If you ever see him again, and I'm anywhere nearby, point him out to me. I'll kill him.” He said this calmly as he sauntered out past Kruez in the doorway, but something cold glinted in his eyes.
Stopping in the next room, Evander looked over at Veera.
“Please don't give her any more of your Witcher medicine,” he told her. “It's not good for humans. You should really refine that stuff. Anyway, you said something about portals and shit. I'm not really interested in what you're planning, but if you're taking Tatiana with you to keep her safe, then I suppose I can help you for a little while. Where do you want to go?”

    Olivia's pov:

She watched some mage open a portal. This old man was staring to get on her nerves he needed to be taught some manners. He was by far the rudest person she had come across. 'Stay out of this peasant, an ordinary human breaking in here without the help of a mage is just utter bullocks, so stay quiet, I'll deal with you shortly.' There was no ordinary human here. "Excuse me, how dare you talk to me like that." She folded her arms over her chest. This man did not have a right to treat her like this. This man needed a check he did not know who he was talking to clearly. Perhaps it was simply that the man did not recognize her after all it been years sense she had been back to Kaer Morhen. The old man then give Aaron some sort of punishment. That was when the medallion on the old man moved. That did not make any sense. It only could find monsters. This old man was a Witcher or a old man that stole a Medallion off a Witcher. A Witcher would never let that happen so he was a Witcher. He was not a very good one, but a Witcher never less. Aaron was becoming nervous. She could tell just by looking at him. Aaron then accepted that punishment. What was he doing? Once a Witcher accepted any punishment it was law. She then turned to Aaron. "That will not be necessary." She knew how much seeing his sister had met to him. What was with the old man? He was a Witcher, but from where? She had not be to the training hall in years. People change over the years and she felt like she should know the man. Who was he? vverlk no something with a 'V' she was sure of it. The man looked like he was a 'V' person. She was sure that she had seen him around before. Where was her teacher? Her teacher should be around here somewhere. A man then came into the room. She then thought about the man. He looked like she had met the man before, trying to place the mans name. "Derrick is that you?" It must have been years sense she had seen the man.

Vyle watched as the events played out. He clenched his fists as he saw the necromancer summon the dead and terrify that woman. Slipping through the shadows he followed Solomon until he opened a portal and popped through. The mage was going to Kaer Morhen, that was good to know. Returning to the woman he noticed she had been saved by a man, good. She should have realised now that she should have listened to him, perhaps she could be a potential ally? Nevertheless for now he must remain hidden...

Meanwhile Solomon was beginning to feel unwanted, but luckily he was exactly where he meant to be, Kaer Morhen. There seemed to be some conflict going on, good that was just a distraction then "Thank you kindly for the help, I'll be going then, clearly I was supposed to be in White Orchard. This happens all the time" and with that he began to walk away. Kaer Morhen. Perfect. He skipped his way out of the library and began to wander among the castle, generally heading out. He didn't have a plan, but ideas for mischief and suffering were beginning to form in his mind. Opening a portal he teleported out of the castle into the nearby forest. He stopped in a shaded area and took out a locket. Opening it he sighed and stared at the picture "My love, they will suffer as you did, as we did. The whole world will suffer..." Sobbing laughter emanated from beneath his mask, suddenly he put away the locket and skipped away merrily.

Tatiana was on the verge of unconsciousness when Evander started his healing. She heard his words but didn't quite comprehend them. She couldn't quite decipher what he was saying, the words went through one ear and out the other, a moan was her only response. Her head rolled to the side as she felt a tingle go through her body. Tatiana couldn't comprehend what was going on until after it was all over. Throughout the process Tatiana went completely numb in physical feeling and in mind. It wasn't entirely from the magic either but the flu combined with other side effects from the witcher potion, it blurred her mind too much.

When it was all over Tatiana slowly opened her eyes, feeling better then before, and in less pain. She still couldn't think clearly but she could think better than before, things became slightly less confusing. Her vision wasn't completely fixed but at least her mind could comprehend what was happening and adjust for the effects the potion had on her sight. She looked at the man who had just helped her as he spoke.
"I remember you too..." Tatiana replied. "I couldn't forget, you were always so sad looking. You weren't there for the same fun as others. You were... I don't know. Running perhaps?" Tatiana said softly as she brought the blanket in closer to curl up in it's warmth. "Thank you... most wouldn't think I am worth saving, but you and Veera... I can't pay. I am sorry." Tatiana said as she closed her eyes. This time she was afraid if she did that, that she would not wake back up.

Evander left the room, Veera never entered, that just left one man that she did not know. He had come to her door way right before she was healed.
"I suppose you haven't seen that much of a woman before, have you?" Tatiana asked with a weak chuckle. She was tired. She was very tired but there were people over and she couldn't just sleep. Besides if she did she feared they would be filled with nightmares. "Tatiana, is my name. Thank you for coming." She told him as she closed her eyes once more. She could feel sleep tugging at the back of her mind. How much longer could she stay awake? She would try.

"It is not like I planned for the witcher to be there, it was just a little added fun. I usually just antagonize those poor local guards that are completely useless." Seth said as he yawned. "The witcher that may chase me has a few wicked scars across her face. She looks to be in about her twenties and doesn't look that scary if you ask me. Though I don't know how scary she actually is cause I preoccupied her with threats and then gave her something to do to distract her from me, so she may never find me." Seth explained, still not saying what that thing was.

Seth let out a sigh as Bryce mentioned the people he was putting in danger, including Tessa, who he could only assume was who he now liked to refer to as Michael.
"I will tell you what. If she finds me while I am here, I will willingly give myself over to her. I mean I won't risk their lives. At least they have someone to care for them, like Tessa and Zack have you. What does it matter if one lone doppler disappears from the world? It is getting boring anyways." Seth said as he shoved his hands in his pocket and continued following behind Bryce like nothing he said was a problem at all.

The man sat at the bar brooding over his drink. He was a mage, a powerful mage of some kind, his name really didn't matter. The barmaid returned and smiled at him flirtatiously
    "Another drink sir?"
    "Yep"
"Coming right up" the barmaid made him another beer and placed it in front of him. If the mage had been paying close attention he may have noticed a slight discolouring in the liquid, but he just wanted to drink and drink he did. Eventually the man began to feel slightly sick, putting it down to him being unable to hold his liquor he decided to leave the bar. Grumbling as he did he stepped out into the dimly lit streets of Oxenfurt. Night had fallen over the city, a few guards still patrolled but danger lurked in the darkness. If the mage had been observant he may have noticed a dark shape flitting through the shadows, and watching. Overconfident and certainly not frightened of the dark, the mage decided to take a shortcut through an alley around the back of the tavern. He got a few steps but had to stop to throw up his dinner. The dark shape in the shadows thought it a shame to waste expensive food, certainly the food was worth more than this mage's life. As the man's eyes adjusted to the darkness he saw a woman sitting by the wall of the tavern
"Hey, you... you alright?" he slurred, as he stumbled closer, she was sitting in a puddle and her face seemed pale. The mage leaned down and shook her, he hand came away wet. But... that puddle wasn't water. Horrifed the mage lurched back, he recognised this woman, she served him at the bar. Turning quickly he came face to face with the dark shape, a woman... no... the same woman... the mage stumbled away from the barmaid in front of him who was also dead behind him.
"Surprised?" the barmaid whispered as her face slowly shifted into someone completely different. The mage tried to summon fire but the poison in the alcohol was getting to him, he could barely stand. With one swift motion the dark shape who had formerly been disguised as a barmaid brought out a sword and slit the mage's throat, leaving his dead body next to the barmaid's.

Willow wasted no time staying around and quickly leaped into the shadows. Navigating a maze of alleys and tunnels she found her way down to Sanctuary. Stopping suddenly in a shaded crossroads by several other shadowy figures. Quickly looking around she began to speak, without facing the figures
"Yes, he's dead. Killing mages is so fun, they make the most hilarious faces" she chuckled slightly "You should have seen him, so shocked at being bested" a muffled voice came from the figure and he held out a pouch of coins "What's next then?" the figure gave her a piece of paper, Willow smiled "They're good as dead"

    Veceslav Furst, Kaer Morhen.

    "
We still have your room, you may have finished training, but that doesn't mean your room goes to someone else" Veceslav said to Aaron. It was then that Derrick came walking in, finally someone more reasonable. He didn't play nice with most of the new full-fledged witchers because they tended to do stupid **** and get themselves killed, like fighting a Leshen. Derrick had proven himself to do a good job at not getting himself killed, though his pranks with the Axii sign were getting quite old and extremely irritating. It was then the recently arrived mage spoke up "You should probably work on your portals then.." Veceslav told the stranger "You're clearly doing something wrong." He then turned to Olivia who demanded to know what gave him the right to talk like that. "Better question, do you have any idea who you're talking to?" This girl probably thought she was the reincarnation of George of Kagen, now that man deserved respect, but she had been a witcher for what? 5 years? He had seen plenty of witchers bite the dust just after their fifth year.He then turned to Derrick "Yes, particularly that guy." He said pointing at Solomon as he left the library. "After he's out, you're coming back here."

Derrick spotted a young lady talking to him, although it took him a couple of seconds for it to click as to who it was exactly. It was Olivia, someone he had not seen for some time. Presumably both of them had been busy so they hadn't encountered each other. He had almost forgotten that she existed up until when he saw her arrive earlier, possibly yesterday, It seemed that she was getting a bit of a grilling from Vec, just as planned. The old man needed to get better at spotting when he had been Axii'd.
"Yes Olivia, it's me. Fear not, for I have returned from my adventures. And with plenty more cash in hand." Derrick gave her one of his winning smiles and tapped his coin pouch which to be fair, did have a fair amount in. Not that it was his only one. Don't keep all your coin in one place. Harder to steal it all that way. He'd learned that off a pickpocket in Novigrad one time. Admittedly, he'd managed to catch the guy and he left the city dead via the river, but that was a whole other issue. Giving Olivia a quick appraisal, she'd matured a little since they'd last met and it had only been for the better. Many people would say his particular habits weren't necessarily right. He wouldn't disagree, but equally, he was sterile so there were no risks. Besides, Witchers had excellent resistances to diseases and such. He saw no problems. Not that he particularly considered such a thing with Olivia. She was too... Childish for his tastes. Girl needed to grow up a little. Those thoughts aside, he put a hand up. "Hang on, Vec's calling."
    "I'll catch up."
Derrick said, suddenly all business. Trusting his medallion and his instincts to guide the way, His enhanced eyes tracked the prints left by the light dirt covering the sorcerer's boots. It wasn't so hard to follow and he caught up, but remained behind him, just enough to be out of sight. Eventually, after he'd had a little wander around and did nothing harmful, the man teleported away. With the bizzare sorcerer gone, Derrick returned to the library and gave Veceslav a cheery wave. "G'day to you Ve- sir. How are things?"
