I can't access my bookmarks in the Internet browser for some reason. Every time I try to, the screen freezes for about ten seconds, and then the PSP shuts down with a weird 'zap!' kinda noise. I can turn it back on, use the internet fine, go to history, etc. but I just can't get into the bookmarks.
It's not a really huge problem, just really annoying as I use them a lot.
Anything I can do about it?
(btw, it's a PSP 300 iirc, and I've done one system update a couple months ago since I got it in October).

Hmm that is a weird problem. What is the current firmware that you're using though? Maybe you need to upgrade.

Says the system software is the Version 5.50.
I think it's offering an update, so I'm gonna try that out and see if it does anything...
    Thanks for the help!

EDIT: Updated to 6.20, still the same problem... <.<

Just a thought, but maybe they got corrupted somehow? You might have to format your memory card. If you have another one, try it.

Plug it into the computer and delete the bookmarks data. Just delete any folder titled CACHE, SYSTEM or anything similar. Don't delete SAV or GAME or VIDEO or PICTURE.

Mine did the same exact thing before I couldn't access my memory stick.
