Kayla jumped through the trees quickly, heading for the job HQ. She was excited to see what other jobs she could fulfill... She grinned as she came upon the huge building, but instead of entering through the front door, she jumped up onto the roof and went into the air shaft. She climbed through the air shaft until she found the right room... then she kicked off the air vent and jumped down into the room, landing in a crouching position on the floor. She giggled as she stood up. More complicated... but that's the fun way to enter a building... she thought and grinned, walking over to the bulliten board.

Exel entered the bulding and went to the bulletin board to see Kayla. Which way did you come in?He asked her and went over to the board to check on new things.

 

Kayla turned to him and grinned. "I came in through the air vents..." she said, giggling. "There's not a funner way to do it than that..."

Venture entered the building. Looking around to get a feel of things at first, he walked up to the bulletin board and acknowledged two other people standing next to him.

 

You just happen to take all the fun ways when I can't. He said to her and searched the board and noticed another person and left him be.

 

"You can if you want to!" she replied. "Although I thought you were still over by the bench..." She smiled and turned to the newcomer. "Hiya!" she said and waved.

"Hello." Venture began. "Tell me....Do you know what job will pay the most?" Venture said blankly while still looking at the board.

 

Exel nodded a bit and then signed up one job and turned to sit by the chairs.

 

OOC: Hey guys, I'm here... In spirit at least. I'm kind of out of it because I've been sleeping...because I feel sick...not that you needed to know, but I like to delude myself that you guys care...

BIC: Tera Roth looked over Venture's shoulder. "Well," he said, "every article we write for the newspaper nets us 100G for all, and 10G for every sold newspaper after that. Item Synthesis has no rewards, for the moment, but we get to keep the items we synthesize, and we can sell those for some money. Forging Weapons gives you 100G per 5 weapons... I'd suggest the Monster Hunt. I have an idea: We need one more article in the newspaper so we can sell them. Help me write it, and I'll join you on the Monster Hunt!"

He paused. "I'm Tera Roth, by the way."

".....Newspaper writing? Sorry. Not my kind of job. I'm going to try item synthesis. If I succeed, I might be willing to split the profit of the items I'll be selling." Venture mused as he scratched his chin.

Kayla jumped up and down. "Ohhh! I was going to do the monster hunt!" she exclamied and smiled. "This is gonna be fun!" she walked over to the board and signed herself up for the newspaper article and the monster hunt. She giggled and smiled cheerfully.

"All right," Tera Roth said, guiding Venture over to a stall. "Here are the necessary materials. If you've played KH1, you might know how to do synthesis. However, this is a little different. Here's a list of the items you can create:

Potion – Blaze Shard x1, Frost Shard x1, Thunder Shard x1
Add components to water and mix
Hi-Potion – Blaze Gem x1, Frost Gem x1, Thunder Gem x1
Add components to water and mix, then evaporate and allow to condense
Mega Potion – Blaze Gem x1, Frost Gem x1, Thunder Gem x1, Mythril Shard x2
Add components to water and mix
Ether – Blaze Shard x1, Frost Shard x1, Thunder Shard x1
Add components to water and mix, then freeze and allow to thaw
Mega Ether – Blaze Gem x1, Frost Gem x1, Thunder Gem x1, Mythril Shard x2
Add components to water and mix, then freeze and allow to thaw

"More items will become available after you mix these, but only later in the RP," Tera Roth said. "So, let's make a Potion. The ingredients have been supplied for us, so we won't need to fight enemies for them. While you're on an Item Synthesis job, you can fight Heartless in a specific room. They will drop the ingredients you need."

He pointed to a Blaze Shard, a Frost Shard, and a Thunder Shard. "Right now, they're in crystalline form. Add them to water and they'll dissolve. Mix it and we'll have a Potion."

He did so. Tera Roth poured the solution into a bottle. "Now, we have a Potion!"

"Now, it's your turn," Tera Roth said. "What do you want to make?"

OOC: Darknight, do you need MP for an exclusively physical skill that doesn't use magic?

 

OOC: If you want to use a move such as Ars Arcanum, I wasn't going to have them use MP...Just magic.
