N's successor: Wammy Chaos

"Very funny," He sighed. "I haven't heard from you, Near, what do you say about my attempt at that pathetic excuse of innuendo?" He had his eyes look from the corner to Near. "And don't get me started on what I could do to make it more interesting, my dear L...remember, I call myself "Sin" for a reason." He smirked and looked at Lana.

 

"We have kids, try again."

 

"Eh, it's more fun on younger lovers who haven't done it yet...." He sighed and looked at one of the screens. "You know, what happens next is for one of them to decide what comes first."

 

"Don't flatter yourself Sin. I doubt you could 'interest' a under-used hooker." She grinned cheekily. "And the young lovers who haven't done it yet ship sailed a looooooooong time ago around here. Don't think there's a single innocent we know, cept Saffron, which is surprising looking at her parentage. But she'd know what you ment anyway if she's anything like her mum."

"Hmp." He kept his eyes on the screen. "Right...," He sighed and pulled out his player, putting his headphones in, playing one of his songs. He smiled as he heard the song, he sat down on the desk, closed eyes as he heard this song. "-Such wonder and beauty, lives in their hearts, to see, is to understand.... The dragons fly in the blue skies, the mountains show their might, standing in the heart, of the land, with a sight," He smiled as he sang this in a deep voice, too low, he couldn't copy the lyrics right, so he skimmed the later parts of the song.

 

"Okay then..." Lana said to herself, tilting her head to one side as she watched Shima with a look that can only be describing the words 'What the f*ck?'. After watching him with slight puzzlement for a moment she jumped energetically off the desk she was perched on and landed on her feet just in time to stop herself belly-flopping onto the hard, cold floor. "I really need to be more careful." She muttered to herself in a squeaky voice, eyes wide and staring at the surface she'd nearly collided with before standing up straight again and jumping onto the desk closest to where Near was. Wanting just to sit by him for a bit, not quite knowing why though.

"Shouldn't we really be going to fetch Maple and Within soon? It's getting to around that time again." She asked her husband as she found her eyes drawn to another screen. One that showed the goings on in the SPK building's lobby.

 

Rayku skipped along the glossy white hallways of the Wammy House. He carried a bookbag on his back and turned right into the living room. It was empty of people, but full of chairs and tables. He sat down in one and started to read a book silently by himself. "Nobody's here..." he said sadly.

 

He switched the song to a dark song of puzzlement and looked at Lana. "You do realize I could see your face, correct? The 'What the f*ck?' face, don't tell me I don't know what you know, Ms. Rivers." He smirked as the song got to what he wanted as he watched her movement. He sighed and looked at the ceiling, not much to do yet, until he looked at the screen Lana was looking at, puzzlement went across his face.

 

"Yeah, I would love to see them again."

 

"Is it just me or is that guy totally peeing the plant-pot...?" She asked, the expression she had just been mocked for returning to her pale face. "Anyway." She said shaking her head free of thoughts other then of her family. "We should best be off then, sir ."

"BOO!" A giggling girls voice came as a small blue hair, blue eyed teen dropped down from what appeared to be no where onto the coffee table before Rayku. But was in fact one of the many towering bookcases Wammy's hand in their vast common spaces.

 

"I agree..." He stood up. "So got the ride ready? And will he be coming along?" He would of asked Sin but he seemed too caught up in the music, and great time to ditch.

 

"It's always ready, and I dunno. Could be a bad idea, or a good idea. Though while we have the chance we may as well make a run for it." She snickered

 

"Time's ticking away."

 

"Well then, on the count of three. One... Two... Three!" She said jumping up from her seat and running out the door.

Bic: He looked at where Lana and Near were, his eyes left the screen, they were already running, he followed them to where they went. But he tripped on the floor, wet surface. He sighed and picked himself up, he watched as they got away. "Great...now I'm left out of the fun too." He smirked and picked himself up, following where they were going in the first place.

 

He sighed and looked up at her "Hi there!" He smiled, unchanged from the failed scaring. He put down his book and got up and yawned "There's nothing to do and no cases to solve..." He turned to her. "How boring!" He pouted to her.

 

"Boohoo, make something to do." Katrina muttered to him, walking within the doorway for a second before continuing on, a small hand book barely visible hanging from her left hand as she stepped out into the hallway. A moment passed, and she realised what she had done, hiding just out of view and hoping no one had heard her.

 

"You did just hear Near's announcement right?" Tears face-palmed. "Besides, soon enough we'll be solving REAL cases, not just following them as Near does them. It'll be so awesome! I can't wait!" She added a glint of heavy excitement gleaming in her sapphire eyes. "You my dear friend are looking at the future N. Only I'm not keeping that initial." Tears continued jumping up onto her feet and striking a heroic pose on the coffee table she was on. "I'm going to be T : The Greatest Detective not only in the world but EVER!" She giggled confidently.

As Tears was ranting a tiny little white haired toddler with brilliantly bright green eyes full of inquisitiveness peered around the door to see why whoever it was ranting was being so loud. Seeing who it was he thought to himself something along the lines of: You're too loud to be a good detective... Even Mummy is quieter then you... Noisy...
He then wandered off, wobbling slightly with each slow step he took. However he didn't get very far before tumbling head-over-heels into someone's leg. He looked up nervously, afraid that he'd run into someone he didn't know very well, or even at all. Or maybe one of the scary grown-ups who yelled at people sometimes, he didn't like people like that. They terrified him. But to his delight it was someone he knew very well. "Kat-Kat!" he squeaked happily, just loud enough for her to hear.

 

"Wha-?" Katrina jumped in surprise, not expecting to hear her childish nickanme from the youngest River, glancing around before noticing the small bundle at her feet and smiling down at it. "Why hello Within, what're you doing out here?"

Bending over, she poked him on the nose. "Well, regardless, do you want to go for a walk with me?"
