Not like others

The reputation system is a bit funky. For example, you can't rep the one person and then rep that same person again. You have to rep others before you can rep that person again. The amount of people is random. Nobody ever knows how many others they have to rep in order to rep that same person again. Also, the amount of people you can rep in 24 hours is random.
