Not exactly a problem, but strange nonetheless...

When you download things for free on MegaUpload, you're supposed to have to wait 45 seconds or something. I used to have to do this all the time, but... Now I don't.
The 'regular download' button just pops up as soon as the page loads. No waiting time whatsoever, and it functions perfectly, just like it would if I'd waited.
I don't have a premium account or anything, so I have no idea why it's doing this. Not that it's a problem xD. But I was just curious, is this happening to anyone else and/or is there some kind of computer setting that bypasses the wait time like that (that I could have accidentally enabled)? I don't know when it started exactly, but it was probably several months ago now.

Do you know what happy hour is? It's a time of the day when you have everything a premium account has.
Do you see that little face next to the login button? That means it's happy hour.

EDIT: You say this has been happening for a long time, so I'm not really sure. Maybe you download from megaupload only when it's happy hour, so that's why.

Well, I highly doubt I only download from MegaUpload during happy hour, but I just did a little research and it looks like I need an account to even access Happy Hour. I don't have one; I download as a guest. I also just downloaded something a few minutes ago, and the Happy Hour times are 3:00 to 5:00 AM Central (it's 4:44 PM Central right now).

 

OK then it's not happy hour.
You know some time ago I had searched how to get free MegaUpload premium accounts (sssshhh... don't tell anyone!) and apart from the results, I had also stumbled upon some trick to stop the waiting time. It was done via the browser, so it's possible that somehow it was changed in yours and now you don't need to wait.

 

Hmm, interesting.
Well, thanks xD I don't think I'll be messing with my browser settings anytime soon, then~.
